Well that true probably not new guilds but TxS will kill it aswell if gives the challenge and loot of tequal

So what can we expect from the new Wurm that will be release in the next update.

Something massive(80 players) as tequal or something less massive (20-40players), i personally i hope to be harder than tequal, and to give also some rare minis and maybe armor or weapons ascended skins like tequal.

Yep and lots of items have the same in game icon so when someone doesn’t souble or triple check the transaction we will have just as many players crying scammer then too… not to mention the inflation it would cause in the prices of things without the tp as a gold sink.

Since they deleted every question and comment that even remotely mentioned ascended armor during the livestream i’m going to go ahead and say they know we will be really mad when we see it so they are trying to down play it as much as possible.

For what i saw on the chat, they deleted and banned people that even said ascended…

This is just stupid, learderboards are supose to keep the game(Fractals) competitve, but this, is just an excuse to reset the player base to lvl 30.

I know for a fact that I’m going to abuse the leader board system just to give the finger back to Anet.

Also, Fractal weapons at lvl10? If anything, they should only drop at lvl40+. Also, stop giving us rings at 40+. I don’t want rings, I don’t need rings, screw your stupid rings. Or let us salvage them for infusions/globs/vials/shards. But seriously. Screw the stupid rings.

They’re obviously trying to make Fractals more accessible:

Currently, Fractal Weapons only have a realistic chance of dropping regularly in 40+. And currently, Fractal weapons are the only reason anybody even runs 40+. However, only a very small population of the playerbase sits at 40+ personal reward level because Fractal leveling is an unbelievable time sink. Anet knows this, and they know that the majority of their playerbase will never level that far into Fractals and consequently never have a real shot at acquiring skins.

Clearly what they are trying to is front load the rewards so that even casual players can get weapons without spending dozens and dozens of hours leveling through Fractals. Now players have pretty much wholesale access to rewards after 10+. This should spark new interest in what has become a very stagnant pool of Fractal runners.

I think the leaderboards are silly, but I’m not convinced they’ll have as profound an effect as you’re suggesting. First we need to see what the new drop rates are. If Fractal weapons drop with some consistency in the 20s, then most people will farm in the 20s—especially with the new unpredictable instances coming in 30+ which could be a headache. People farming 20s will have less effect on the leaderboard, and will therefore have little reason to check the leaderboard.

It seems to me that the leaderboard is the metaphorical bone being thrown to players who previously relied on Fractal skins to display elite fractal running status. Now that skins are becoming more widely accessible, Anet has (perhaps mistakenly) given the hardcore runners another method of showing their dedication via leaderboards .

and so what!? now everyone have to get everything in game!?, cant some stuff be “exclusive” for players that are more “hardcore” or that are more skilled?

there was not a single comment from a dev… I played a gamemode without no great rewards cause it was hard .. if they Change fractals I would Play it againt to look if it’s hard if it’s easy I probably would make another scale 80 Video of the new dungeon and tell it was easy that’s all how could I care about leaderboards but they’re taking away my hard work if they resett this they can resett legendaries as well… because ppl took the easy way getting rng precursors instead of crafted ones

I would do that as well, but after this, i totally lost the interest in fractals, all my effor and time just got flush in to the mystic toilet.

Above level 30, this repeatable chest also has a chance to contain a brand new rune or sigil:

The Rune of Resistance grants bonus toughness, a reduction in condition duration, and aegis upon using a signet
The Sigil of Momentum grants a stacking toughness buff every time you kill an enemy

so nothing? rune and sigil for what?

Selling the trick-or-treat bags you get for completion, I assume. They were selling for a pretty decent price last I checked, and you can get 3 per completion plus possibly 3 more if you’re really fast and can grab the chests on the way up (though the chests don’t seem to reset all the time).

i get 6-8 bags per run, and if you leave the puzzle and enter again the chests reset

Did +-6g in one hour and i fail a couple of times

How do you get 8 bags a run? There are only 3 chests, aren’t there? Unless the chests randomly drop more than 1 bag sometimes. I only got 1 per chest when I was doing a few runs last night.

Fractals is really buggy right now i did lvl 44 in my guardian yesterday and i have 45 AR and still i die with 3 ticks from the agony buff…

Cmon guys dont event try to White knight on this, they really fail on this one

This is was the fail of the month for sure, when the guys from Anet starts to talk about "we know you want Challenge content " and everyone on the chat was like Raids or GvG finally.

Really a revamp on Tequatl the Sunless !? really

Probably someone already give this suggestions, but a better way to track the progress on some achivs would be awesome, like in this new patch, i dont remember what maps i already did the invasions, or for the dungeon master, i have 3/4 in SE and theres no information about the path that im missing.

theres a champion in the game that dies with 3 hits and that gives a box, and that you can kill every 30s so yeah nerf that to xd

Crap then, so theres no reason to do fractals :S

So with the new patch we will get changes in the dungeons and thats is good, but i wanna know if the changes also go to the Fractals of the mists?

Yay, required to play on a schedule is coming to GW2. This game just keeps on becoming like every other MMO out there…. In a year they might aswell rename the game to World of Guild Wars.

If they want more money the have to have more ppl playing so yes, they need features from other games

Arguably, playing like other games could end up giving Anet less money.

There are lots of games like other games, so the playerbase for them is more divided. There are very few games like Guild Wars 2, so it’s found a niche.

If it loses the niche, then what will stop people from leaving it for other games that do the same thing?

im not saying copy paste other games, im saying take some ideas and good features from other games, like they are doing with housing and “raiding”
