@ rawr, BT smashed every single guild in this tier and if anyone tries to say otherwise is a fool. They would 1v3 different guild grpkittenting them from all sides at the same time. They did run different tags because ppl did avoid them, zergs that rolled 20+ more than BT ran from them because they knew the dmg they left. Ppl will be bitter towards them for whatever reasons but facts are still facts, they smashed everyone in this tier.

Honestly, do not care about this 2 vs 1 crap. Let each server do as they please. Besides it only makes Dragonbrand stronger if it is being done or not whatever. Anyone who has been on Dragonbrand for a long time is use to this behaviour. I love when people continue to make generalizations about a server they aren’t even on. One person whining in the forums makes about ten people give garbage responses. Makes me laugh. Anyone who takes this forum seriously needs to be slapped around a bit. Whoever said DB doesn’t like open field fight is nuts. Last night on DB BL was an insane amount of field battles especially south of bay between all servers.
P.S. TC keep up the trash talking public relations you are doing a great job. ;D
To keep it short…nobody paid for TVB transfers but TVB members. We chose FA, we did not coordinate with FA, and were not bought by FA. We picked FA because there are friends and family on the server and we wanted a stable server, not another bandwagon server that will implode in two months.

Actually [DRGN] 1 upped this and spammed our bl’s with recruitment messages when we were against the server they were on when we were in t3.

Do you realize that DB used to have this alot? Mostly servers trying to steal our sea population from us. In fact.. TC approached every single WvW guild on DB and asked them to transfer and when that didn’t work they tried to manipulate us into moving.
Hmm.. I may go hang out in the T1 thread for a bit so many T1ers here.
I think that DB is purposefully lowering their rating because they think they can eat up some easy points on two “fattened pigs” later on when they get whatever guilds they are currently farming for.

I find it funny that members of the Tarnished Coast think that Dragonbrand is dishonorable. Do I need to drag up the history of Tarnished Coast? What did people in your forums discuss when you were in T3 hammering us? Do you really want us to bring this up again? Then again evidence of people plotting to try to become friends of Dragonbrand so that we would team up against Fort Aspenwood with Tarnished Coast? (Information with screenshots was posted in our forums). So please lay off the dishonorable crap… you’re going to stir up your own servers kitten pile. No one on our server bought guilds, our WvW guilds decided to help guilds who had already decided to move here. They were not paid to move to DB they were helped.

Well, I think pointing it out to TC in the forums makes them aware of what is being done. Hopefully, they recognize that using this method to take keeps reflects badly on them “tarnishing” their reputation.

Due to some unfortunate events, mostly my fault, I am now stepping down as the commander for RISE. Little did I know, my little 5 sentence troll post would become such a big deal in T1. Therefore, I apologize to my server, guild, and other servers that were involved. The slow progression you speak of is due to glicko not by choice just saying lol. And multiple guilds coming to JQ LA to recruit is low you seem respectable I would talk to them about it personally as it reflects badly on the server as a whole.

You do know how GLICKO works right? Because of how you guys are winning you are going to be required to win by more every week to maintain your rating gains otherwise starting next week you will gain around 15-20 then after that you will LOSE rating for not increasing how much you win by. To be honest, if DB wanted to get into T1 faster you messed up. You should have won the first week, taken your 70, won the 2nd week taken you 50, then LOST this week to lose around 30, then won next week to win back 70 for a net gain of 40 instead of 30, then won the week after for another gain of 40. Which would have brought you to 80, and then you grind out the last 30 ELO. As things stand now, you will hit glass ceiling next week and then you will be in T2 for a long time now unless one of the T1 servers implodes(if you want to history see BG v SoR v IOJ, where BG sat in T2 for 11 weeks until SBI imploded).

To be honest.. It’s rather boring with this arrow cart buff. Much more interesting when we held it for days on end without it. Maguma was rather mad about that. So much so that they almost gave up their garrison on reset in order to try to keep EA out of it. Sadly.. that did not work out so well for them in the end we got and .. upgraded.. seiged it up.. and held it for a nice long extended period.

I’ve got to be honest. This matchup between FA, TC, and DB was going to be epic. Things would have been even, and it would have just been fun WvW. It’s a shame that Bored Asian T1ers had to come in and turn it into a boring match up of waitig until everyone goes to sleep and then flip their stuff.
The SEA guilds like NNK, TVF etc have always been on Dragonbrand. Some of their newer NA guilds have some players in that timezone or staying up late too.
I was referring mostly to CO and RE. It just seemed like it was going to be a really great match up until the bored T1ers decided to make our tier boring as well. At this point I welcome going back to T3. That injection of T1 players completely ruined the tier.
I doubt even FA or TC would have been able to deal with our Asian population even pre-transfers. They are huge.. NNK alone has 500 active members… More than 100 plus online during sea times…
So… TC are you planning on taking back you Hills anytime soon? I logged on fully expecting it to be lost but it still is fully upgraded and claimed by EA. Heard some stories about 8 people holding off an Omega golem rush….
Good fights from all servers though TC seemed to disappear after some time. FA congrats on beating TC, showing that a strong third server joining the tier does make a difference. I would like to say Congratulations and job well done to my fellow DBers. We are higher than we have ever been. Though this may not last whether we rise or fall we will continue to fight for the fun of WvW…. minus those arrowcarts. Good luck on reset to all.
Any server you move to is going to cause an imbalance. Choose wisely please. Look for some way to balance a tier when you enter. Or you could always help DB move to T1…
I need to give some props to DB from last night on TCBL. PD only had a small number out last night so we were scouting and taking camps, etc. RET and HOPE had smallish (for them) groups on the map as well.
At one point of the night, TC was knocking on the front door of Briar. I get into the tower to report the gate and numbers I saw. I figured there to be 25-30 TC on the door, give or take a few. I’m standing on the wall and suddenly I see [CO] massing up on the shore NE of the tower, probably 10-12 of them. I’m thinking “this should be interesting”. Then I saw what looked like a group of [Agg] (maybe 15?) on the South shore and I started to smile, a nice flank move. What happened next blew me away. The door goes down and TV pours in, just as the [CO] group engages and the [Agg] group engages a HUGE DB zerg rolls across the bridge right in the middle of them and pours into the tower. That’s the first time I think I have ever seen a 3 pronged coordinated attack from a server other than FA and it was done masterfully.

New PvE content always hits us in the jimmies. Outmanned on TCBL tonight…Let me repeat that, outmanned on TCBL. I’m pretty sure thats the one and only time I’ve seen that buff on myself in our home borderland. I should have taken a screenshot, but was so shocked by its appearance, followed by the appearance of a DB zerg towing 5 golems into Garrison.

Meanwhile in DB BL .. TC has a 40 plus Zerg dedicated on taking our Bay only to lose a fully upgraded garrison with no cap on Bay.
Could NNK / TFV / rE – clarify their position regarding the SAB zoom out glitch? Everytime there’s a Lord Room battle going on, we end up being at the end of the SAB zoom out glitch.
There’s an intense rivalry built up over months between TC and FA, and a lot of strong emotions between the two servers, but honestly, at least FA doesn’t repeatedly resort to these shenanigans.

The agreed format was 25v25 , we had a start time that was agreed by both sides setup via intermediary ( and we were using the servertime as the guide here….. since everyone’s synched to it).
When you setup a contest like this, the rules apply to everyone. It wouldn’t be a fair fight if you’re hitting people ( with superior numbers) while they’re prepping… and that’s exactly what the [bp] people did twice.

Why would we rematch a guild that has no honor and is incapable of running a legit GvG? Also no one admitted we lost fair and square, but your video proves you had many more people on the field than us. Keep responding, you obviously care.
Three guilds does not make a bandwagon…. Yet. The existing loyal DB guilds got us to T2 an these additional guilds will help us stay. Comparing DB to KN is laughable.
Behaviour of the EMP and fellow JQ members in this thread is rather childish. I would be ashamed to be part of that server/guild if this is the continued conduct in the forums.

Exactly. DB fell through the tiers only to slowly build ourselves back up to where we are now. We did not suddenly increase in population like a bandwagon server would. We rarely recruit waiting to be chosen by guilds who want to be here. We are not a server that ate anothers guilds. Good luck RISE wherever you may go!
