people complained when they had to play wvw for map completion. Now your complaining you are bored. They are basically giving you gift of exploration now, suck it up and go do it. I honestly wish they would bring back wvw to complete map completion.

I always wonder what name people wish they had when these topics come up! Usually it’s something like Gandalf or John Snow (why people are wanting to name their character after a British newsreader I’ll never know, but it seems popular!) or something combined from other franchises.

The system is fine as it is. There are literally billions of combinations of letters and spaces you can use to come up with an original name!

I have to agree when i see something like xxxxxsephirothxxxxxxx im just like wow i cant even. I used a futurama reference for my first toon and name him fishy joes a female human necro. To this day i still get a lot of people asking me for popplers. So i just make try and be creative or funny.

Ok so you release the season 1 living world special items that you needed to be playing at that time to receive those items, but you only release certain items i.e. fused gauntlets and the selfless potion. Why haven’t you released the other skins? I felt like it was cool when I had skins like the fused gauntlets and selfless potion but now that everyone can get them again even for a short time aren’t so special anymore are they? If you plan on releasing EVERY single skin this way that would be fine but it does not look like anytime soon ill be able to get shattered holographic wings, fleshy wings or any of the rest of the achievement only skins from past events also Super Adventurer Box Skins and Finisher, I mean come on its harder to get a Fused weapon skin then it is to make a legendary at least make some similar or better looking black lion weapons instead of these crappy past 6-8 releases of them. It would cost 1000$+ to get one even if you saved up 1000g already. I honestly thought the Selfless potion would be the LAST thing you would release or at least all the skins before it first. Well I guess GW2 team likes 3 year veterans who played GW1 and GW2 since they were first released to feel like they cant get anything new because it costs real life money or who knows how long of playing 6 hours+ every day to get enough to buy a new skin or never have that skin even after patiently waiting a year or 2 not to mention the achievement skins, Anet its so lame that the only new skins released in the past year that was actually cool looking was hellfire armor and NOBODY can EVER get the full set even after 6 years I’m sure. So the players who play this game for mostly looks and cosmetic stuff should just quit because you’ll never get anything new unless you pay real life money or wait for 3-6 MORE years. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this game and I’m just saying, what a waste of every single penny.

I do agree with this. PvP has a lot of ego problems, people tend to forget this is a game and take things to seriously. Most the time I get a sour or salty player I just \laugh then block, not much to it.

I still see no reason to complain about being farmed in eotm. Uplevels need to be spanked on occasion. It’s like a bad match up in wvw look what hod is doing to poor dh and nsp. Take your lumps and move on.

I see nothing wrong here you are farming a in a pvp area to level up and get karma they are farming you because it’s ignorant to think you can’t do this on a pvp map.

I just bought a second account to play on eu instead of na and I went pikens and don’t regret it.

That’s dumb to flame someone for their build. It’s also dumb if you poured flame on the fire. That being said good luck I hope you stay in first for a long time people should not judge based on a build if you want to be on top make your own cheese build.

As a person who only plays necromancer let give you some advise.

1 People who boot you from dungeons for being a certain class Id rather not play with. I can usually find a party within minutes to run with and without hostility.

2. This class is not a bad class especially if you like wvw/pvp necros work well in zergs, I am a solo roamer and usually can handle my own in most situations. Just a heads up, in pvp you will be a targeted if you run a terrormancer build.

3. Make your opinion and give it a chance. Dont not try it because some people say it’s a bad class.

Hello. My name is Kaga, and for now 3 weeks I’ve been blue, which means the worst spot in edge : Frostreach. The fantastic Ice Palace. In a way, it reminds me of Maguuma proper, since you’re always outnumbered.

And lo, the great dual comms strategy emerged, and team Kaga & friends went to work on perfecting that defense, farming the zergs coming in, reaping us a great baggie harvest with a generous side of zergling tears. The anguish generated by operation defense for the past 2 weeks had escaped the confines of the overflows, and is now on blast on the forums. AND I REJOICE !

The defenses (events) and the retakes do give rewards. But killing zergs 3 to 4 times your numbers feels much better. Against the grain of the karmatrainers that believe you should let it be capped and just recap it, The ice castle got defended against overwhelming odds. A great many defenses ( for season) and kills were obtained by the happy edgerunners of Frostreach.

And by the time the enemies fear and back off the slice … then the raids begin. Unless spotted and acted upon quickly, Kaga’s infamous sneakystyle raids have produced dragonite for the hardworking defenders of frostkeep. Because tactics do serve a purpose in edge of the myst.

If i’m around and running things, beware! Commander Kaga farms j00, ktrainer ! (And yes, I’ve had 4 hour frostkeep flawless defense matches. )
