My latest video probably our best fight since we came back. Low numbers at night vs. the full Riverside karma train a sick wipe on them at one of the south towers.

They still didn’t fix warrior banner rez on keep lord ?? Obviously a broken mechanic. The funniest thing is the dev’s been told lots of times by people in top Wvwvw guilds do they listen ? Do they care ? Of course not, typical Arenanet.

I bet Warriors running around with that absurd buff to healing signet, in full PVT running around Garrison inner walls with a banner ready to go is a right hoot ! Proper Vizunah Square style.

Good job Arenanet on deathblowing what potentially could have been a great game. Do you even play your own game, i know you guys like to troll GvG’s and such but do you actually play this game to figure out whats wrong with it ?

The developers have no interest in Wvwvw. There has been evidence of this all over the place. it’s no secret, they do not care not 1 bit. I hope the next game i play, the people behind it know what works and what doesn’t.

That was a good battle reminded me of the fight vs. VOTF back in the day a very close fight. Those are always the best, at least you know you fought someone that really pushed you to the edge. So the NA side has seen EU guilds do the hop over there like RG, VOTF and HB just to name a few, would there be an American guild to jump the boarder to EU and really shake things up. Would be interesting to see, you would get a lot of guilds out for your blood that’s for certain.

The problem with this game has always been the devs not understanding what is popular in there own game. What they should be doing is pushing the stuff in the game that people enjoy about it. Me for example would of been more wvwvw maps, a possible GvG colloseum place in each of the boarders and more deathmatch styled structured maps (rather than cap and fap to win). That is one of the main reasons i got tired of the game keep dishing out the PVE content when this “was” one of the most hyped PVP games in a long time.

Think mya deserve a mention. TUP have been quite a bit stronger recently too (hard to say how much of an impact their recent higher numbers have had though).

RG vs TUP was the first arranged GvG in this game back when we fought vs. Piken. The good old days. Those GvG fights spearheaded what is GvG today. It started up in the snow at first, then we changed location to what is now known as the Windmill ha

Some epic fights vs. Bull the last 3 weeks to be honest more of the same. A lot has changed since Desolation days and its making you stronger. Good job. Shame you don’t play more in our prime time but looking the best guild on Baruch Bay at the moment.

People have been asking for a raid party since the launch of the game and early beta’s. Do you really think if Anet didn’t listen then, they will listen now ? You can see what kind of people they have up there when they buff Arrowcarts by 80% a clear indicator that they have no real feel on Wvwvw, no employee in the thick of it to actually test and realise what is going on out there.

Did they remove the siege cap, trebuchets, catapults, and balistas? If not, why are arrow carts such big issue? Because “Everybody Stack!” “Build!” isn’t working for you. This hurts mindless gameplay, why would I defend that?

Maybe we aren’t watching the same videos. Not sure how that would get past someone with such a keen grasp on things. RG is a great open field guild, they aren’t touting about their siege prowess. They, as I am sure most are, know point caps is the fastest way to accrue WXP, maybe you missed the memo. Not sure where I lost you. Maybe I can type slower.

I don’t even know where to start with you. Do people really care about WXP ? That is the problem with this game it’s all about what can i gain as a player. Players these days don’t ask themselves (well the majority) how can i have a good fight ? Who could i have the best fight against, what guild ? Me personally i would remove every siege unit from the game and just have rams but hey thats me.

People that defend this change are blind 80 % is way over the top, even for the solo Viz gold medalist Archery Champion Pierre he even realises that his loot sack is getting filled way too often.

The funniest thing about all this they make changes to AC’s (totally not needed whatsoever), when they could be dipping the tip into sorting out skill delay.

Can’t wait to come back and fight PS and BB again was pretty epic last week thats for sure. Looking forward to more of the same.

Aneu i know exactly where your coming from with this, i pretty much agree with most of what you said. There is a solution to this in my opinion and it involves a tier where there are a lot of like minded guilds.

You know your trying to wake a sleeping monkey asking for this do you really think Anet are gonna put work into Wvwvw. It’s been almost 9 months slowly closing in on a year and lets be honest there hasn’t really been any changes in Wvwvw. We got ranks that were siege related i bet people on Vizunah Square were loving that change.

Latest Wvwvw Video with GvG at the end vs. Nug and VOTF.

That was easily the best Wvwvw night we have had in a long long time. Props to HOB, Scnd, DSD and Bull was really nice stuff in Piken zone. More of the same please some really nice guild on guild action going on there.

I thought i did quite well on the 8 and 9. As for the music part whatever floats your boat baby.

Hum sorry, it seem that’s PS…

Not really mate SPRT and XT were playing in separate groups but your 10 guilds army was unstoppable by one squad so our russian friends came to help.
Sometimes to kill a blob you need to create a blob, or just 2 separate groups moving in the same area and attacking same target because this is how I’d call it.

We’re trying to run with guild raid only but sometimes it’s hard to avoid people joining a moving group :P and yep, there are some friends playing with us for some time and we highly welcome them every evening in our group so you can see 3-4 guys from BC
Still it’s awesome how you’re trying to run in separate groups like [NR][WAR][tohu] and it’s appreciated by us. Keep it up, fights are intensive and hardly ever have a skill lagg

Bull don’t GvG they refuse everytime. If you want to see the definition of a blob guild check them right out. That is what tier 1 does to you after a while i guess.

You guys make us all in RG feel very special, thank you for your continued support.

PS. If anybody wants a GvG hit us up we will dance with any Piken guild that wants it. Shout big on the forum but also in game too. Any number of people we can match it whatever you want. Pointing finger mostly at guilds we aint fought in a GvG before like NUG, XT, Sparta.

So here is a fair reflection of the GvG vs. VOTF not wins only. Every single fight in there. 13 in total not 12 like many claim. Overall score 8 – 5 to Red Guard. Video done by Teggz. None the less though it was one of the best GvGs we had and i have no doubt that a time will come when we do it again.

The skill lag is a major problem to be honest. Culling was nothing compared to skill lag i can handle culling. what i cannot handle is not been able to fire a single utility, heal or elite off. It is worse in tier 1 because nearly everyone on opposing server runs as a blob making it impossible to get any skills off. This will kill the game if your not careful.

If there is something you need to invest money in now Anet and get it out of the way. This is what you should pump the dollars into cause if you don’t the results could be fatal.

SFR it is time to learn how to command PuG. VS and Deso do it from the very begining of the GW2 release.

You talked equal fights so i just threw that one in the mixer cause it is the only equal number fight RG and VOTF have ever had and it was 16 – 0 to RG. Numbers always sway fights in Wvwvw thats the nature of the game. If you want another “equal number” fight lets do another one we always ready to go.

We tried today to fight a well know guild with equal numbers acutally. They decided to use waypoint few times instead..

As for the patch its been glorious so far. So much better to make good calls of when to push and when to retreat off now. that was always a problem before not knowing the full extent of what we are actually pushing. There’s gonna be skill delay creeping in here and there but overall very happy with what i seen yesterday.
