Seriously if I found out any of my friends behaved in this manner I would drop them immediately.
I would first give them the chance to make things right with this guild before taking matters into my own hands, but regardless mmo or not I like friends that have scruples and obviously these people don’t!

Also (willpearson) I feel sorry for you since you appear to believe that doing the right thing is wrong if it involves turning on a friend, if anyone’s morals ever give you pause would your really want them as your friend?

OP I would not put too much trust in these “friends” since they appear to have issues, the fact your posting here means you at some level think what they have done is wrong so now its up to you to decide how best to handle it.

I would really like to see the option to buy a authenticator, as someone who does not see the need for a smart/cell phone I would love to have the option to just buy one for 5-10$.

Anyone else feel this way also?

ya it was fun But trying for the poi and vis i try and give up. sad i’m at 93% for the world map. but ya ty for the buff. as for the camping are spawn point do you have to go that low to keep us in are spawn. i wish they would add if you spawn camp you Lose karma for the sever like about -5%.

I refuse to spawn camp think its very tacky, recall being on the receiving end of spawn camping and there was 4 of us and 15+ of them we just sat in our invulnerable area and poked out now and then to hit when we could.

Needless to say it got very old quick.

And the reason they left is because Fergy and Anvil are terrible servers.

I would have to say its the people that jump ship and go to the winning servers that are to blame here not the server itself in most cases!
Have no respect for such people, but I do have quite a bit of respect for these players in these underdog servers that stick with it even when its a very lopsided match.

Also you have to consider in all fairness some servers may not have a decent size wvwvw player base regardless of the overall population?

Someone in another post suggested not allowing world transfers if the other world is one of your wvwvw competitors, I personally think that is a brilliant idea.

I would take it one step further and suggest you can’t change to those particular servers until late Friday, to keep people from world hopping to bypass the lockout!

All I was saying was don’t imply a whole server is at fault, if that thread title had singled out a server as you did odds are I would have said something.

Problem is these wvwvw matches are already a bit heated in most cases and people tend to point fingers or just flat out insult the other teams, we really don’t need to add fuel to the fire right?

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I have on rare occasion taken supplies to repair or even help build something for that keep/tower/castle etc.

Did not realize until now that those supplies directly effected when upgrade would happen, I normally take from supply camps but sometimes in midst of battle you take what you can get!

Shame they don’t have some requirements to must meet before you can even use one a wvwvw test of sorts? Perhaps they can give it to you on a trial basis and if you do not succeed its removed and you have to research it all over again at a much higher cost?

Make people prove themselves and earn the right to use the badge, now that would make lot of sense and would remove doubt that those people on the map should even be leading.

Let us hope they find who did it and ban them, here is hoping someone got screenshots!

I will take this inconvenience gladly if it has some effect on the gold sellers/buyers. As I see it its not ArenaNet that’s ruining the game for people, its the idiots that buy and sell the gold bot and what ever other silly things they do now!

Personally think they need to take a harder look at the players and start perma ban any who buy gold, exploit etc.
Removing most of the demand would go long way in reducing the number of gold sellers, think most mmos tend to focus more on the seller less on the buyer and that needs to change.

While I am sure some people earned the right to wear commander badge, I do wish there was a way to earn it other then just flat out paying for it.

You have to admit some players buy this and expect people to just follow them not because they have earned the respect, but because they happen to have the money to buy it in he first place!

Perhaps a exchange npc that might take our excess chocolate, butter etc in return for other (SB) mats we might find more useful?

I don’t mind having to use different kits and tools but it annoys me when I have kits and tools with a few uses left on each.

What would be very useful imho, would be to have the option to combine tools/kits of same type and essentially recharge them to full if you have enough partials to do so?

Also I did a search for this suggestion and found things related to salvage kits and so forth but not this exact suggestion, if this is a duplicate of another suggestion please let me know so I can respond there and remove this!

I am fine with the way it works at this time, initially it was awkward but after getting use to it think what they have is fine.

Also if this somehow hinders the gold sellers by not having player trade then by all means don’t enable it!

I forget what game it was I played but they had the most brilliant system, all gold spammers chat went into a spam tab automatically. Not sure how they managed to filter it but wish ArenaNet did this, along with the reporting them and of course banning the idiots that buy from them!

I would love a blizzard type authenticator, for me 10$ is a small price to pay for that extra level of security!
And for those that may not have the extra money the droid etc app one should also be made available?

@OP or just have a heavily encrypted password that is unique to this game, that appears to work also!

We all agree to the EULA and even with the profanity filter there are still things said that violate it, trouble is we all click accept and mindlessly agree in our rush to enter the game!
Guessing are all these people that have 3 day or even 2 weeks bans did something against eula?

You should be able to get refound if you bought physical copy of GW2.

If you just bought the key and DL it from account page im afraid refound isnt possible.

You mean after you did the beta, head start and now its day 8 after official release you think people should still get a refund why?

If you purchased the game and entered the key and all of a sudden decide you don’t like the game and want a refund (tough), also if you were banned legitimately and are now asking for a refund have to say hope they refuse!
