I second this, sometimes i just want to send a friend a item and note using mail system works great when it don’t bug out on you. Twice has it happened now that i go to send something and they never get the item and its gone permanently from inventory. I have already been told that rare instances this does happen and theirs no way to retrieve the item. its not as secure as doing the black lion. So a secure person to person trade would be awesome or make the mailing system more secure.

Tengu i guess were originly going to be in guild wars 2 but the decided not too, i would think Tengu have the highest probabilty of becoming next race. Quagons, Hyleck, Grawl, Skirtt, and simlar races are considered lower races so there is high doubt they will ever become playable.

I also agree with Lord Aargadon on Kodan have no variation, i had explained this once before with one of my friends that so far they all look the same, there be not much to customize. But we will see what ArenaNet as up there sleeve.

I think a aquatic or reptile race should be introduced as a playable race. And the starting city could be complete submerged underwater.

I think rather than more skills, id say maybe allow healing slot and elite slot to be optional so you can equip more then 3 custom skills. But it does end up feeling like the skill combination is limited.

Nods, would save all the trouble of traveling to pvp or wvw just to get by with a free travel to city. I hoping they will just make cities free to travel too period ^^

I know people suggested automatically making nearest waypoint free, so how about this.. What about make traveling to any of the major cities like Lions Arch and Black citadel free. I mean you can already cheat by going to wvw or pvp to do it, so why not just make the waypoints there free in general? So if you die then you can pay to waypoint somewhere near or go back to town free. Makes sense to me.

I agree with separating the invite and kick function for admin lower ranks. I been wanting that since Beta. And I also agree with Nesetalis of having the kick option in guild menu only. Makes even more since that way.

You got my vote. Good Idea. I was expecting the same, need mounts to go faster thread as well, but glad this is not. +1 vote from me.

When you go to friend UI you have option to giving a person a nickname when you right-click… Here the issue I am faced, The Kick from guild button is directly beneath nickname, I accidentally clicked Kicked from guild. Its minor cause I can just invite them back however, I feel that it should pop up with a message window asking “Are you sure you want to Kick this person from guild?” But it doesn’t instead it just kicks and is done with it. Be nice to have the are you sure message window so that way this can be prevented. My other issue is with the nickname option. Once you give that person a nickname it replaced that persons username and four digit number. I would like there to be a option where you can still view the username and four digit number even after you added a nickname. That would be great! That’s my 2 cents, don’t spend it all on one thing.

Is this part of the quest over with or is it broken? All the cargo are open on the beach and cant interact with them even with crowbar.

Make sure you choose the right heritage armor, There is three kinds, one is light, another is heavy, and last one is medium. They will only work with there matching armor you are transmuting. So if you use light clothes then your not going to be able to use medium or heavy heritage armor transmutes.

Bestial Menace is a pretty friendly guild. We are small guild but we are all friendly and pretty chatty on the guild chat. We have a emblem, armorsmith, and a bank which we donate bags for people who need them. We plan to do pvp and wvw, and we do a lot of PvE in general. We are always working together and having fun. Most of us are on Ehmry bay but some of our members are also from other worlds, and eventually when they allow guest travel, what world any one is on wont matter.

I hope they bring back the Charr Plush, I missed my chance like twice now. First time i figured well it doesn’t say limited time so ill wait and get one when i can afford it buys a game instead and waits for another chance I finally decide to get one, BAM out of stock. So long while it was out of stock and I wondered, “Is it coming back” Well I was happy to see that it was back in stock again. Well I chose to pre-order guild wars 2, i was thinking of getting collectors but was astonished that it costs more then Diablo 3 collectors. So I just went deluxe and figured ill just use that money to buy a plush.. Bam out of stock. Was like “Noooooooooooooooooo!” So yeah I sure hope it comes back. I still kind of wish i got the guild wars 2 collectors cause I realized later that despite the price tag it would have been well worth it. And D3 was ehhh…. If I could go back in time I would have bought regular edition D3 and Get the Collector GW2. I still regret my decision. I need a plushy now. T_T

GW2 CE is one of the best CE’s I’ve seen.

Its hard to explain exactly how you do it with out showing you how, so ill do best i can. As soon as you get out from the spider cave and into a large open area with hanging rocks you will see a way to go right or a way to go left. You want to travel left by jumping onto the close by rock dangling from vines and then jump off that onto a ledge agaisnt the wall just beyound it. From there continue left jumping down onto another platform. Then look around I belive there is anotehr platform just below that on the right side if I recall correctly. Eventualy you should make it to a large platform that is at the same level as the chest. Theres a big pillar of rock infront of it, go along the ledge between the chest and the pillar and jump onto the platform to collect your reward from the chest.

There nice to fine if you want to find a place that is safe from mobs and dynamic events if you need to go afk for a few minutes. I cant tell you how many times I go some where where there is no mobs, and think it is safe and come back and BAM a dynamic event occurred where I was AFK and I’m dead. lol I have determined that out side of a racial city and lions arch, there is no safe places in the game unless you come across one of those finds.

Another trick I would like to add, for those who already knew about the Deposit Collectables button but have a mini pet and have the problem of it being desposited as well, there is such things as Invisible bags and Invisible Boxes. What they do is what ever you put into it will not show up when you talk to a merchant but best of all if you go to Deposit all collectables, your minipet as long as its in that bag or box will be ignored; so you can deposit all your collectables and not have to worry about your mini being deposited as well.

Here is what they should do. Bring back the basic trade system so you can just Trade directly player to player like in Guild Wars 1. Then place a price on mail like 50 Coppers to 1 silver to send a message. This way it combats bots cause they have to run out of currency eventually, and we still are able to send and trade items with other players with the use of the trade post.

The mail system I do not like the idea of it costing but small price to pay to combat bots.

Well there not permanent you can switch them to fit your needs. If you trying to explore it is sometimes easier to jump off of big cliffs.

As the title says, I was doing CM with some friends, and we started discussing how odd it would feel to go back to a standard MMO like Everquest, WoW and Rift, where you can’t dodge and evade the enemies attacks.

See this is my biggest issue with this game is the instances, I’m from Aus and i get rubber banding while dodging ( I’m not a lone with this ) and it just makes doing any kind of Exp mode instance not worth my time. As for WoW at least being a tank i can tank more then 1 hit from a mob in a instance.

Well they designed the classes to be tank and healer less and more self sufficient but all the classes were also designed so you can spec in a way to play different rolls. So in other words in a full party you can spec your class to be more a healer or a tank. Of course because of this design you wont be able to Take or heal the way you would be used to in other MMOs. Kind of like all classes when it comes to rolls being a jack of all trades but a master of none.

The races are designed to be equal and work well with any procession. I not sure if combination matters too much only because it was designed for races to not benefit over other races for having the same profession. I know for PvP you don’t get to use your racial skills anyways, only your profession skills. I think the only thing that matters with the race you choose is appearance, starting zone, and the personal story.

It is part of a jumping puzzles. What you found was the end part of it. There is another entrance to the puzzle that takes you to above. If you carefully look you might be able to see the ledge with the chest on it but can not reach it. That is where the jumping puzzle leads. Then you would just jump down from there after getting the chest and achieving the puzzle and simply just exit out through the waterfall. There is also a small passage as you speak of that leads into a empty cavern and I have no idea what the point of that cavern is accept a good place to hide away. However the jumping puzzle I believe is just called Bohem Gauntlet jumping puzzle, you can find the entrance by going east from the waypoint near the waterfall.

So many suggestions so not sure if any one has already stated this but I will say it anyways. Please bring back the Color Box thing where you type in a password and the colors that pop up is a clue that you typed in your password correctly. I know some people think its unnecessary, but really I think it was a neat feature. So if I did not want to save my password and wanted to type it, I would know that i miss typed my password by looking at the colors of the box. I never seen it used before in any game I have played accept Guild Wars Beta.

Another feature I would like to see is a enemy radar like in guild wars 1. I would like to see the dots of enemies and have a bubble range like in the first game.

In addition yet another request I would like to see more Guild Administration options as well as split the Admin Permissions option in the guild so that way I could have people invite but not be able to promote or demote. For the guild admin options I would like to see settings for the Guild Bank to set a limit to how much currency and how many items can be taken from the bank. Another Guild Feature I really would love to see is a calendar so you can plan stuff on certain days and every member would be able to see.

And lastly another feature I would like to see is Guild Feats or Achievements. Like “Influince acheivement” for gaining so much influince, or “Money money money” for having so much currency donated to bank, or “Team Effort” for so many guild members partying up together so many times. And special group achievements for those guild members who go into a party to earn. Another maybe Guild vs Guild, which would also earn more achievements. To add on to this, when Guild Halls finally arrive, maybe being able to see these achievements as trophies or statues or something in the Guild Hall, and maybe be able to use influence to actually buy decoration or something for the guild hall.

I hope they bring back the Charr Plush, I missed my chance like twice now. First time i figured well it doesn’t say limited time so ill wait and get one when i can afford it buys a game instead and waits for another chance I finally decide to get one, BAM out of stock. So long while it was out of stock and I wondered, “Is it coming back” Well I was happy to see that it was back in stock again. Well I chose to pre-order guild wars 2, i was thinking of getting collectors but was astonished that it costs more then Diablo 3 collectors. So I just went deluxe and figured ill just use that money to buy a plush.. Bam out of stock. Was like “Noooooooooooooooooo!” So yeah I sure hope it comes back. I still kind of wish i got the guild wars 2 collectors cause I realized later that despite the price tag it would have been well worth it. And D3 was ehhh…. If I could go back in time I would have bought regular edition D3 and Get the Collector GW2. I still regret my decision. I need a plushy now. T_T

Lol yeah mine does that too, he always roaring when i do it, its funny. I don’t mind it at all. Weird part is, it doesn’t do that for everyone, some of my friends can he my character always screaming but there’s don’t and they roll charrs too.

Focus: PvX (We currently been doing mostly PvE however WvWvW and PvP is very much on our agenda.
Quick Notes: We are a very easy going guild and at moment a small guild. We don’t mind growing bigger, and just like to have fun. Also we are Furry friendly guild.

I love Guild Wars 2 so far. I’m level 60 Ranger in Ehmry Bay server world. But am I the only one here that feels like skills are lacking? I mean it ends up feeling like there isn’t much to customize. Yeah I know different weapons have different skills and you can switch between them, but there always set skills, which is fine but be nice to be able to at least change the order of which these skills appear on the skill bar. On the other side you have 1 healing slot which you have a choice of… 3 healing spells. Just 3 as far as i know. okay… that’s fine I deal with that. But then you have four slots, three are used for just your normal skills which you can choose from. But then the last slot is for elite skills that you cant use a lot cause cool downs are big and half the time the skills seem a little lacking for there effects. So ultimately not including elite or healing slot, you only have 3 really custom slots. I understand the traits as well and there some pretty interesting passive stuff, but that’s what they are, passive. I just wish the healing slot and the elite slot worked as a normal skill slot, making elite and healing optional. In some areas i feel i don’t even need my healing spell especially when I’m in a party and other members have pretty sufficient party healing spells. And I do not always use my elite skills in certain areas cause one they take so long to recharge but sometimes the elite skill is just not needed and would be nice to switch it out with a normal skill.

Features I would like to see with Skills:
-Being able to switch around the skills on weapons. (I understand that they gradually unlock when you use it, so, maybe allow switching the order of the skills once all of them are unlocked.)
-Make healing and elite skills optional and be able to equip normal skills in those slots.
-Add more skills to choose from would be nice. Even make them like a special heart quest you have to do, could be marked differently on the map maybe even make it where there’s at least one skill you can unlock per map or something out side of the use of skill points maybe. However its done be nice to have more skills to try to earn or gain.

They should allow skill choices for pets. And I wish they would advance the pet commands a bit. Be able to target a location rather then just a enemies, or decide to keep your pet stowed for fighting so pets are not always there. Not everyone one likes using pets all the time. Ranger has some decent skills, but its nice to have it so pets are optional. I can stow my pet but as soon as a enemy has struck wither i want my pet our or not, he pops out anyways. Another feature I wouldn’t mind seeing is being able to individually name your pets. Every-time you decide to change out any of the four pets with other ones the name resets. So if you want a different creature to have its own name and you switch, then you don’t have to go in and change the name YET again. Also I am not sure if it is broken or it is just that easy to interrupt but i like using the nature spirit elite skill. It heals and cure condition of near by players, and you can give it the command to revive and it does a mass revive. However I been finding that for some reason it does not always revive when i tell it too. Players could be right beneath where the spirit is and still not be revived but the command will cooldown as if it casted. Im hoping its a bug, but elite skills start to feel lack luster when its bad enough you got to wait forever to use them which i understand cause they can be really powerful however when they dont seem to work the way they should have the time they just seem such a waste. Ultimatly i feel the last five slots should all be customizable, were healing spell and elite is optional, this way if you are in a party then one person can be healer as a option, and others can replace there healing slot with a regular skill. I would like it if skills worked like this. It would feel a little more customizable then. Another thing I would like is two switch around your weapon skills so they are in a different order. That would be nice!

During the Three Day head start, I made the mistake of using my Tome of Influence. The tome disappeared and 1000 influence WAS added to the guild I made. I quickly purchased a upgrade for 500 Influence. Anyways we had a issue of World being full and no one could get on to the world I was on. We all wanted to be on the same world. So I though okay ill just change over to another world where everyone can get on and I can add them. Before I knew it it all 1000 was gone, no upgrade was made, and Tome never seen again. I heard other people lost there Tomes or never received them.
