Before this patch The Crossing’s name would just be “The Crossing”, now it has a stupid name of whatever you have transmuted it too. I’d like the old name back please

My full berserker static discharge build on engi is an amazing burst, thieves definitely, warrior, mesmer.

I totally disagree with this, at the moment I think keeps and towers are too easy to capture. Ram Mastery caused that. Waypoints are worked for and if a server can correctly kill dolyaks and cap camps then the keeps wouldn’t get to that point anyway. Now, you’re talking crazy with that white swords idea. If white swords were only when a gate was destroyed then the commander would have to be quite quick to get to the keep and defend, and if he’s at a certain place in the map(opposite side) then it would probably be impossible for him to get there.

FR you so bad you need to come invade the windmill with a zerg for kills? Pathetic players.

I’m not happy about the wait time either…but there is a lot to do while waiting…like start knocking off the Blood and Madness content…

I find PvE incredibly boring, hence how annoyed i am that i only like WvW and i can’t even play it.

1. Warriors have the best hits and armor in the game. That is a given.
2. They have all the mobility that ANET told Elementalists (with the lowest armor and hitpoints in the game and no stealth gimmic) was too much for any one class.
3. They deal some of the best damage in the game.
4. They have the best CC in the game.
5. They have the best passive abilities in the game. (Regens, immunities, cleansing, ect)
6. They have some of the best group utility in the game.

No matter what role you want to play, the warrior has some of the best reasons to play that role.

And yet some warriors are still amazingly bad xD

Let me start this off by saying i am not playing on a “stacked” server, I am playing on the server ranked #8th in the silver league EU (Far Shiverpeaks), The guild i am in are a WvW focused guild and I have always been a WvW player. Since the beginning of the season my guild and I haven’t been able to play WvW because of ridiculous queue times. These achievements have caused WvW to become flooded with achievement hunters. These people have had a year to try WvW and now they suddenly want to do it because of some AP’s. The real WvW players can’t even play the game because they’re stuck in queues, I don’t care if you call me elitist but Anet you should be adding some sort of system so people who have been playing WvW can actually play it.

Gonna put my bit in here. I’ve played WvW from the start, i haven’t done a dungeon for months, didn’t kill tequatl etc… before you guys say i used the PvE players to help me. Also before you say i shouldn’t play on T1/2 server, i don’t I play on the server ranked 17th in EU. Now suddenly Anet bring out some achivements for WvW, for the last two days i’ve not been able to play because i get stuck in a queue, on every border. If you think that it’s fair that i’ve put so much effort into the server and put so much time into it that some kittening PvE’ers can come in and totally block myself and many over avid WvW players out, you’re pathetic. Tbh i don’t care about training them etc… because they’ve had a year to be ‘trained’ and to play WvW and now that these kittened achivements come out they all suddenly come in and kitten it up for the people who play WvW? GG anet, good way to keep people in the game. I’d really appreciate a Dev to comment on one of these threads btw.

been solo-roaming for 2 hours now, tried every map and still haven’t encountered a solo enemy from MS and FR, all 2v1 and even they end up being 5v1 or something bullkitten like that. terrible servers, honestly.

such a boring matchup, blobs all the time from FR and MS and they have like 0 solo roamers, aswell as this FR can never leave a 1v1 alone.

Instead i thank the enemies for a good week of roaming fights, it always warms my heart when i’m in a 1v1 and when more enemies show up they let us fight it out alone.

I’m happy that people still consider us TEO people to be a “strong” guild by naming us, but keep in mind that we are having a lot of issues with raids as of lately and we usually roam with less than 15 people (today we were 12 at best!), usually with really bad class composition. It is only “natural” for us to try grouping with other big guilds since the numbers we are facing far outnumber ours.

Hopefully we’ll do better during the next matchup

I mean not to sound arrogant, but I do know the game inside out, with all skills/traits/mechanics for all the classes in the game. There was no counter to that short of rerolling a bunch of our raid players to necros and hoping at a chance for corrupts.

As for saying VoTF were not fans of EVE… well…. I am quite sure Aneu still has his account, and VoTF are known in EVE, so not sure where you got that opinion from.

What I like is a game with good balance that takes skill to play and has counters for all strategies. Whether the siege takes 6 months or 6 minutes is of little consequence to me, as long as the outcome was determined by skill.

You could try attacking another objective and pulling them from there, and then have another group or maybe rush the keep. If you are that serious about taking it.

from the time you have posted this Our wvw raid have over,after we been raiding for 1,50h alone as HT,Few HT stayed in the field no more than 10 or 15,WBC,TEO,Fury came at the end of our raid in 10-15mint. fury was there but did not Join our fights when we were fighting (KALE.PUNK,GOT,and pugs)in fact fury walked by our fights and did not join…,now stop the Bullkittening and make a better screenshot!!!

At this fight,i can say that we had 40(we had to call most of our players so we counter the BLOBBING and guild teaming from PUNK+KALE+GOT+Pugs) jst to remind you that only HT..was in FSP BL. at this fight HT managed to wipe Most of FSP blob while Few PUNK made it away running from the fight.

sadly both MS and UW groups seemed to be leaving the zone around 22.00 or something already, leaving us with an empty zone :/

I’m sorry this happened to you, every server has trolls. Such as the full gunnar’s zerg who body jumped me after beating me 1v20, I was also danced on by a 3 man group of a guild beginning with T (can’t remember the full thing) after it took the 3 of them to kill me while i managed to walk from north east bay to south west garrison, on my necro, they had nothing to be proud of but they still danced -.-

wow this thread xD It’s clear that Gunnar’s like using their golems to take stuff, Very different to UW because most people on UW hate it when we use golems, because it’s boring, but golem’s must be fun somehow to gunnar’s. I’ve quite enjoyed the match-up so far, although I must say it really does annoy me when gunnar’s have even numbers to us but still hide in their siege range/behind their wall’s.

Kind of hard to take a Keep when the defenders of it outnumber the attackers. But you should be proud that you have more numbers than us its a true sign of skill. You are a high pop zerg server we are a mid pop guild server, we have little coverage and you will beat us out of primetime but in Primetime we will push you guys hard.

If anyone at all wants to show us that they do have a little skill on UW then we can GvG 15vs15 and maybe 20vs20.

I think its safe to say all of underworld and many other servers can agree on the fact we all like good fights. last night at bay was certainly one of them and your fellow server people i see enjoyed themselves as well as a result that makes me happy so your 1 dispute wont change how i feel about last nights fight.

Dude, you were attacking, we were defending. This means that your server should be the ones charging towards us, but instead you guys waited at your trebs with your arrow carts for us to come to you? Also I have a screenshot of one fight where you had the wall, and the gate down, you guys stood outside of the gate and built 4/5 superior arrow carts, to attack a lords room? You’re now coming onto the forum and complaining that we used arrow carts to defend our keep against a zerg that outnumbered us? Oh and btw we didn’t have 8-10 ac’s up we had about two, at some fights only one, we couldn’t build it because your precious trebs kept on destroying them.
