We got to tier 2 and 3 just by winning our matches in PRIME time no alarm clocking involved.

Beautiful how you see people defending night capping, then you look on there signature and they all from servers where this is happening, you know your screwed when they change it…..

Yes WvW is 24/7 AND YES it SHOULD BE !

However as stated before and here is just a example to open your eyes !

500 people Fight 8 Hours and GAIN 5000 Points

30 People Fight 2 Hours and GAIN 10.000 Points

This is currently how its going, 30 people on the right time can UNDO everything the BIGGER part of the server did.

WvW should stay 24/7 YES but the point interval timer should be directly based on the amount of people in the map.

The Current system is just wrong and you can try to defend it, but who are you kidding REALLY ?

Page 10 time to go up status = same.

Agreed, for some strange reason we have been RED 3 resets in a row.
In the beginning it would change per reset but like i said the last 3 resets RED RED RED.

Now in Eternal Battleground it DOES make a difference.

They screwed up, we know they know….. they will never admit it tho.

One of the ways to make it more fair.

The Interval time of gaining points should be directly based on the total amount of people in the map.

500 people = 5 mins

250 people = 10 mins

100 people = 15 mins

50 or less = 20 / 30 mins

Or whatever, no matter what people or Anet says its WRONG that 30 alarm clockers can GAIN MORE points with less time and effort then 500 can during “prime” “times”

This fked up point system is one of the main reasons alot of WvW players stopped / are stopping.

But its a start in the right direction, keep add it and you might actully win a good amount of WvW players / Guilds back to the game.

And i doubt it matters whether SFR is winning or not this is the second time we against these 2 servers and its been the same both times really.

It isn’t strange either i mean 2 DE servers and 1 UK server who would u hit if you where on one of the DE servers ?

imo it makes the battles more interesting sometimes annoying yes, but it still feels awesome when we as a medium server are able to fight of 2 heavy servers, gives a certain sense of satisfaction regardless if we behind or ahead, atm still ahead i think but not for long. Its really hard to fight of superior numbers if you get attacked from several directions and outnumbered on each and every front, our outmanned buff doesn’t go away until like 20:00 / 21:00 and even after that time it still pops back so now and then.

No downstate in WvW and portals in all keeps /towers ! w00p !

Its pretty obvious you both target SFR alot more then each other.

Still looking for more WvW focused guilds/players, this is the place to be !

Funny to see the 2 german servers teaming up now ( as expected ) against a medium server….. Have you guys considered maybe making ONE REAL GOOD german server ?

As OP says SFR is a ( The ONLY ) medium server that made it to T2. ( currently in T3)

We have 2 problems,
A. No real night crew
B. As medium servers not enough people ( thus out numbered alot )

Still we did reach T2 but its hard to keep up against Heavy/Full servers for a long period of time.
We are in need of more players in general and a serious night crew.
If you like serious and good coordinated WvW then SFR is where you want to be !
Oh and low/no queue !

As you can see HEAVY Outnumbered but as our good friend Charlie Sheen would say, STILL WINNING !!

Sadly when we go to bed we lose the whole map again and dont get stuff back before 17:00/18:00 then we grab a point lead again untill like 0:00/1:00.

This is only a good 8 hour real WvW Cover we have the other 16 we lose it all especially in higher tiers.

The moment you face a other server with a actual night crew you will be NOWHERE.

In the mean while hope and pray SFR nevers becomes a HIGH/FULL server + Night crew if they do they can do tier 1 alone.

The only reason thieves make topics like this is because they kitten well know they are OP and they are afraid they cant play there 2 / 3 button roflcopter class anymore after the nerfs are done.

I never understood the complaining about backstab Thieves. They are just like an assassin. If they catch you completely off guard: you’re dead; else: they’re dead.
Some people want every class to be the same.

Else the thief simply pops a few ability’s and get away.

The real problem with thieves aint the damage really.
They simply have to much of everything next to there awesome burst damage.

I remember Anet’s official statement about thieves they dint wanna give em a permanent stealth, but what they gave them instead is much whorse.

The ability to disappear mid combat is one of the strongest ability’s in PVP for any class as you will also lose your target, this next to the many gab closers is what makes thieves OP.

And ofcourse the ROFLcopter dagger storm ability is one of the worst ability’s i have ever seen in any game.

I dont think there is a average amount really.

The first one i got was “The Legend” ( staff ) i think in total i did +- 150 try’s ( x4 = 500 )
However the second one i got was “The Lover” i got this only 3 days after The Legend.

I dint really keep track of try’s anymore but i can tell you it was a HELL of allot less then on the first one.

I have had guildies trying it with lower lvl exotics and they way passed 150 try’s and havnt seen a thing yet, so i’m guessing 80’s have a better chance, but again cant be sure both mine came from 4 LVL80’s

Dint see any and i did alot of looking / research.

Lots of video’s of people trying but they always seem to come when u dont expect them.

Ive had 2 so far, The Legend And The Lover.

I have tryed alot of crafted lvl 80 rares of which i had nothing but some random exotics.

The 2 ive got are both from 4 – LVL80 Exotics, it took quite some time and money tho, but in the end it payed up. when u get like 30-50 Gold just start buying cheap LVL80 exotics. ( +- 1G / 1.25G each )

I’m still going at it ill do my best to record the next one.

Nerds in Denial was formed in 2001, many players known each other for a very long time and been playing many MMO’s since. We are end game content oriented guild. In GuildWars our main goal is gonna be WvW, as part of the successful FUBAR alliance.

We are a medium sized guild, just recently open up to recruiting. All current members right now are old members from past games. We are looking for people who are willing to transfer to Seafarers Rest or currently on it. We are also looking for members of many/different time zones especially European/Oceanic time zone.

Older mature players are preferred (18+), our average age is 25+. We do not want to deal with teenagers, but we did make exceptions in the past, and can do so again if we feel the need for it.

Ive played several classes to 80 now, heavy, medium and light classes.
And the Elementalist is a freaking JOKE in PVE.

Is this crap gonna get fixed or can i delete this joke class and free up a char slot ?

In pvp they are fine yes… in PVE its the worse class ive ever played in ANY game.

PVE ele is the biggest class fail EVER.

Ive noticed alot of things that make money gets nerfed sooner or later, this way gem sales go up.
