I have a ton of those dice, which my son just “inherited” (read stole) because he started playing pen and paper D&D with some friends. Imagine that…people still play pen and paper. Who knew?

This was the big news on a night where over a hundred people turned out to see Tarnished Coast citizens strutting their stuff alongside the famed Lion Statue. Rookstar, in inventive pink training tracksuit and glossy pink boxing gloves lost out to Cultural T3 Armour. Oh the injustice.

Well if they don’t want to play with you enough to warrant joining your server, maybe you’re best off staying where you are. It’ll save you a wedge after all.
Alternatively, pay the fee and stop complaining.

I have tried running different classes. Close to all of them and I have found that it doesn’t matter what class it is, I die very easily. Defensive ( sword and shield ) warriors and guardians seem to be able to take a little bit more, but without solid heals they are just as bad. If you are totally dps, you are literally a glasscannon ( I like this term ). So I keep asking myself, “Is this game totally reliant on grouping?” If it is, why in the world did I buy it? And I keep asking myself this over and over, after every single death. I find myself getting angry and logging out. I don’t play any other mmo’s, this one was my final hope and it seems like it came up short.
“I can’t do it so it doesn’t work”
Yet there are a great many people who manage to play this game.
Where do you think the fault lies? It might be worth looking into some YouTube videos for general instruction before setting foot in Tyria again. Movement is a huge aspect of this game.

Fsnowzombie, if you aren’t already, I highly recommend trying to get some of your work published. I have no idea how one would go about doing that, but this stuff is too good to be limited to a gaming forum.

There were 200 provided via the chest for those able to access it after talking to Tixx (Once he reached Lions Arch).
Many people were unable to access said chest (including yourself it appears), so everybody was sent 250 cogs (among other items) via mail to ensure those people who encountered issues with diminishing returns early on, were covered for at least 2 mini pets (which was what Tixx’s chest was supposed to solve in the first place).
If it makes you feel any better, having any more than 750 provides no benefit whatsoever. 950 is still short of the required 1000 necessary for four minis.

Thank you ArenaNet for creating a superb Halloween seasonal event for us.
Minus the RNG (Ran “Madness Ascent” 54 times in the end without a single Halloween Exotic, whereas two people I know got at least one within 3 runs), this week would have been perfect. Even so, it was as close as I was realistically hoping for.
