His body would hold the magic he absorbed just like glints body with the aspects hes literally a giant elder dragon loot sack waiting to be devoured or u can also compare it to the magic in jormags tooth unless its consumed its there to be claimed idk why anet let the body just fall without disposing of the body it creates a huge plot hole, ring of fire (where prim is) is right next to orr, mordy map hops with vines, the body is beyond easily accessible, if another dragon was to consume his magic (even if its just outta spite of each other, that dragon would be crazily unstoppable
Even the zephyrites have crazy mad power from glints body (whos only a champion) if ANYONE went after zhaitans power they would reach god status

The Pale tree knows ALOT more than she is leading on to about mordy, she knew scarlet was fighting the corruption to save her on mind and im sure she knows (being basically the goddess of nature and all things plant) what mordys corruption/vines are doing to tyria, im also sure she knows of scarlets vision of wanting to choke her, and if mordy is infact controlling the nightmares than the pale tree knew about mordy wwwway before everyone else because of the nightmare court, this tree needs to loosen her lips before someone gets thrown into the wood chipper, i’m sure the pale tree can grow vines so very similar to mordys im sure she can explain how they work, i feel like comparing her to the U.S. Government and their policy on “national security” the people of tyria wont find out until its too late…… Just another thing to hold against the syvari

From Darkwound wp in kessix the vines head straight west towards la (which means the tengu are also experiencing this i think kessixs path is done its way passed kessix now from la to timberline the funs about to begin
Gaps sparking now?? For 2 days kessix haven was sparking then it just went back to normal for some reason, the vines are growing live without patches which is cool

Im not a centaur expert but i think is more probably that the centaur give us problem than be an ally. Centaur are territorial and aggresive creatures. I imagine this centaur is watching us and preparing some interesting problems (ambush etc..).
But then we have Ventari, who actually came from the Maguuma Jungle and befriended a human. He greatly disliked violence. We also had centaur allies in Elona, so clearly they aren’t all bad.
Perhaps this is a descendant of Ventari?
Lions arch has a treaty with centaurs at the kessix haven i was just talking about, theres friendly centaurs there all the time LA and centaurs are friendly its divinity’s reach thats at war
Its also not a map glitch ive switched many times and the wp is back to normal and i cant find any new ones acting up this is really strange did i catch something i shouldnt have?
Kessix Haven Waypoint was the farthest ive seen it spread but today i showed up there to see if a vine popped up yet and its not going crazy anymore (just yesterday it was screwy as it has been) why has it stopped?

Fyi tengu was a VERY big candidate as a playable race (getting cut for time) the voice acting could very well already be there but the zones are incomplete, anet has never disclosed how close to finished Tengu was before they scrapped it, theres a small chance we may yet see a tengu release

I have my own theory about the vines and the waypoints. What if it’s not vines traveling by waypoint, but spores brought along by travelers, that sprout near sources of magic in order to consume it for Mordremoth?
OH MY GOD. We missed the obvious answer to this. THE TOWER OF NIGHTMARES! You remember how it was stated the spores were spreading across Tyria? It was Chekhov’s Gun! The spores were already planted by the tower, and are now sprouting. It’s how the vines can be at Timberline Falls despite Mordremeth’s distance to it!
I don’t think thats how it went down, scarlet wouldnt of bothered with the miasma if that was really her plan all along i dont think she would of even bothered attacking LA until the vines grew, scarlet knew of mordys corruption via the vision and with the help of mordys corruption/vision created the miasma that allowed her the time to drill the layline could mordy of woke himself up as soon as scarlet hit the layline because of zhaitans death? (He immediately attacks the pact, thats saying ALOT about mordys plans, so mordy wanted the layline to be hit, maybe to have the vines travel on it? (Which backs up the layline travel theory)

As trehearne once said if syvari ends tyria ends (we need an endless plant army from somewhere lol) if the syvari died in tyria the other races would also die out stated many times in game
Because you know, there is literally (IIRC that is) a form of magic called “dragon magic”, like necro magic, elemental, chaos, etc.
Also the fact that anybody can use the waypoints, provided they got the coin. So why would it be impossible for the dragon to use it? Out of the box for sure, but I could see it happening.
Though I’d imagine the same money restrictions would apply, hence why we don’t see Zhaitan overloading the waypoints by sending armies through :P.
Travel via waypoints is the only possible way mordys vines are traving across tyria so quickly theres honestly no other way idk why people cant accept wp travel, if we remember zhaitans minions used asura gates in trinity during ps. why couldnt they also be able to use waypoints? I can see them having the grove fight being the final chapter of season 2, like battle of la was for s1 scarlet awakened the dragon for the purpose of that vision. the vision was her motive which in a way can easily relate to the nightmare court, bringing up the question if the nightnare court could of been mordys minions all along (nightnare being his corruption) could the dutchess possibly be a champion?

Well the Pale Tree is in the Grove but the vines are going East and are spreading into Kissex Hills now. If its target was the Pale Tree, it’s making one hell of a detour.
Well it was also shown that the pact in timber was hit very hard in the trailer, im guessing mordy just hasnt hit the pale tree yet (prioritizing ftw down with megalazer long live the elder dragon!) if the pale tree was corrupted… Id say mordy would have an army the size if not bigger than zhaitans
Scarlet had a dream of choking the pale tree and from the trailer vines attacking/choking people and recent vine activitys with the waypoints why hasnt anyone realised that mordy has the pale tree targeted to either corrupt it or kill it, that is not known but because of scarlets dreams and the vines being confirmed mordys i fear the grove will turn into what la became, a war zone the pale tree is seriously in danger somehow scarlet saw what mordy wanted (which would also confirm that it was mordy driving her madness her vision was obviously of mordys vines
Also syvari are effected by corruption…. With sudden death tho anet hasnt told us why syvari die instead of corupt but im sure S2 will explain that eventually, them being plant people have nothing to do with anything except you came to your own conclusion
Actually wrong prim can corrupt all but syvari into such creatures zhaiten can raise just about anything but syvari you are assuming that mordy corrupts plants theres no evidence of any corruption from mordy yet, and its also stated that things can be corrupted by multiple dragons as well i promise mordy had a corruption wwwway before syvari popped up and dont get me started on the icebrood
Master of peace could easily be corrupted by mordy (suspected as mordys champ) he is only a human no matter how mysterious hes trying to be, he could easily be heading to do mordys bidding hes far from immune to corruption
The Blizzard development team size for WoW as of 2009 was around 900 (excluding customer support and billing) anets size is tiny compared to blizzard and blizzard spitfires expansins BUT each expansion has still taken them a while to develop so a team of 350 vs a team of over 900… I have no clue why people try to compare the games
I never said anet wouldnt eventually do everything they set out to do,, content trickles in nonstop i think anet is doing a absolutely amazing job with what little they have to work with, anet def get their props!!!! But in all fairness, no I dont think we will be getting a specific new map on the first patch. Really though, that wouldnt make much sense, just redesign the map.

Neither, I only see them revamping the map in general. There are already 2 portals on 2 different borders that seem to obviously lead to 2 different new maps.
Really? So every indication they have revealed point to a new map (at least one, i’m betting more) makes you think they will just revamp brisbane? That seems not only disappointing, but extremely unlikely.
La was techniquelly a new map revamped from the normal one (which was a HUUUUUUGE effort for anet to do [requiring overtime by most if not all of the team] the concept arts especially with the brisban hash tags points to brisban getting a revamp for the start of s2 introducing mordys corruption. Just revamping a zone takes HUGE effort for anet to pull off so if they have to pull crazy hours including massive overtime why would you think a map the size of maguuma wastes would be possible in such a short period of time and NO its not anets fault they just don’t have the team and ncsoft doesnt want such a sized team to exist, they are making money off their (VERY lame imho) items in the gem store, new maps cost a fortune which is why they are paid for as expansions… Nc_soft will make zero money off anet releasing a brand spanking new map, ncsoft gives anet a budget for small updates to keep us here for as long as possible and when we get tired of it nc_soft pulls anet out to the side and tells them to develop them GW3 so that we can pay another $60-70 to fill their pockets, nc_soft is in it for the profit, in a Free content game new maps arent profit so just keep buying all the fuzzy hats and u’ll eventually get to pay for yet another gw or dont and if nc_soft loses enough profit they pull guild wars plug and money farm Wild Star sequals

I just think it’s art of either the square area in the bottom corner of Brisban that isn’t open or the outside of the portal into the new zone. Either we get the corner of Brisban and some story with a zone in 2 weeks or we get it all with a zone on Tuesday. All I know is if we don’t get a zone added into the game on Tuesday Anet deserves to be slapped upside the head for doing nothing the last 2 months.

Just went back and realized the other 2 are also tagged as brisban…. I myself thought we’d see maguuma in all its glory but all the concept art are pointing to a edited brisban like the many edits they did to LA im almost positive they are doing the same thing to brisban that they did to lions arch, im not really against it… But id much rather have the ability to explore maguuma, i’ve always questioned if anet had a big enough team to actually add a new map (theres a lack of expansions for a reason) wish anet could speak up on what they can and cant deliever so that we are on the same level with them in what we really want to see in the game. IE: if they say they dont have the resources for a brand spanking new entire map atm we (the player base) will be able to voice our other wants. Unlike a company like lets say for example Blizzard, Anet is VERY much limited on what they can do due to the size of the team.
Anet, just how big of a limit is it? Will we MAYBE see new zones in the future, or should we dream smaller and work with yall to make what we already have even better than what it currently is??? Would LOVE an answer no matter how simple it is!!!!
