Maybe cause you shouldnt have it ez way. It is supposed to be a prestige armor. If you dont want to play that type of contest then sorry brah, you can always craft ascended for the same stats. Whats the point of doing raids if i can acquire legendary armor by running in braindead open world?

Hopefully you cannot get it without raiding. But perhaps you’ll be able to buy slots, kinda like dungeons, but more expensive. So farm your chests in SW and then simply buy slots.

I hope they get rid of this “service”. Lets have something prestigue for skilled players already..for once.

Legendary armor is just a skin after all.

I love how people are so blinded by “omg shiro looks so cool” that they dont realize it’s not even that great lol
If anything Mallyx is the best legend they have atm

I personally think that Shiro skill effects are poor. Im not a fan of dark green at all. I wish his theme was red/orange or simply purple like in gw trailer.

That said which other legend offers low energy stunbreak that also evades and provide endurance, decent gap closer to stick to your target, and 3 sec long aoe stun?

Mallyx? People can cc you 100-0 if you are in Mallyx.

Right now outside of poor healing ability, Shiro feels the most complete. And after all hes useful in both condi and power builds. Revenant has basically 0 mobility outside of Shiro.

You dont balance around wvw, espesially wvw food brah. The trait is fine +you dont take into account people running with -duration. You wont cap them.

Ps traveler runes are king for condi due to extra boon duration for resistance.

Pizza = 40%
Empo = 33%
Sigil of malice = 10%
Traveler runes = 10%

93%. If you use torment runes then

Tor runes = 45% for a total of 128%

And now if someone has -condi duration, and they will cus condi builds are op in roaming (just look at this braindead pu condi monkey), your torment duration will be reduced to 92/88%, so you dont really cap anything.

Pretty much a build i played but with staff instead as swords were broken. That still didnt saved me from any condi build that could wreck me without really any ability to counterplay.

Alternative is to drop invocation all together and go Glint if Jalis will suck too hard. If i slot staff i will have to lose either ranged option called hammer (which can at least prevent projectile condi application for some 6sec) or dps from sword. For 2 condi cleanse on (lol) selfroot 1sec castmove.

1 condi every 10sec from legend swap is nothing really and it mess up my playstyle as i actually tend to camp one legend unless i had swap for heal or bursted someone and drained all my energy by doing so.

And Jalis heal cant be really considered as as condi cleanse cus..its our healing skill. I wont use it at full hp if i get weakness or something. Its just a bonus, nothing else.

I would go salvation, i really would do it. But not in current state, too many useless traits for dps for what in fact? 1 condi removed on a dodge with 10cd? Also salvation is a support line, where condi cleanse etc belongs is our sustain line – retribution. It is no different than war defense line or survival line for ranger.

They could just get rid of steadfast and place some condi cleanse there as right now all of these traits in gm are lackluster. Retribution line is mandatory as revenant is weak to cc. There is simply no way to drop stab on dodge or protection on cc with current lack of stunbreaks across the legends except Shiro.

For comprasion my war and ranger builds. Everyone knows medi so that one inst necessary.

“Meta” gs/x build. 2 diff sources of condi cleanse on class mechanic without losing dps. Berserker stance and resistance from hs is just a cherry on top. Soon he will get berserker to end up wth even higher condi removal.

The changes so far been too slow. It took 2 betas to actually get evade on “mist” skills. We are going with yet another beta that unfornately didnt touched any traits. Jalis hammers were changed, but were still going to have old reflective summon trait next beta etc

The main problem with this game as a whole is that balance patch occurs every 6+ months and in many cases thats some little tweaks/nerfs. Just look at warrior rifle – even after 3 years it still sux with basically no changes. I fear if they wont get rev right now, we may be stuck with trash class for few months.. espesially power builds with no access to condi removal nor tools to prevent condi application.

We still have nearly worthless Jalis, clunky Ventari and Mallyx which need some rework. Shiro outside of healing ability feels pretty well. Weapons also feels near complete but hammer may need some help as right now it has no means of kiting.

Main thing tho is…ton of lackluster traits.. Im a bit worried about that one

Quick look at my ranger…war..and guard. All of them are dps.

War;
Cleansing ire – remove condi based on adrenaline when it connect (up to 3)
Brawler recovery – remove condi on wep swap, 5cd
Berserker stance to prevent condi application for 8sec, 60cd
6sec resistance form healing signet on bombs

Both doesnt need any utility skill, its all build in class mechanic.

Guard

Virtue of resolve – 3 condi removed when trained, 43cd. Can be reset with rew focus
Smite condition trait – remove 1 condi on healing skill
Ray of judgment – remove 1 condi on 20cd when it connect
Smite condition utility – remove 1 condi doing extra damage, 16cd
Contemplation – all condi are converted into boons, 46cd

Ranger;

Survival skills remove 2 condi per use. Needs utility skills to do so
Bear f2 (class mechanic and terrible pet) removes 2 condi on 20cd
Signet of renewal cures 1 condi every 10sec, active transfer all of them to pet.
Empathic bond – 3 condi every 10sec are transfered to pet. Full passive class mechanic.

Tbh when i play ranger i dont need anything else than bond, i also use signet for a condi wipe in O.o moments. Thats due to his advantage in range and kiting potential.

All of them got enough condi cleanse..Not too much (maybe except war due to basically unlimited amount of adren in fight) and not too low. Revenant should get some as well with one oh kitten button like rest of them.

The argument behind dps is the most stupid thing ive ever heard on this forums..
Play ventari, try to condi cleanse on yourself by standing next to tablet and wasting time waiting for animation when youre a glass that can go pooof in one hit. Or play ya know..condi legend designed for condi builds..hahah. Rookies rookies..

Quick look at the Revenant:

  • Renewing Wave: Removes 2 Conditions on a 15s CD 15E
  • Riposting Shadows: Removes Immobilize, Cripple and Chill on a 0s CD 30E
  • Soothing Stone: Removes 3 Conditions on a 30s CD 5E
  • Purifying Essence: Removes 3 Conditions on a 0s CD 35E
  • Eluding Nullification: Removes 1 Condition on a 10s CD
  • Cleansing Channel: Removes 1 Condition on a 0s CD (Legend Swap has a 10s CD)

So let’s see, i guess a Revenant DPS Build is Shiro/X + Sword/X + X + Devastation + Invocation + X, right?

Since the X are variable and not relevant for a DPS Build, because there are no other DPS Legends/Trait Lines, we can fill them as follows:

  • Shiro (Riposting Shadows) /Jalis (Soothing Stone) or Ventari (Purifying Essence)
  • Sword/X + Staff (Renewing Wave)
  • Devastation + Invocation (Cleansing Channel) + Salvation (Eluding Nullification)

and now tell me how you have not enough Condition Removal in your DPS Build. Calling others Rookies because you are not able to think for yourself is such a classic behaviour.

So in short, while all classes i mentioned get these perks in one build while going zerk (with exception of survival on ranger) you asking me to run for a tiny bit of condi cleanse;

1.Jalis/Shiro for soft cc
2.Ventari
3.Salvation line
4.Invocation line
5.Staff

So basically..yeah thats right. BUNKER BUILD.

Make a footage with Shiro/Ventari (running with one subpar healing skill will be fun) vs anyone half decent with condi build, prove me that it is strong. Until then im done with this worthless, clueless discussion. Bye. Beta next week, you have a chance to shine.

I used to main a DPS Ranger, and the only condi cleanse I had was Healing Spring, and a lot of times, I would use Troll Unguent instead.

Condi’s where my weakness, but I did fine without it. This is of course before the Trait redo.

Before patch i been running 6/6/2/0/0. Had no problems with condi unless someone jumped out of nowhere on me. Most of the time i was forced to kite some sneaky engis as few pistol hits could melt me.

The difference between rev and ranger is that you stay away and pewpew ppl all day long from all that aoe crap. as rev you goes into melee. A melee should actually have tools needed to survive that stuff otherwise he wont work.

People should learn from warrior already as everyone knows what crap he was before they added condi cleanse but actually you gotta be a vet to understand it. Fresh player will never get it..

One class?

Warrior can bring cc, mob, damage and condi cleanse in one build

Ranger can do the same

Guardian while doesnt have a lot of mobility nor cc they make up for it by being quite resistant for some period of time

Necro doesnt have mobility has tons of cc, espesially chill and cripples to keep someone in (guess who cant run away?)

Mesmer can bring condi cleanse on shatter if they willing to do so but its not needef for them as they have milion ways to avoid damage while poking from range

Thief is not bad when it comes to condition removal either and will get even more – by dodging on 1cd. Lets pair that with sword 2 that also removes one..and will be a meta soon thx to daredevil.

Engi with trait revamp got some serious condi removal as well

And ele..nuff said

All of them can configurate their builds to make condi removal work with power build without any problems. Now where is the condition removal tree for revenant? Cause i cant find it somehow?

Mallyx also;

-is a stricle condition legend, which makes him useless in power builds
-does not remove conditions, olny applies short strippable resistance
-require not olny full set of utilities, but also traitline
-you also lose stunbreaks which in the makes makes you even weaker and useless

Revenant is already weak to cc, isnt that enough?

Tell that to dd eles ( 4 ele team just won ESL carried hard by a thief lol ) and all other classes that can slot pick up mobility, condi removal, decent damage and cc. For some weird reason they can have “everything” but rev is not allowed to be on par with them? Thats something i dont understand at all. Care to explain why?

The Advantage of Power over Condition is simple. Sure Conditions are Fire and Forget if not taken care of but Power kills way faster than Conditions.

Burning disagrees with you. Also its not even about damaging conditions as all ppl need to shut down revenant is weakness and immo. Those 2 condi are enough. One to turn rev into a walking joke doing glacial hits all day long and immo outside of Shiro to have a sitting duck waiting to be eat hundred blades and die like a noob. Those are not issues either?

I would also like to see how you will perform in 1v1 against burn guard and burn war btw.

From what i understand then.. if condi is a weakness of power rev, then he should be able to faceroll every other power build ingame without any issues, is that right? He cannot be weak to power builds as the olny “weakness” are conditions. Which means buffing and buffing till i be able to hardcounter all power builds. If i spec for condi i should hardcounter any condi build?

Assassin’s annihilation looks like a really good trait. But, I am not sure if it’s worth it to replace Swift Termination.

It’s not. How often do you attack foes from behind compared to foes under 50% health? Swift Termination is a must if you want to prevail in 1vs1

Its also from sides, not just behind. Do you know how “sides” work in this game? You basically hitting up a guy in front of you and you still proc this trait.. Try it on ranger shortbow 1. From the position i am on ss i can apply bleeds. I proced anhi basically the whole time i was hitting someone in melee. I consider this trait to be much better than the one which boost your damage by 20% to targers under 50% hp. Rev needs a lot of healing due to poor #6 skills and that helps him a bit. Howered i think they should get rid of cd.

Some people missing the point of Mallyx. Mallyx was supposed to manipulate with conditions and feast on them hardcountering anyone that willing touch him with condi, not get wrecked. How can you even manipulate with condi in current state? All you can do is pain absord pain absord pain absord yoo, so much..reminds me i swung a sword..

Glad to hear Roy have plans for him. Espesially considering the fact that we do not gain any benefits for few stacks of the same condi of us and that allies can “nerf” us.Too bad all that stuff is not in current beta making feedback a bit..pointless?

But Rev can already hard-counter conditions with Pain Absorb + Demonic Defiance. It’s not particularly fun for us, since it drains all our energy so we can’t do anything else. It’s probably also not fun for any condi build attacking us without boon removal since there’s nothing they can do about it.

I agree that changes are needed, but I don’t expect that the incoming changes will necessarily be buffs. I expect Roy will probably balance it so that we aren’t energy-locked to maintain resistance, but also that we won’t be able to maintain 100% uptime on resistance anymore either.

That still would be better than what we have now. Whats the point of other skills if you wont ever touch them. And the counter to condi rev is..nuke him down while not in Mallyx. But thats something people have to figure out.

A killshot can easily be dodged with one dodge.
RF cannot be dodged with 1-2 dodges, as it damages longer than the evasion time on 1 dodge.

and if they halved the channel on volley like the op is asking for you would be able to dodge it as well……

The problem with rifle has nothing to do with it’s damage. It just doesn’t have some of the tools that help longbow rangers stay alive like the added range, the ranged knockback and the stealth. The problem is you can’t give that stuff to warriors because they have a lot more passive sustain than rangers and with fast hands they could kite you around all day and destroy you from range.

A lot more passive sustain..like what? Healing signet? Heal as one has 488hp/s.. I also use signet of the wild which is another 62hp/s regen.

Im not sure if war is even close to that. War cant get so much kiting potential on rifle like ranger, true. But that doesnt justify rifle to remain as totally useless weapon.

Higher base health, higher base toughness, adrenal health, traited endure pain, resistance, option for more healing through traited shouts or banners, etc.

Its not like ranger runs around with 11k hp and light armor. How much difference between 16 and 19k hp is? 2 auto attacks? Same goes for slighty better toughness. 5% reduction as far i rebember in zerk builds.

I can also name;
Signet of stone with 6 sec immunity on 64cd,
Protect me – all damage transfered into pet – 6 sec duration on 46cd.
Decent stability uptime,
Decent stealth uptime,
Decent access to protection,
Decent cc. A taunt which you cant even dodge on a tiny 15cd.
Awesome mobility – swoop alone matches gs+sword warrior.
Best range in game -1800-2100 depending on terrain.

I didnt started this game yesterday and its quite obvious that ranger wreck warriors on a sight as i do it myself while i am on pewpew without trying and running around without armor if i feel good throwing “ez” around.
I mean..you talk about extra healing from traits which also require dropping stances. Doesnt ranger have that tools as well when trained? Lemme see;

Healing on f2
Regen by using warhorn skills
Regen by using shout utilities (with swiftness and its all aoe) and with runes aoe condi cleanse
Aoe 50% uptime vigor on pet swap
Another 60% vigor uptime by evading an attack (so basically perma vigor)

Thats all on top of already 550hp/s with signet of the wild. And i could go on. Sustain wise? Warrior is not even close to ranger. Not. Even. A. Bit. Neither to his kiting abilities. Its easy to write all possibilities.

Rifle is compared to ranger longbow cause both of them serve the same purpose – high single target damage. Rapid fire not olny deal higher damage (higher base+scales better), but takes less time to cast, applies vul. Rifle is a weapon which need help the most on warrior as in current moment its olny good for trolling and some sneaky asura killshots.

Making volley on par with rapid fire is justiced espesially when we consider all other factors in.

Most of it damage is also reduced by over half if you do just 1 dodge. Hard cc like line of warding can still knock you out. Same goes for (bugged?) pet taunt. Then there are still blocks etc. If someone is around be it ranger pet, mes clones, necro minions or simply another player your damage is drastically reduced as well.

In many cases you will do lower damage than by simply autoattacking 1 person. The evade part makes it more like a defensive skill rather than offensive. There is no reason to not let it track stealted players. Channeled abilities are there to counter stealth stuff in the first place. If someone lack brain and goes stealth under channeled ability its not our fault.

Ps. i thought blink/shadowsteps already counter sword 3. Just at the end of cast do blink/shadowstep and pooof. Out of range. GG WP. It can also be losd. Stand next to wall. Problem solved as i dont think they ever fix that.

There is no reason to not let it track stealted players. Channeled abilities are there to counter stealth stuff in the first place. Or if you want to make it counterable by invis then let sword 3 apply reveal on each hit. Now you have a way to counter – go stealth before the skill will hit you or get revealed and lose access to stealth completely. Fair trade. My skill should keep running even if theres nothing to hit otherwise ill lose my much needed evade to stand in one place due to aftercast and get backstabbed. Fun.

Maybe I’m the odd ball out, but what happened to teamwork and coordination with ally’s. It seams to me most of the threads regarding this are based as a solo 1v1 perspective. Being weak to Condi just makes me want to grab a friend or 4 that can assist me in that area. I thought the purpose of a MMORPG is to play with other people?

Maybe im too young, but when a class cant carry his own in many cases it tend to end up in trash bin. When we look at “meta” all of these builds can do well both 1v1 and teamfights. The support they provide makes them olny stronger due to synergy.

What does power revenant provides which no other class can do? So far the olny thing he provides is “babysit me please”

Bunker? Ele or guardian
Roaming? Thief, ele and mes. All of em will eat power rev alive
Support? Again ele, guardian, warrior (falled out of meta for a good reason)

Ranger is a good 1v1 class, but what does he provide to team? Absolutely nothing. He cant even cap point properly.
So ill ask again. Why i should pick useless rev that cant stand on his own over ele, thief, mes, guard or even necro that will do just fine whenever its 1v1 or teamfight?

And lol and ventari and his tablet..like please..ventari in a dps build. As some salad liked to say “this wont end well”.

Yes we are weak to conditions for sure. But remember with glints heal those conditions will heal us.

Once they stack up as well jails heal will remove all conditions and heal us. Legend swap if traited to breaks stun, shield 5 can make you immune to conditions to 4 seconds as well. We do have options, not as many as some other classes but it’s still something. We can also taunt as well which can be very helpful

Nice stuff on a paper. And how did it worked for you last beta? I know that i melded to any condi build and while playing condi myself i wrecked any power rev i faced without any issue. Some tried to run Mallyx with resistance to stand a chance but i stripped it right away..

Also shield 5 doesnt not make revenant immune to conditions as they continue to tick, youre also being rooted in place being unable to do anything other than waiting to get cc’ed. When you swap legend you lose your “legendary 10sec stunbreak” and there is nothing easier than cc rev right after he swapped to Mallyx/Ventari/Jalis.

Also lol at taunt..You wanted to say that people can use your taunt against you by using reflect right? As above – weakness, poison, chill, cripple, a well timed immo when youre not in Shiro is all the stuff someone needs to destroy us in a blink of eye.

Warriors were supposed to be weak to condi too and we all know how it ended where war been considered number one in trash tier before cleansing ire. Anything with condi walked over him. That will happen with revenant as well espesially now that conditions been buffed (looking at burn).

Mallyx abilities should get base resistance and be balanced around their energy cost. Demonic defiance should be just an extra bonus if anything.

10 energy/1 sec resistance would do it. Right now Mallyx is not well designed..hes not weak but..the olny thing we do is pain absord for maximum possible resistance uptime and maybe copy conditions which doesnt even take advantage of current stacks we have on ourself. Whats the point of keeping 20 stacks of burning which can insta kill rev if resistance get stripped?

Also as noted embrance should pulse resistance, it has high cost, tiny radius, and copy just one condition stack. I would like to keep animation as it looks cool and fitting actually.. Removing it would be a mistake imho and could be used to abuse resistance.

There one problem..anyone with access to weakness will be able to walk over revenant without any issues. On top of that poison reducing our already not so good healing.

How that class is supposed to work is beyond me at this point. Everyone and their mom will run condi rev to stand any chance in pvp. Is is what you guys want..like really?

We are quite short on stunbreaks outside of Shiro, our access to the olny “decent” and delayed by 3 second source of stab been nerfed into ground and the olny thing we have going for is stab on dodge – so basically dodge to keep up stab against cc classes with little tell to their cc if youre not in Shiro.

I don’t think it’s ever going to chase someone down while they’re in stealth. Would be a little strong >.>

Is rapid fire too stronk as well? Is killshot too stronk as well? Or volley? Is every other channeled ability in this game too stronk just cause it track people in stealth? Yeah i thought so.

If someone is stupid enough to go invis while being attacked by channeled ability, thats his own mistake and should get punished for it. Decent players adapted long ago. Sword 3 is also nothing but channeled ability and should track like every other ability. Simple as that.

63 healing with cleric amulet..OP scaling. Personally i dont think that damage nerf was justiced all that much..It had some damage, but it was still fairy weak.

What i would like to add..overall it seems revenant is build on a completely new system.

Glint is pretty much support oriented and will be a nice legend to pair with Ventari.
Then we have Jalis for some tankiness, Mallyx for condi and Shiro for dps.
Most likely future elite spec will be aimed towards these directions to give us possibility to go full tank, full condi, full dps.

I honestly CAN not see how a build that relies so heavily on Invis while their pressure is applied can be serious problem in PvP.
Invis is REALLY strong when backed up by burst, but in PvP, constant condi pressure while you are camping invis is a serious disadvantage in conquest.

OP what is your build? Do you have reliable condi clear?

And then you realize while they cant indeed cap a point, you cant leave it either, espesially in 1v1 situation. Your choices are;

1. Have hope for someone to come up from your team and help kill him (SoloQ situation)
2. Get rekt on a point. Mes won and capped the point.

The fact alone that you mention the ability to stealth while putting pressure on someone suggests that something is off here.

There is one problem..enchanted daggers are not balanced, its junk. Why it would have to lose something when you can pair Mallyx and Jalis heal and get 2 healing skills on demand? Im really curious about your answer. If daggers are balanced now, does it mean that jalis+mallyx heal are unbalanced and needs to be toned down? Assuming by logic, yes.

To get high hp from Mallyx heal is not really a problem either – it just depends on who you face. If you face non condi build you wont get a lot of healing as they dont apply many conditions naturally.. Howered if you face necro 1v1 that has access to transfer, you can get 10 conditions from him alone. Thats some serious boost to our sustain and you dont really have to be “focused”

4 steps to fix Ventari/Jalis ideas.

All you have to do..is some tweaks on invigorating, nothing else.

One of my suggestion was to swap eluding nullification to minor trait (and get rid of cd all together or reduce it to 5cd) with hardened foundation as right now its a basically useless minor if you have 0 healing power.
Serene rejuvenation affecting also revenant so you gain some sustain by choosing salvation.. to avoid complete rework but had another idea for it as well. This trait is useless without Ventari atm.

These changes alone would improve salvation line as whole, without needing to rework some stuff that inst necessary at all.

In this case tranquil would be picked up by staff user that look for some sustain in salvation line but runs without any power healing. Hardened foundation for bunkers, invoking harmony for support.

The second idea would be to swap serene with invoking harmony and rework harmony itself – to provide aoe healing like healing ripple ele trait, but on legend swap instead.

What else is needed really?

7. Ending Upkeep of Protective Solace now has 1/2 cast time and 8s CD and Knockbacks ~200 units. Moved from Elite. This skill currently does absolutely nothing against non-projectile foes and some knockback for such telegraphed skill would’ve been okay I think.

Why you want to nerf protective solace? We dont need cd’s..espesially that long. Isnt energy enough already? Might as well scrap the energy system completely and slap cd’s on everything..make a topic in thief section that they should get cd’s on wep skills on top of ini. My popcorn is ready

Im not sure whats up with that fashion to slap cd’s on revenant skills really..

4. Agree, partially. The Water Field spawn is quite nice and I would seriously want to see water field on the Rev. It should destroy the Tablet, though.  Natural Fragments should have +2/3s to their duration added. Remove Knockback from it. It doesn’t work right with Momentary Pacification.

If you want tablet to be destroyed, it should also have it cost reduced to 40. Summing tablet cost 10. Thats 60 energy just for one skill. The daze from trait is delayed by about 3 seconds or so btw. Was curious why it worked this way, but now i know – jade winds.

6. I also suggested changes to Invigorating Flow which would affect Tranquil Benediction trait (see sticked red post) and make it much more desireable, up to the point where I would reduce the boon durations from each orb to 2s.

Invigorating flow is fine as it is really.. Am i supposed to chase for orbs now? Is it football or something? Tranquil is fine as well.

TI also think there’s room for a healing skill that rewards being used at 75% rather than at 25%, particularly on a profession that has the option to swap legends for a more emergency-oriented heal

As the fight drags out you ends up with lower and lower hp. If you happen to have 25% hp already, second healing skill on cd and all you are left with is..Shiro “heal”..then youre doomed. Simple as that. Gg wp. That healing also makes revenant much easier to focus in teamfights as they cant bring their hp back in one second.

We are not going to get Enchanted Daggers turned into a more frontloaded heal without paying some form of price for it. It might be a reduction in the total heal, a reduction or removal of the damage componenta

Why we would pay some “extra” price for it? The hp/s is already terrible low as it is. The interval also prevents chaining that healing with sword 3 to get all procs off without risking taking damage from opponents.. If damage is a problem then get rid of it along with it interval. Simple as that.

And as i said, Mallyx heal alone can outshine Shiro+Jalis together when timed well. That was a one of the reasons why condi rev was doing quite well (even with this terrible shiro heal) as Mallyx could carry it while also providing high resistance uptime and load of blinds. That not something we will ever see on Jalis+Shiro combo.

well-timed Signet of Stone activation would make a Litany of Wrath guardian cry

You still can gain 6k hp by pressing that button when trained. You still gain extra healing from retal. I dont see how that can make any guardian cry. Press f3 for protection and facetank rapid..not much damage will be taken.

At some point i beleive they said that elite spec would have special ul effects like revenant. So far the olny thing we saw was f2 berserker.. They also mentioned a new class icons if you pick up elite spec line – so far i havent seen any new icon..

I disagree with condi transfer on healing skill. It breaks a bit synergy with Mallyx and in the end its not all that useful either. I rather have it on impossible odds so i can decide when i want to keep or transfer them. After all come on, it has 10 energy activate cost and drains 10energy/sec, it wouldnt be overpowered if it could transfer condi.

Roy previously stated that conditions were an intentional weakness for the class outside of Mallyx.

And that will be a reason why power rev will never make it into pvp meta. Condi outshined power in last beta by miles ahead and the gap will olny become larger over time – when they released elite spec with focus on conditions.
