I’ve got the same problem as some other people have: I cannot join any arena solo, but i can if i’m in a group.
The bug was fixed with today’s patch! Good job !
Basilisk venom is still bugged.
Stealing (with mug) and both basilisk and sleight of hand make the target graphically turn into stone, but he still can move and dodge because the daze instantly cancels the basilisk petrification (effectively giving him a stun break).

Hey guys! What changed with this patch is that Basilisk Venom is now being recognized fully as a stun. It looks like there’s an issue that’s shown up with this new functionality where skills apply their strike (with the basilisk venom) and then be overwritten by that skill’s daze/stun. We’ll look into this and see if we can’t get it fixed soon. An idea on the fix is that the venom would apply after the strike occurs, and have it be the higher-priority stun. Thanks for the heads up!
So it seems that basilisk now inflicts regular stun.
I tested with other source of daze, and also from different profession to make sure it was not just a problem with basilisk.
From my testing (correct me if i’m wrong), any source of daze on a stuned target will stun break it.
Maybe you tried to tone down stun warriors with that change so they get penalised if they spam all their stun/daze mindlessly?
I don’t really understand the point of this change … the old overlapping stun/daze system was fine in my opinion since the stun was not stacking.
Anyway it doesn’t make any sense that daze give a stun break it’s plainly wrong design.
You could also revert the basilisk to the old petrification if it’s the source of the problem, nobody ever complained about it, it doesn’t change anything that it’s not a “regular stun” as long as you can stun break it.
Happened to me 2 months ago.
Sent ticket + forum post about it.
I got a premade bot answer like “we’re aware of the situation, thanks for reporting”.
After few days I got no more update of the situation and my ticket report got closed.
So I sent another ticket saying: why did you close the ticket? you didn’t fix anything, didn’t propose any solution, a bot just told me “thanks for reporting” then you closed the ticket and marked it as solved? I want to have a real answer, will you do anything about this problem? I don’t want another evasive bot answer i want a real answer, yes or no.
I got this answer: “We are unable to fulfill your request” which i guess means we won’t do kitten.
My advice: don’t expect too much about having your rating restored it probably won’t happen.
Also you misunderstood the dev.
“Your rating has been reset” means: “Your rating has been reset to 0%, by the bug”
To cheer you up: it’s not that hard to get back from 0% to top 1000 it took me 1 day (20-25 games), then another day for top 150.

The server crash caused a glitched game to come, where there was no opponents and no allies.
The rating calculation for this glitched game made the rating return a value of 0.
Fix the consequences:
Watch in your database for people who complained about losing all their rating. Manually set this value to what it was before by using the value you find in your backup database (prior game crash).
Fix the cause to avoid future problems:
Have a programmer look at the source code where the rating is calculated and let him do his job.
Exact same problem happened to me with the euro server crash.

Sent a ticket on support website + in game bug report.

I have 207-176 stats so that’s 383 games.
7% is probably something like rank 20000 or more
Nothing justify to drop from rank 150 to rank 20000 (after any win or any lose, but in my case i got a 1v0 match that must have glitched the game)
So it’s definitively a major flaw / programmation error in the coding of the ladder.

Hello, I know there is already a topic about it but it’s 2 months old and no answer from devs since then so, maybe we get a better chance of being answered with a question/answer topic.
I don’t want an explanation about the issue. (I already know that you only receive rewards in the server region you have the most wins in.)
I don’t want you to tell me to stay in the same server until I get tournament rewards again. (Staying in the same server is not an option for me, I will keep switching between euro/us server no matter what, because I want to play on both servers)
Ok so that being said, now here is the (simple) question:
Will we get the tournament rewards working for both server region?
or
Is the current situation working as intended?
As a gw1 player i’m used to play with ppl all around the world.
When i pre-purchased the game, it was mentioned a guest feature (aka “pvp is not server dependant”) that was supposed to be here since start.
I was told to switch servers while waiting for the guest feature to be released to be able to play with whoever you want, which i did.
Then you changed server transfer to 1 per week. It’s really annoying, but I can live with it.
I won’t complain about the already lost tickets/chests/qp, I don’t care I can live with it if you don’t give them back as long as you fix this bug.
This bug has been knowned and reported since day 1 and lot of people are pretty much waiting for a fix for 3 months now.
This problem and the lack of guest feature totally destroys pvp experience for people who switch servers a lot, making spvp/tpvp just unplayable.
Is it too much of a programming challenge for you? or are you just going to perpetually put this bug at the bottom of your priority list?
PS: this server-restricted pvp mode is no good and doesn’t make sense, it divides the players community. Gw1 had the chance to have international districts and everyone could play with and against anyone. If pvp in gw1 was server dependant, the game would have died much more faster.
