You should be able to obtain another Spider Silk Insulation from Grandmaster Craftsman Hobbs in Lion’s Arch. He’ll have a conversation option for misplaced legendary crafting components. This will only work if you have deleted the item, so double check that it isn’t squirreled away in your bank somewhere!

Is the achievement you have completed called “The Sword Regrown”? While playing in someone else’s instance, you should receive a “Regrown Caladbolg” choosy box when you obtain that achievement. Can you check to see if you have this item?
I also did not get the cooling room thing from Bolt III: Zap. I think both of the items you need to get from the thaumanova fractal are bugged at the moment.

It wasn’t in the patch notes, but swapping teams via the volunteer button to balance a match has been fixed this year to increment your dragon bash achievements.
Thanks for submitting this! I’ve confirmed that Sensor Scouter is broken in southsun. We’re looking into it! As a side note, please don’t fret about these achievements going away anytime soon. We’ll be sure to let people know if their availability is going to change.
Hey guys! The patch note only mentions one Personal Story instance, but in fact every ‘missing ground texture’ related issue for Wayfarer Foothills (including the crashing) should now be fixed on live. Please keep us updated if you run into any more issues!
