Guild Wars 2

I hope this isn’t already discussed somewhere. Recently I received an offer for a merger with another starting Guild. The request came after a friend and I discussed the possibility to hand the leadership to someone else since I for one am very ill at the moment and secondly that I really do not have an idea how to run a decent Guild and that must be frustrating to mu Guild Members wanting to do Guild stuff.

My question is:

Is this at all possible? How do we change the name of “our” new Guild since the new Guild would like to keep their name but would like to add my Members? I currently have almost 500 members and him just a few but they are doing all the nice Guild stuff.

Just as the topic suggests. The reason why I am asking this is because I seem tohoard stuff the I do not know if I will need it sometime in the future.

I have a Guild stash and uses my Bank to store stuff that’s not soulbound. Every video I watch on You Tube, teh Uploaders have loads of stuff in their inventory.

Thanx for the info. Make sense about the flame spoiling the visuals. I can imagine 2 people doing that. It would go crazy. The thing with social game is to consider others as well and I tend to forget that sometimes. Good and valid point.

Thanx for your info. I’m playing Engineer for the first time. Why would I get kicked if I auto attack with flamethrower? It was keen on using one because I see a lot of people using that. It was one of the main reasons for choosing an Engineer.

Hi everyone. I’m new to MMO’s so there are a few abr. that I do not ubderstand like HGH for example. I play a turret Engineer only. Thought that was a good thing. Is that a bad idea?

Thanx for all the opinions. Rewards and different story line and traits. All seems like good enough reason to continue with the story, just different choices.

I have finished the story with my one character (human). I want to start with a new character but I also want to play human. Do I have to play the story again? So far I am skipping through the conversations because I know the dialogue.

Before I start with a new race to have a different start to my story, I just want to know whether I have to do the story. I am trying to complete every map and do not want the interruptions.

Any advantages apart from the Black Lion Key and certain armour and rewards?

There is also a problem with Jewel crafting. I am level 50 and cannot discover any rings since last week. I am trying to combine copper setting with copper band and ANY pebble. I have done this on many occasions with my other toons.

I am doing Jewelery on my current character after I enjoyed it so much with a previous character. The problem this time is that I am stuck at level 50.

I cannot seem to combine any pebble or stone with Copper ring and copper setting, same with hooks.

Any known issues in this regard?

Inexperienced MMO player, looking for guild members to do PvE, Dungeons, Puzzles together. Looking for guidance and help in this regard. My main focus is just to have fun together. I play almost every day at least an hour or three.
