Are we talking server or wvw.

In WvW SoR have more EU and NA.
We in BG have more SEA.

In what magic world do we have more. I mean you got 3 more guilds in after eating several other guilds.

I’m confused. Blackgate is often listed as a full server, and Sanctum of Rall seldom is. The other night we had one of our borderlands outmanned at NA primetime. I think that there is enough evidence that Blackgate has a larger WvW population.

SOR was in first place for weeks. It’s been 2 weeks since they haven’t been in first and for weeks now they have been recruiting many guilds [KISS], [SONG], [WARD], [ACO] being the most noticeable. They have recruited more guilds than their opponents. JQ gained [PRO] but lost a couple more and BG gained [TKG].

It is really hard to believe that a server that was winning for so many weeks in a row and then recruit so many guilds can now have such difficulty fielding players. Either your player base is demoralized and you’re bleeding more players than you can bring in which a previous poster said is not possible as SOR never gets demoralized, or you’re tanking in an effort to get even more guilds to join you.

Really? Here it is 3 pm (est) on a Sat and SOR is outmanned in EB right now. Maybe like 10 people on. Not sure where all these new guilds are. Also these new guilds could care less if SOR wins, they all run around looking either for karma or gvg fights. There is no communication in SOR at all. Nothing new. A server peaks and then falls. Happens over and over in GW2. BG is peaking now so, guess what’s coming next….

So the new guilds that joined, they want the same thing as the ones that have been here? Could care less about ppt and just want fights……so what’s the problem? and the fact that you think BG is just now peaking is funny.

And if we lose? Who cares you dont seem to get the point that a large portion of the server doesnt care if we win or lose we just want fights. Its not like you get anything for winning anyway.

Thoughts on running this for wvw havoc squads? Seems like it would work nicely.

I wish people could just get past all the forum warriors and realize we all three have great servers. We all have our fair weather warriors, our over zealous members who put in overtime, those that feel the other servers always run and hide, those that understand sometimes you have to, those that chest thump and those that are humble.

It’s been a blast fighting JQ and BG these past few months and if we arent matched up again this week I’ll be rooting for yall to win so that hopefully we can go at it again.

Im still trying to find boots that I’m happy with. I’d love to have more heavy legs that arent skirts.

Why in the heck are we stuck with this same lame match up yet again.

Adding my support to this. It makes wvw a nightmare trying to stay on my party’s target. I really see no reason why this was implemented in the first place. Please remove it or at least let us toggle it on or off so those that like it can still have it.

Well people have said for months that SOR has the #1 NA so it could be said moving off of the best NA to another server that fights them means he went to the underdog in a round about kinda way. (I think I just confused myself)

Still trying to decide on which chest piece I like the most but here is what I’ve been using lately.

Griffons, ogres have them why cant we. I wouldnt even care if it was a small one since normal ones are kind of big.

I want giant battles. The whole reason I play this instead of other games is for the large scale combat. I don’t understand the fascination with trying to turn this into small scale combat, thats what warzones/battlegrounds/spvp are for.

Thanks to everyone on all three servers for a great week. We’ve had lots of great fights and I hope things get even better next match.

Can someone tell me why as a rank 8/9/10 player I’m forced to go up against rank 50+ players? How am I supposed to learn how to play when I am constantly stomped on by players I have no business going against.

You know you play to much when you try and rotate a screenshot thinking you’re rotating the camera.

Serious question, why not just do tpvp?

My guardian, mix of dark armor and splint and my warrior which is some tier 1 and 3 cultural with some barbaric pieces.

Another monthly I’ll be skipping, I cant stand doing dungeon/fractals and so I’ll just skip this monthly like I’ve done all the others. I really wish they would just let us pick X number out of Y tasks like they said they were going to.

I’m just going to go on record saying that I hate this change, there are 100’s of gear grind games out there and this was sold to us as a game that wasnt like that. They people clamoring for the gear grind will chew through your content faster than you can make it and will be right back here on the forums complaining how bored they are.

It doesnt matter how slight the gear improvements are, it is going strictly against what they said this game would be about. I had hopes for this game but I guess I was wrong.

Not happy with this at all, the whole reason I got this game was to avoid the gear grind that other games have.

And the gear grind starts… Time to find another game it seems

I’d love it if they added fishing, its one of the things I really miss from other mmos.

I haven’t stopped playing, and from what I did read of your complaints it sounds like there is a game that already perfectly fits your game needs.

Its exactly what I’ve wanted. I dont need a carrot on a stick to have fun, I dont need to chase that next epic to gain some sort of self worth. I can come and go as I please without falling behind. I can play way to much and out level my friends but can go back and play with them without screwing them over. So yes this game is just what I wanted. I just hate that so many people want to change it into something its not. There are tons of games out there that fit other peoples playstyles why are so many people hell bent on changing this one.

Level scaling is one of the things I like most about this game. I love being able to go anywhere in the world and have it still feel relevant. Going around one shotting everything gets boring fast.

Looking forward to our first showing in tier 1, hoping for many great fights. Good luck everyone.

Man I’m IOJ from the start but this IOJ chest puffing is a little over the top. We’re a good server. But since there’s nothing magical about our server that AN put in place, we can fall victim to the same things because the population is allowed to change and its naive to think otherwise.

If our server would become full of trolls and people not contributing but taking up WvW server spots thus making game play constantly bad and not fun…you are foolish to think that won’t impact us negatively.

Not everyone at IOJ thinks our poop doesn’t stink.

Here here, I think some of our people are letting this win go to their heads. I look forward to putting up good fights next week, but the chest puffing needs to stop.

So I had to afk a minute in frost gorge the other day and when I sat back down I noticed my armor colors didnt look right. When I went to check the colors nothing was changed and the preview window looked the same. Then it dawned on me, there was a layer of frost on my armor. It’s the little details like this in the game that amaze me.

There are tons of other games with the gear grind, why not try/play those. I just dont understand why so many people want to change this game to a gear grinder when there are already games that cater to that. Different games can be different and thats ok.

Cant wait to see how these guys fair against HoD, they are probably just gonna take the week off.

You’d have to be willing to move to some of the lower ranked servers to bolster their rosters. As someone who just moved to Devona’s Rest there are 0 queues we just need people willing to move off of the packed servers and filter to these lower pop servers.

My guild just moved over to DR and while its a huge uphill battle, it can also be incredibly fun at times. People seem eager and willing we just need more people to join the cause. Hope to see more guilds head our way!
