Like a month ago or so, everytime I summon my defensive GOLEM, I hear

“Requesting defensive GOLEM support!”
“I domain time itself” (or time and space itself)
and something about a mirror.

I feel so attach to my main (an Engi), that I felt curios about what an female Asura could say, so I made a female version of my main, she said mostly the same as above, but so far there is one in particular that makes me react.

“Help me I´m hurt” (most of the time I think, “don´t worry, that bookah will PAY!”)

Question, does anyone has a Ranger? I like:

“Glad to have you back” (like saying, “who´s a good boy”) =3.

Neither do Bookhas, when they are … dismember, evaporated, crushed by a GOLEM or by our hammers as well, at the lab or at field.

When a guildmate, annoys me a lot, I start to call him/her bookah.

Since I can summon another GOLEM; thanks to my research, at the crucible of eternity, besides my Defensive GOLEM, I feel that everybody fear…. respect me more.

Also when I´m taking a rest, my GOLEMs can help me to rally and claim my prize.

Time ago I had a Charr lvl 44 … I didn’t feel comfortable, so now is an Asura. I only play Asura.

Is ok, don`t worry, I have had many problems with bookahs:

Twice in CoF, helping Magg to cross the fire field, a Norn and a Human, thought that I was Magg, preposterous, we are not all alike.

And I had a problem with a Bookah, when I won at crab toss, at the next 2 rounds, he was just bothering me, and yeah I was the only asura.

But is ok, I don`t feel bad at all, I know that perfection is something that a Bookah can`t handle. Why bother with us? although we have not bothered/hurt/attack them … yet.

I Suggest you to do combinations with the parts you like of each set, as I did with my main. The cultural armors are cool as well.

Just want to say thanks a lot for the first world of SAB, here in México we are celebrating now the Children’s day (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Children%27s_Day); the commercial and SAB itself, remained me a lot my childhood, for me this month is a themed one (I guess for all of us in México as well).

I do really want to see what comes the next year =).

I don´t know if this was already posted, but I do really like the quaggan/charr backpacks, I´m interested in buying In Real Life. So I suggest IRL backpacks.

I have 4 Asura, my main is an Engi, my second is a warrior. I do like how he smile while inflicting pain =P and the stand by animations, for my warrior I do like the mace – axe animations (check 5 on the axe).

Asura are pretty cool characters, you should try a mace, hammer, long sword, rifle, shield…. well just try all of them.

Hi, since the launch day I played an asura (now I have 3, two 80 and one low lvl), I always felt that my name (Betoxico) was not right to the lore, and thanks to all the comments here and with the chance to change names, I have a better idea for name and title for all my current and future asura.
From Betoxico to “Btoxx Btox Krew”. I´m not in the US, question: Do I have to add “member” or its fine as “Btox Krew”?

So far I have an Asura Engi, and a warrior, because of this thread I will have a necro.

For my warrior, when gaining adrenaline:
“Adrenaline approaching maximum”.
“Gaining adrenaline”.
Adrenaline at max:
“I am all round up”.
“They´ll regret, rallying me up”. (my fav, most of the times I repeat after him… but I add “these bookhas” will regret, rallying me up)

Both of my asura, when in rally:
“Assistance!”
“This can´t be happening”.

When helped during rally:
“It´s about time”.

When I change my exotic armor:
“Rare and valuable”.

Some days ago, after depositing some good artifacts in the bank at Lions Arch, I found that an asura colleague and I were receiving strange word from bookahs, something about our height and being compared to rats, I didn´t try to argue ,irrelevant!; I mean they are bookhas, I did not stay long, because I did not see the need to speak with them, I mean we may be small in height, but in the mist we can be a real unpleasant feeling at the lower backs. Any way, I asking for asistance for jokes against the Bookahs, like:

“How do you call a Bookha´s sience book… A book of jokes”.

I really enjoy GW2, it’s been a long time since I’m excited for a game, GW2 really has fresh ideas and shown interest in players. Since August that I began to play in WvW we had done well, I stopped because of fractals (which are very entertaining), but I noticed a few weeks ago that we have to participate against numerous servers, where basically for a few days which dominates Stone Mist is virtually the winner, this has caused that some members of our server changed to the wining server, the support of the new commanders NPC is good, but once recovered the tower and as we protect dolyaks for supplies the zerg comes and retakes all, which makes it very difficult to keep something. We have tried to raise the maximum (with four upgrades) each camp and with siege weapons, but even so it recaptured by zergs. I have read some forums in English and Spanish, and I thought of the following suggestions:
- Cost for server change, that does not allow WvW, if the change came from one of the participating servers in that week, ie a change from second place server to the first place server, this should be penalized / not allowed. Allow the following change every 30 days or more than the WvW round time.
- Implement air support (can be siege weapon or NPC) this is to change the course of the score and make the game more dynamic, without relying on the zerg.
- From the novel “Ready Player One”, can be implemented a siege weapon of mass destruction, something like a bomb / device that, when is activated clear all the enemies that are invading the home server, once activated defenders rush taking points of interest before the invaders return to defend. This device can cost a certain amount of gold and / or performing certain tasks for activation.
- When enemies are is invading a home server, not allow the resurrection, and just allow teleportation. This is similar to the restriction by the Resurrection Orb. This mostly because when we 5, kill 10 in a group of 30, the rest find the way to revive them, which makes the task tedious. Or deny rally on enemy invaders. I do not suggest this for Eternal Battle.
- Change the number of maps or style. It can be a single map, something like eternal battlegrounds with a mixture of all 4 or just the three worlds, because basically when a server with too many players, WvW gets tedious, where we participate mostly in a single server trying to defend our own, making very difficult to participate in eternal battlegrounds. Could be a single map, that opens in certain times or events on the enemy map to invade and generate more points.
- Balance the number of players on each home maps, as follows: In the home servers 3-1-1 or 2-1-1 ratio, ie allow preferential access to your own server, to streamline the defense. Leaving eternal battlegrounds on 1-1-1.
- Just as each member of a guild, earns influence by doing events, hearts or specific activities and in turn use that influence to bonuses for PvE and WvW. My suggestion, is to have a “global influence” (for the server itself) to help the WvW to “recruit” soldiers NPC (recruitment depend on the level of influence or by vote) to monitor points of interest, being similar to the assistance of the new NPC commanders. So player can enjoy PvE and not be forced to do WvW.
These are only suggestions, ideas that can take refinement as the NPC commanders were implemented, I think some of these ideas can influence a change.
