I currently have an 80 Guardian, Engi, and Ele (Mesmer almost capped!)l mainly play WvW (mostly roaming) and PvE content though i’m willing to get into RP and PvP. My Guardian is currently full zerker burst/meditation. Want to get a second set for a bit more survivability and group wvw. I’m not too sure about what I want to run on my other classes and guidance could be helpful. I’m looking for a friendly guild. I’d like to commit to a guild but I can be a bit unstable at times. On TC but I don’t mind a multi-server guild ^-^

In all honesty, I feel as though all the hate on Scarlet is unnecessary. I mean, it’s not like if we had a different villain the community wouldn’t have been pleased. Scarlet isn’t the problem, it’s the way Arena Net PORTRAYS her. From what I could tell from the short story they gave us on her, she could have been a very interesting character. I for one could care less what they do, as long as I get good content.

To be honest, it just depends on the stat combos that will be available. I have taken quite the liking towards the Magi stat combo on my Guardian, and so far, that is only available in AC (Precision, Vitality, Healing Power). If that’s there then I’m going to go for an ascended set. There are ways to re-skin in this game for a reason.

Currently been running a Healway Build and a Meditation Burst Build. One is cleric/boon dura. The other is glassy with defensive utilities. I enjoy both of these builds but I wanted to try something in between considering the 16 slot bag difference it makes. The toughness on the Cleric build bothers me. I run quite a bit of CoF and other dungeons that get me a lot of aggro. Toughness in general isnt really worth it in my opinion. I saw the stats on Magi and thought I’d give it a try (Precision,Vitality,HP) I was thinking to use a mix of Boon duration runes and zerker trinkets. The Utilities would probably consist of Meditations, Shouts, and/or signets and ofc Renewed Focus. Signets are suppose to get buffed up a bit by the 15th too. I’m still thinking about the traits and any advice would be valued. Pretty vague explanation but I can see the basic layout. Any comment?

So Ive been trying to complete the Cutthroat politics achievements, but my only 80 is a guardian and the scaling in Candidate trials sucks. Its as though there isnt any tricks to beating it for Guardians now that they patched the spawn glitch > – <
We dont have any pulls that go farther than 600 so i cant seem to find a way to beat it anymore, and i still need it on Evon and Ellen’s. Ive taken all the advice people have given me, stalked youtube for guardian vids to beat it. It seems Guards arent made for soloing it. Tried everything but i cant seem to solo, and its a pain in the kitten considering its rare to find t4 groups now.. or at least on my server and lfg..
If you beat it then PLEASE advice me. also gearing advice wouldnt hurt too bad. Thanks in advance. I hope T_T

I wouldnt really mind a desktop now that you mention it. Although, I still prefer mobility over power

I bought Guild Wars 2 only several months ago and I put up with my current laptop, but I’m beginning to get annoyed with the issues due to the lack of an advanced enough graphic card. I lag in areas with larger amounts of people (which is practically everywhere on the Kaineng server -_-) and sometimes the laptop shuts down. So I went browsing through Google looking for a new laptop. I stumbled across a few Alienware laptops and i heard fairly decent reviews on some. Course I’m not the smartest person either so I thought this might be a bit easier to work with. Although the M14 will probably run Gw2 fairly well they’re are as expected, a bit pricey (900-1800 USD). My question is, is it worth it? If not, I take laptop suggestions.

My laptop does the same thing. I Downloaded gw2 several days ago and the game gave me several notifications to update my shader model card, and though i bought one on amazon, scheduled to arrive in a while im too stubborn not to play till then. When you log in on the interface before you enter the game where there is that article on the left startup menu, it should say something about hardware issues, just stuff you need to improve game play is all. Most reqs. arent too expensive so i doubt you’ ll have to much difficulty. hope i helped =)
