I have never ran back 3 times from spawn in a Bay battle, Crazy stuff right there.

We were there! Crazy Lag but we had a feeling all sides had it, so nothing to worry bout ;P We were lucky to get it the first time, but we decided to trade it in for a fancy new top Tower!

That battle must have lasted 20+ minutes, I kept trying to clear you guys out of the outer circle Lords but the lag wouldn’t let my meteor shower pop ( or much of anything) not sure how we pulled off the trickle of people in the ring, I think LoTD went on the wall and sent 1 at a time in or something……good stuff except the terrible lag that I rarely experience

deal. pick one, pass ‘em over. we’ll start by introducing them to lindsay, though she might not say hi back since she’s passed out in the citadel with a bottle of wild turkey. then we’ll take them to commander busey’s command center, if we can find it. he tends to wander aimlessly a lot. then we can conclude the tour by taking them to paris’s rave in the garrison. i just hope they don’t mind yaks.

That was one of the greatest fights ever. We broke it down, all 3 fighting over the keep. Eventually…what like 20 minutes later, TC caps. Not 10 minutes later we’re in there, all 3 fighting over it again, but we came out victorious this time…but knew we couldn’t keep it as our north towers were down. So we had to retreat and not hold it!

Such good fighting over the last 2 hours!

And stay away from my garrison quaggans!

What’s with TC and BG at our Bay? LOL. Craziest thing I’ve ever seen; all the animations so confused me that I was running around in a circle just begging to be put down. Kudos to RE Cmmdr Smile Bruno for his epic defense (and tactical victory) and to PINK for their tactic of staying in back of the lord’s room (which I ran into). And to whoever was running that BG zerg….

You need to remember its been easy mode for most of KAIN for last month+ alot of the guilds are only just starting to get back into the swing of 24/7 wvw and tactics.

So yeah dont see any MEOW on here calling out the kitten guilds we face…so pls dont go rubbing our name into the dirt.

After the battle for Bay, Our Glorious General Flava was so famished, I had to escort him to the nearest Chicken Shack. He’s feeling much better, after devouring the entire place. Hopefully we don’t run into Commander Lohan and her entourage on the way back, or we’ll never get him to stop chasing that chicken head. ;P

I don’t think this guy ^ got the memo about this being a happy and friendly place with dolyaks and cookies and Lohans all roaming free throughout the lands.

I’m mostly friendly because Anet will suspend me if I behave otherwise and they have a somewhat ‘humourless’ attitude to jokes, even if they’re actually really obvious ones.

All it would really take is one guy, then maybe one guild, then one whole server to change the attitudes in T1. There are a tons of great people on all those servers having 24/7 awesome fights, but they mire themselves in endless arguments about words like “coverage” and “fair.” Those stupid arguments carry their way into each servers private forums, then guild forums, and before you know it, everyone is either having a bad time or trying to defend the fact that they are actually having a good time despite the percieved issue. Win the time your on, collect your badges, post a nice score update and go to bed…

Calm down bro, he’s trying to be friendly, though seemingly having difficulty getting the meaning across.
Still, Slasher, I wouldn’t say we had twice your numbers. Meow had 15 and WM brought 8-10 to KBL, thats 23-25 total. Doing the maths, you’re saying you only had 12? Not calling you a liar, I blame culling, since now not only do you not see half the enemy, you also don’t see half your friendlies. Where did the commander go? Oh, culled. I think numbers were evenly matched last night, and we had a swell time trying out different tactics.

Well, to be fair T1 servers these days are pretty much overrun by aggregations of everyone else’s weak-sauce players who couldn’t be any good in a lower tier, cutting and running to those ones hoping their algae-like brains will absorb some skills, class and tactics through osmosis or something.
No offense to the OG-server players there… if anything you have my sympathy as even on the other side and I know quite a few of you are actually fairly nice human beings! But they’re vastly different now and not in a great way either.

As much as I hate being randomly lol-zerged by 50 Warmachine as some solo necro speedbump running to get supply, I do give them a lot of credit for having the sheer balls to simply NOT take the easy way of transferring to another equivalent high tier server, like pretty much every other guild did and make something of a server which was essentially nothing.

Aside from that, I hate them because they don’t actually fall for a lot of tricks we used to play on our T1 and other T2 opponents… like the ‘lol there’s only 10 guys in that tower with no walls, charge!’ trick and the somewhat infamous KnT/AAO Benny Hill-eske, zerg kiting antics around pieces of terrain in one direction until everything behind you is dead and everything else in front of you, hasn’t seen you yet because they’re still technically chasing you trick.

They dont fall for that like the other suckers

I had to take a break from the tier 1 discussion thread, the amount of ranting that is going on in that thread atm is insane.

Even your combative posts here are pretty luke-warm in comparison. Were others are actually telling people to clam down and not get so emotional.

I encourage the tier 2 community to view and bestow some maturity on the tier 1 discussion thread. Use it as an example of how not to behave when u guys are in tier 1 next.

You know, we’d love to join your NAs for some good fights. I’m sure there’s lots we can learn. Frankly, we did our best to get as many on at reset as we possibly can, but you know how enthusiastic everyone is on reset. I myself queued for total of 4 hours, mostly because I DCed a couple of times after getting in, and unfortunately, by then it was probably past NA prime. Keeping fingers crossed for next week though, so bring it on!

Great fight at BG BL tonight. Our 15 men held out BG’s 40+ men zerg at Bluebriar for over 2 hours. ^^

I think that’s because ICoa moved to your BL and TC’s lol As soon as they moved back, BG took the tower.

But yea, if you want to say 40 BG couldn’t take the tower, you can. :P Mostly we just got tired of keeping 40 men there to keep killing an NPC that wasn’t in a keep’s lord room.
