Yeah, I think the height difference is what was causing it. He kept sinking me into the floor and then would become invulnerable.

The story became bugged at “Get the key to the captives’ cages.” The Krait Keymaster will sink me and then after I get back up he becomes invulnerable and I can’t attack him.
Once he became vulnerable again I would be able to attack him but if I got sunk again it would happen again.
I was finally able to finish it after 15 minutes of attacking him but not after he had 5-6 times of going invulnerable.

This heart says to kill separatists but it seems some areas with separatists aren’t rewarding completion and some are.
The area marked in the screenshot shows where I was able to kill separatists(I didn’t venture to the west at all, just the eastern portion of the heart) and get completion.. If I went south of the circle, while still in heart range, the separatists wouldn’t give completion.

Yeah. Title and char info at the char selection screen are at 100%(needed to login to the char 1 time first to make it update). Now only the account medal is missing for me. Still at 97%. All other stuff related to world completion and area disvoveries working and maxed.
Mine was doing that too but I logged out and logged back in and the medal updated.

Just ran Ascalonian Catacombs after the new update and also got blocked at the final part of path #2.
We took Detha to the Hall of Champions but her dialogue doesn’t trigger and the mortar event doesn’t start.

The only thing I dislike about Orr is that it seems like every Risen in the area has some sort of pull/stun/knock back/etc. It’s not difficult or challenging to be pulled across the map.
I think it would be a lot better if the disables they had didn’t stack, so you could at least stun break out of it and be fine, instead of being chain pulled in a circle by Risen Spiders:P

Merciful Intervention doesn’t appear to actually do any healing, at least for me, on PC characters. Not sure if this is by design or not, but I don’t even bother with it because of this.
I’ve noticed this too. Sometimes it seems to work, but one issue with that is the missing green numbers that indicate the amount healed. . Also when it does work, it doesn’t seem to heal the user at times.

I’ve noticed this bug too. Sometimes shouts will remove conditions and sometimes I have to use more than 1 to remove it.

I don’t think any sort of disable should stack, including immobilize. It’s hard enough to remove stacks of conditions when they just get reapplied right afterwards. Seemingly every time I get hit with immobilize I die, because of the 4 other conditions being stacked on top of it.

To be honest I don’t find these dungeons to be “difficult”. Being one/two shot by something doesn’t make it difficult, it just makes it frustrating. Like the LT boss in AC EXP. You can dodge his pull, but then his leaping attack still almost 3 shots you.
It’s also bugged because he can pull you through the pillars and even leap through them.

There is supposed to be a reward which gives you two items you can use to craft a Legendary with. It would make sense due to this achievment taking a heck of a lot of effort! You use those items at the Mystic forge to craft the legendary from what I hear.
Then again: reddit seems to say you get 2 level 80 exotics which is pretty sweet honestly
Yeah you get 2 gifts of exploration for finishing 100% world completion. The exotics were just from finishing one of the high level zones.

Try going to chantry of secrets, that’s what I had to do. It is still bugged though as the achievement/medal is stuck on 97%
