in wvw ive seen huge numbers from izerker and iswordsman both hitting for over 10k on full geared level 80’s

1. lack of ground target able AoE (why the hell isnt feedback ground target able? makes no sense)
2. Amount of useless traits and utilities. (a lot of the signets and mantras have VERY situational uses and are not useful in 90% of builds. replace the traits and/or the mantras already. stop trying to ram them down our throats.

thanks for all the feedback so far people. unfortunately the NA servers are out of the question for us as we have players in guild who would have too many issues with the already poor latency problems in GW2 so EU is our only focus. Were actively discussing options and possibilities at the moment so any and all constructive posts are appreciated

Was wondering if well ever get any love and if the community actually wants some? i would be extremely happy if they just gave us an empty spvp map with no objectives or terrain (aside from a few inclines and tress or something) and let us use it for organised GvG as it would keep both the WvW community happy who don’t like us taking up space in their BL’s with a GvG and would make it easier for us to organise. thoughts?

Would like everyone to know NP has decided on which server we are moving to and it will be AG. Thank you to everyone that approached me to discuss us moving to their server and talking us through things. Met some great people and had some fun talks over the past week.
Will Miss RoF but it really was time for us to go, thanks to the people who were friendly and helpful and we will miss a lot of you.

we are yet to leave RoF and are therfore still part of the alliance and will be leaving on good terms if that is what we decide to do

would prefer a tier a bit lower than that to be honest as we wouldnt want to appear as bandwagoners

Basically as the title states our guild NP is looking into the possibility of transferring from our current server (RoF). We have been on RoF since day one; however feel it is time to explore the possibility of moving.
We are a WvW only guild currently holding 47 members all of which are extremely active in WvW we also have two very knowledgeable commanders who are well known on RoF and one currently being trained and learning the ropes. We average around 20 player’s minimum a night running together. Our general play time is 8pm GMT to around 2-3am GMT.
Our preferred play style is roaming and zerg wiping which we have become extremely proficient at and enjoy very much. This however does not mean we cannot defend/attack. We are well learned in the placement of siege both offensively and defensively to use it to the most advantageous ends. We all know each other’s roles and classes and how we meld together extremely well which makes us work extremely efficient as a team.
We would be looking to join an English speaking server mid-tier in the EU or NA. Hopefully already with an alliance set up that communicates with each other and would welcome us. We don’t want to just jump to a server to find out we aren’t needed or wanted there. We would prefer not to use vent however other VOIP systems are fine.
Anyone who would like to discuss this with us or is interested in the possibility of us joining there alliance/server please post on here or PM me and I’ll get back to you.

thanks alot for the shout out guys. was amazing fun and really competative.

If ure not looking to jump on an already higly teired server but still want competition and fun then come to RoF. we desperatley need numbers as this is the only reason we are yet to make a big improvement on out tier rankings. We have a core group of guild who all use the alliance teamspeak to dicuss tactics and statergies. yes we are currently getting our kitten handed to us by AG but this is soley down to numbers during our off peak times 5AM GMT-11AM GMT. when AG just cap everything. during the rest of the day we actually have some intense fights and can push them back. so why not give RoF a go? ud be more than welcome

I would reccomend a move to RoF as we have some seriously well organised guilds running at the minute along with a fantastic alliance that uses 1 teamspeak channel to communicate. The ICON splitting rumour is true and i am one of the members who left to join the new NP. however both guilds are in contact with another on freindly terms and are working together (along with all the other guilds) to bring more structure to WvW. even though we are getting face rolled by AG this week we are still managing some extremely nice fights during primeitme and actually manage to force AG back through some nice tactics and teamwork, our only downfall at this moment is the lack of activity from around 5am GMT to 11am GMT when AG just caps the entire of all BL’s. we would be more than happy for you to join us as weve had some fantastic fights in the past and know eachothers cappabilities

21:50pm gmt . my entire guild and a few others on TS were booted from RoF borderlands due to a game client crash. upon logging back in we can get into every BL except our own. anyone else having this problem??

i thaught wall hacking had been delt with by Anet :S hope this doesnt continue and is an isalated incedent as we (RoF) have been against DZ for 3 weeks now and hasnt happend before to my knoledge

come to RoF weve sorted out or alliance and co-ordernation since our last match up and having more WvW focused guilds will only help us grow stronger we both know (WS and RoF) what the other is capabel of etc so it would be an easy fit

RoF if you’re considering an EU server. Yes were in a lower tier at the minute but we are always improving. Have a cross server guild alliances. Brilliant community and communication between guild leaders and commanders. Our only downside is a lack of dedicated wvw guild in the time were offline. We have no ques at all even duri g primetime periods but still manage to have some prett awesome battles

RoF could always do with some more guilds joining the alliance. the more the merrier. and as you guys know first hand we have the ability and tactics make some serious momentum on the tiers if we get some more numbers

wasnt being insulting either and i didnt know that about AA just seen them around alot lol. UW ganking our BL on the reset was the most suprised id been in a while worked very well

no dedicated WvW guilds on UW? u serial? i havent been online once without seeing atleast a 15 man AA zerg running around. and no good fights? what about when ICON single handadly took all 3 of youre fully fortified keeps in an hour? against an even numbered zerg purely by being smart and using some pretty impressive tactics (respect to hawk and chris for thinking on their feet as we nearly got wiped at bay twice)

So as the title suggests RoF is desperate for some more WvW focused guilds to join us. We already have a few hard-core well set up guilds in the form of ICON, HxH and a few others (apologise as I’m not 100% on abbreviations so don’t want to get them wrong). We have an alliances TS server set up that is used constantly whilst were online. We feel (ICON) that our only down fall and reason for being low in the rankings is lack of numbers 24/7. Last week and this week when we actually have the numbers online (icons mainly active from around 8pm GMT to 4am GMT) we stand up well and actually have some fantastic battles with the servers. And I’m sure Whiteside Dazagor and Underworld would all agree with this. That being said once we log off the numbers just aren’t great enough to contend with the other servers and the points start to drop and the lead extends. So to summarise we need an influx of some hard-core WvW guild to help us maintain the gain and organisation we’ve started. There’s very little queue even during peak times on any of the BL’s and we already have some nice organisation set up. For anyone interested please contact Hawkeii in game (ICON leader and RoF’s most known commander).

Basicly our server Ring of Fire has fallen prey to the huge bandwagon of server transfers. We suffered a big defeat two weeks back and have slowly been losing players since. Which makes our WvW efforts harder. Ques are vertually none exsistant at the minute and our general WvW efforts lack co-ordenation. ICON is trying to bring some co-ordenation back into our server. as a mainley focused WvW guild with two commanders who are hugely respected on our server. so if youre looking for a new server or guild why not try us? the only thing we ask as a guild is that all members use TS (even if u dont have a mic just come on and listen. feel free to PM me or ingame mail me (Twig mes) or mail Hawkeii or Surba and well get back to you.

was part of this attack when it happend. it really is starting to get old with all the orb glitches and bugs. for around 24 hours the other day the orb glitched. said RoF held it yet it was still sitting in a Gandara keep. this ment we had no bonus but couldnt take it either???
