I run something similar but I don’t fire off all my Immobilize at once. I usually wait for a cleanse then just reapply it.

This is a serious problem. My banner warrior in wvw is now useless 50% of the time.
warriors are the bottom of the sPVP food chain. They need some serious love right now.
Anyone who plays a warriors knows the dedication and skill it takes to play on a competitive level. We need more condi removal and stun breaks to stay viable.
cc warriors are only viable in a 5v5 sPVP setting from my experience. cc warriors get rolled just like any other class and really only shine in a 1v1 setting. Just wait until every warrior is running condi cus cc gets a nerf then there will be tons of qq about how condi warrior needs a nerf cus its just to powerful. l2dodgeroll. If you cant beat a cc warrior I think you need to reevaluate your build.
It doesn’t come down to one build per class sometimes you just need to change your battle tactics. If your getting beaten by one class’s build repeatedly do something different.
The Warrior is too strong at this point in time. The health regeneration it can achieve is higher than the damage output of most damage-spec classes that I have. It doesn’t even require a single thought other than selecting the correct abilities and traits. That is unbalanced, and ridiculous. It’s a lot like a Guardian to be honest, but boon stripping is a viable tactic against those. I see none against Warriors as they are right now.
There is no way a full bunker warrior can out heal a full dps thief. With blocks and invulnerable traits survivability will go up but the warrior is going to do 0 damage and eventually die.
If your going full condition damage there much better runes to use besides perplexity. Nightmare or undead come to mind. I find perplexity runes to be a better fit on Knights gear and I use confusion damage to suppliment my damage. Rabid+undead is a much better condition set up for me than say rabid+perplexity.

remember when necros were the shizz and everybody rolled one? Same thing is happening with warriors now. If you nerf the warrior you’ll have to nerf the necro to. It’s the reason warriors got buffed in the first place cus the class use to be a joke.
No nerf needed. Up until a couple a months ago warriors were a joke to play. They got balanced and all of a sudden people who had been fighting this “weakest” class in the game were now losing battles to them. Warriors were always decent in wvw for condi cleanse and cc but in pvp they were a joke. Now that warriors have a decent meta people need to learn to fight warriors. Thanks for pointing these out. I wouldn’t have noticed the stronger bowstrings as I never use it. Berserker stance has always behaved this way 100% condi reduction although the description says reduced.
It’s a known bug that been around for months. Use your weapon swap to move again without waiting the 5 seconds.
bump. Still not fixed. As noted above getting dazed or confused in wvw seems to fix it but losing all my skills in a zerg fight is bogus. Can we at least get acknowledgment on this issue?

I just made a post about this then I found this topic. I am having the same problem on my warrior when I pick up my banner in pvp after my skills are broken. In wvw just attempting to pick up the banner breaks my skills. I have to reque just to get my skills working again.
If we are all experiencing packet loss I doubt its on our end

It used to just happen underwater after the last patch but more and more I am getting it on land. When I drop a banner then pick it up all my weapon skills stop working. I have confirmed this with my other guild members as a bug. Dying in pvp fixes this but in wvw I have to relog to get my skills working again. The queue times are astronomical right now so this bug is a game breaker.
Also in wvw after the bug I somehow get infinite endurance. So I can dodge roll as many times as I want.

2 v 2 Tournament
Fights will last 3 rounds with best out of 3 rounds advancing. The winners will advance to the next bracket losers will face each other until elimination. Maximum pvp server capacity will place us at 10 teams of 2 players. If we have more than 20 people the losing teams will rotate off of the server. The Prizes are 5 gold for first 3 gold for second and 1 gold for third.

The problem here is enemy team can attack us do damage while we cant damage them. They can take out siege and npc’s and fall back to that safe spot everytime. Once an enemy drops into the sw camp from the spawn point path they should be fair game instead there is a glitched spot. The area is designed to drop off into the sw camp once your in there’s no path to retreat so why is there a tiny safe spot to stand on? No where in the op did I ask to take out spawn paths or portals.
Imagine being the underdog and finally getting a foothold at a tower or keep then bam patch fix. It’s a huge momentum killer I think patching would be better either on friday before the wvw reset or on a monday. Patch fixes are great just not when everyone in a guild is battling during primetime.
The problem in the video is not that the spawn point makes people invincible. The problem is that the determined buff extends into the sw supply camp. Over the weekend we’ve spent countless hours at the sw supply while the enemy just waits watches and attacks. The big deal here is that opposition can run from their spawn to sw supply and attack us but we can’t do anything to damage them. People camping the spot in the videos are just waiting for us to leave and we can do nothing to push them out.
Playing as a support build yields significantly less loot bags then a dps build. I know that’s the way its supposed to be but it takes some of the fun out of wvw when your team mates are getting all the loot and healers get jack.
