I have a quick question, what is the best engineer’s build for dungeon? I have an engineer level 80 but haven’t played her since last april’s patch. Now that i wanna bring her to dungeon again, i’m not sure what is the best build i can use, if anyone has a video for might stacking or a link to the build i would really appreciate….

hello guys and gals,
i need your help on how to defeated dwayna, and what class should i bring.
the group i was with consisted of 2 mesmers, 1 thief, and 2 warriors. 2 mesmers is the people who kite, while the thief and the warriors do the dps. the reason for this is because only the mesmers know what to do so we leave the noobs to do the damage. however, we couldn’t get her below 50%. what we did is pull her to the end of the cave, and leave those 3 to damage her while we range and then run to aggro those sparks.
is there another way of doing boss? if so, what should i bring, since being the mesmer doesn’t seems to work.
i probably should mention that this group is pug, since my friend and i just joined to help them with melandru and decided to stayed. i feel bad for not being able to finish the path, but after an hour of going at dwayna, i feel ready to pull my hairs out. so any advice is really gratefull.

i personally liked the fact that i can add someone to my friend list. when i’m bored, i’d go to one of the starting areas and add people that are low level or doesn’t have a guild tag. if their AP is between 10-100, i then asked them if they need any help getting started. of course, i will remove them from my friend list once i’m finish helping them, but some of them ended up add me in their friend list anyway.

Hey guys, so i have a question that had been bugging me since i started to play this game, how does time pass in tyria? (Mind, im not sure how to phase the question)
I remembered one time i saw the sun rise while standing in ebonhawk, and my real life hour at the time was around 3-4am. I know that some event only appear during the night (lady in white for example), and since i’ve never seen this event or heard anyone talking about this til now, i figured not alot of people is in Queensdale at night. But then, the only time when i noticed it night is when my sylvari glow. So i guess my question is, is there a way to tell if that place is night without loading there? Or what timezone is brisban wildland is in compare to plains of ashford?

If i understand this correctly, it mean that when i do map completion on 1 character, i will unlock all the skill challenge in that map on all of my characters, is that true? Cause if it is, this will totally screw me over for all the weapons i want to make that require skill points, let not talking about legendary

I’m not sure if this is a bug or not, but it seems that when they bundle up the personal story, they also took out alot of it. For example, my friend and i were doing his personal story at Forging the Pact (in which we have to travel to Concordia and save some research team), when we finished with that part, his next step is the battle for fort Trinity, completely bypass the part where he need to help Tonn. After we done with the Battle for Fort Trinity, we go straight to cathedral of silence, and now is the Source of Orr, which is the last story before Zaitan. Is this only happen to us or everyone else seem to be skipping several steps?

i don’t think you can. I actually played gw2 before i bought gw and it seems that i have to register an account with ncsoft before i could play. Mind, it was late and i was sleepy so i didn’t really bother asking too much question at the time, so i’m not quite sure if what i did was correct, though i did get to play the game. i still haven’t link my accounts yet so not quite sure what will happened after

idk about your first question, but your 2nd question is that the only person that “liked” scarlet was Omadd, and he’s dead. all the other asuras shun scarlet after they found her with inquest…i think

i believed i encountered the same bug like you. it’s a tent, actually. somehow would not load for me, but load for my friend, whom i brought along on that mission.

once, when i was a noob and doing personal story for sylvari. I was level 5 and the story requirement is 7. i almost quit the game thinking why is it so hard to kill just 1 guy

i’m a bit confused about legendary weapon skins.
if i’m understanding it right, then when i have sunrise on one character right now, i can use the skin on another character without having to make another sunrise? with the same effect and everything?

my friend and i did a level 20 fractal today. I opened the instance and rolled for swamp, after a couple tried, i couldn’t get swamp and so i told my friend to rolled for me while i go afk. He went into the fractal and i went out to Gendarran Field, we did not open a new instance. However, when we did the 3rd fractal, my friend decided that we need more support and so he went to switch character, thus we all got kicked out. Is he rolling made him the instance opener now? Because we did this before where i opened the instance and he rolled for swamp, but this is the first time it kick us out when he switching.

edit: nevermind, the crafting stations i saw was someone summoned it. they should have put it there though

there is crafting station in vigil keep, it’s right next to the mystic forged.

has anyone see him yet?
i went to all three refuge camp but couldn’t find him. I sure hope nothing happen to him

Just to clarify 1 poin in last post. You won’t get pristine relikittenil your personal reward level is 10 or more, and you also just completed a fractal level 10 or higher
