UW died in the start of the last season. All the WvW guilds left the server, as a result you’re losing to Vabbi in the last tier.

GL GuM!!! u guys are awesome staying and fighting as more or less the only guild left on uw

got 4 precursors from mystic forge in 10 minutes using about 30 gold. the chosem first, the lover, leaf of kudzu and last rage. after that i used about 400g and got nothing. coupleof days later i tried again and got dawn and leaf og kudzu (again) in a couple of minutes

lol, that was me. was playing with a friend who was on her alt, and she knew the dude so we decided to stalk him to troll him (he didnt know her alts name). then he asked if i was helen which i had no idea who was and i said yes for the trolls. don’t worry, im not running around claiming im someone else lol.

Yeah feel ya. We (Underworld) are currently fighting you and gandara and our server is dying even more than yours. We are very high pop but none of those guys seems to be playing in wvw more or less. We have now lost almost all our wvw guilds aswell which sucks.

Think i was about to duel you, terrorsquad, but had to go all of a sudden. Still up for duels?

Thanks for some nice fights yesterday VoTF, INC and HT. Had a blast. We are still trying to improve ourselfs running as a guild, and when we face guilds like you we know we still got some practice to do!

This week has been alot of fun, many nice duels and nice blobfights. Havent done too much defending the past weeks like GuM usually does, but with cheap golems and op rams its not that fun anymore. Shame some of UW guild want to give up to drop to bronze league. Our guild will still put up a fight tho

Indeed. Rams are too strong atm. Anet should really strengthen gates, mby give another tier into gates or tone down the ram mastery line.

Oh my god. Are we still whining about this GuM defending their keep thing? It’s really getting silly as we are mainly a defensive guild which is a rare sight nowdays. Most of us enjoy defending together, and that doesnt mean we’re sitting in the keep all day waiting for an attack, we are defending our whole border by taking bsck/defending camps/towers/keeps or even just fighting in the open.

We are not a large guild, so we dont do GvG yet, but im sure we will in time, but we love small scale fighting either its over a tower, camp, sentry point or even a bit of the map. The only thing that seems viable from your eyes is to me to run as a guild blob of 20-25 which in the end proves how good you are ect ect. Dont get me wrong, we have started doing this ourself in groups of 10-15 lately, and its fun! But what i dont get is flaming a guild that defend what we claim + our border in general. Most guilds just go for the endless lootbag or WXP farm.

Writing from my phone so this got a bit messy, but we scout alot all around the map so we are prepared for an attack most of the time, but surprise us or cap when we sleep and u will get our border!

Enjoy the rest of the fight, as i am in London for vacation i wont be here for the rest of the matchup, but when we meet again im looking forward to some more goof small scale fighting and 1vs1:D Already fought some TaG guys, TEO and WBC and ofc draugr ppl, had alot of fun!

Well when you spend hours upgrading a keep you might want to defend it, and whats better for that than sup ac’s? You tried to take Hills all night yesterday TaG, you got close but luckily our zerg saved us before u could breach inner, you destroyed alot of siege and we rebuilt the siege like you should if you claim a keep or tower. It’s not like the 10 of us would group up and rush you, risk wiping and lose all we had been working on just because thats a fair fight, – when you attack, we defend.

Reset night is always the perfect opportunity to use some stealth traps, so me and some guildies had a lot of fun placing em in front of zergs and emptying camps. My goal was to annoy, so it seems it worked

It has everything, close range rockets to take out incoming ships. It has a missile system to shoot Aerial encounters and of course long range missiles!

Haha, come on guys. Stop the flames already and realize that ÄÄ doesnt want a GvG even tho you do. They are have stepped up as a good UW-border defending guild the last months after a break and i dig what they’ve been doing lately.

As to Lion, theres obviously a couple of trolls posting here including your leader it seems, but you are moving pretty nicely together when i’ve seen you running, but i have to say the fight in quarry was pretty lolz. Didnt see much after that because i had to go, exept a couple of fights in ruins. (Im not trying to start a troll war or whatever so peace to yall, and you’re all good players both ÄÄ and Lion)

In my opinion golems after recent updates are ruining the defending/upgrading aspect of WvW. You can get alphas for 10 silver each, omegas for like 1 gold. Im in a defending guild which are claiming hills usually, but what is the incentive when you pay 5 gold and 6 hours+ upgrading a keep, running dollies to have it golem rushed in 3 minutes the moment there isnt any scout there or if you’re too few people to even man the siege.

Some suggestions:
-Making upgrades in keeps ect free, at least if you claim it with your guild!
-Nurf golems
-Make them expensive again/deny them from trading post.
-Fortify gates.
-Rewards for scouting keeps or towers
-Better defence against golems since tbh 4+ acs cant really do much against 10+ golems. What about making an arrowcart trait that gives some + % against golems like 50-100%+ dmg against golems.
-Other kinds of offensive siege and defence siege

What do you guys think?

Ty for the reset tho, fight at our Garrison was intense! Seems like AG and FSP got a lot of numbers but GuM will still give you a good fight for our home border

Hi!

I was commanding for GuM at the time. We were having a WvW-event. Heres what happened:

I got a whisper from a respected commander from UW which happens to be a mesmer which stated that he and a thief was inside bay. Why would i ask any questions about that? We rushed to Bay and got ported in rammed north inner, and capped it while our second commander on the map was putting pressure on hills with trebs.

Fact is that neither the thief or the mesmer which is accused of glitching into bay is from our guild. If they did glitch in im ashamed, but i dont can’t really know much about it since i wasnt there to see it.

Firstly, as stated, check for a heating issue.

Have you overclocked your graphics card at all? Did it come with an overclock already on it from the manufacturer? If so, you might have to tone the overclock back to get acceptable parties again (of the non-disco variety).

Do you get crazy effects like this while playing other games? If so, this could be a problem with the card itself going bad.

Haha thanks bro. Its not overheating, temperatures idle is at 50. Yeah ive tried pushing overclock but it resets by itself in a minute so i didnt care do do it anymore after a couple of times. Yeah i tried Team Fortress 2, and i got the same discoparty, so i guess its my card which is taking goodbye?

Was playing WvW today, when i joined a new party and suddenly graphics began flickering and started a disco-party.

I have tried restarting my computer, getting the latest drivers for the graphics card and changing graphics ingame. I have never encountered any problems with my graphics before.

Anyone got a clue what i can do to fix this?

My specs are:
Nvidia Geforce 550 ti
Intel Core i3-2120 3.30 ghz
4gb ram
Windows 64bit SP1
