Sadly if none of your current members have HoT you can’t realistically get a guild hall. Depending on where the Maws spawn however 4-5 people should be enough to claim it. Don’t know how the Lost Precipice is, but my small guild was able to claim the Gilded Hollow with 5, but 4 would have been doable.
However if you’re looking for some help and are on a NA server send me an invite. I’m willing to join as a temp member to help you out. Also heads up if you’re the only one with HoT at the moment. Hope you love running around Auric Basin and get all of your alts that you have to the Flax farm under Jaka Itzel (unless you’re rich from TP flipping or whatnot). The guild upgrades are rather hefty for small guilds.
I’m using Chronomancer runes now since I usually use Mantra of Recovery and one other mantra + two wells in most loadouts. The 2 seconds of quickness really help if I need to recharge a mantra mid fight.
Now just waiting for ANet to allow wells to be used underwater so I can make use of the 6th ability there as well.
To enter into the instance to capture the guild hall you need to walk into a portal within the particular HoT map (Auric Basin for Gilded Hollow and Verdant Brink for Lost Precipice). To enter into the Gilded Hollow you need to have the first level of Exalted mastery to enter, or have a mesmer who has it port you past the door. Not sure what Lost Precipice requires outside of gliding to enter.
I can only talk about my experience capturing the Gilded Hollow, but we didn’t need gliding at all. Depending on how the Maws spawn mushroom bouncing and potentially gliding will help you get to the Maw quicker. In our run though we had the Maws spawn pretty much around the center of the map, outside of the first one which was put in the opposite side of the map from us so we skipped that one.
Still, if the next Elite doesn’t have MH Pistol, folks are gonna riot.
I really hope they add some new weapons to the core classes. It’s going to really suck to have every new weapon locked behind an elite specialization.
This has been my whole worry with the entire elite spec system. Since only one elite spec can be equipped I feel like further locking of weapons behind elite specs is going to become very annoying.
If they lock the MH pistol behind another elite spec I’m going to be furious that I would have to give up Chronomancer just to be able to use a pistol MH. Never liked that elite specs lock weapons away. Utilities and F-Skill changes ok, but wish that weapons were all made available regardless of elite spec.
OP you’re not alone. It took me awhile to figure out that it was alacrity that was making that noise. Thought it was my desk’s keyboard slides or my chair that was making that squeaking noise. Not a fan of it myself either, but I try to ignore it. Usually works with all the other sounds going on, but during downtime between fights I just grit my teeth and wait it out.
Getting matched against premades over and over starts to get frustrating. I don’t blame anyone who leaves a terrible matchup.
Sure hope anet fixes this kitten with leagues. But i’m not going to keep my hopes up at all.
Thing is after finally attempting PvP after 3 years at a guild members request today I actually started becoming a little interested in the mode and was having fun…. until I randomly went in alone later.
Getting tossed into matches against higher rank players was annoying, but oh well I’m still getting my feet wet and adjusted to the maps. Having blowout losses didn’t bother me (it was pretty even W/L wise). What got me were the attitudes. It was either outright leaving before the match started, or the complaining and moaning in map chat once the match started going poorly. Frankly got tired of it after only a few matches. Instead of playing for enjoyment I got the feeling the majority of the people just wanted the match over asap to get their shiny at the end.
As of this point if I’m ever PvPing again it’s only going to be with a full group of fellow guild members and with the chat turned off. I have no interest in needing to keep blocking all the Debbie Downers. At least then I know we aren’t going into another 4v5 match and that everyone on my team isn’t going to turn toxic should the slightest hint of things turning south. I would much rather have a good time in TS laughing at each others failures and victories over some drinks rather than continue my experience thus far stepping away from premades.
Hopefully some solution can be found to make both solo and premades happy without a massive increase in queue times. But until that is found I’m sorry to contribute to your frustration.

It’s amusing to me that people see being downscaled as punishment, especially since at no time since the game’s start have level 80 players been downscaling to be made as weak as players who are playing at level in a zone. Higher level toons have always been more powerful even when downscaled, just not ridiculously so. What is the attraction of running around and one-shotting stuff anyway? Maybe ANet should make instanced versions of each zone with no downscaling so that people can go in there and feel powerful?
The bugged form of downscaling some people here are begging for IS a form of punishment. What they’re begging for is to basically negate all the time you spend leveling and gearing yourself by making you as weak as you would be if you had never bothered to level past the zone, gear up past blues, and spend any trait points. Why bother making progression if it’s all negated 100% if you leave the 80 maps?
And please try to read, cause i never mentioned wanting to one shot everything.
This is where I just wish they had just made a “hard mode” toggle option for extra downscaling for those that want it. (Maybe for bonus MF/Karma/Gold%?) Personally I’m with the group that was happy with the increase in downscaling. I’ve always felt guilty in finishing an event in seconds in early level zones only to see someone’s alt or a new player come running up a few seconds later. I feel like my presence in lower level events is damaging the experience of new players. Especially with the new daily system filtering 80’s into one map I’ve been experiencing the same annoyance of material node stealing from other MMOs watching events finish within seconds of popping up.
It’s also made every lower level map absurdly boring. Most of the time if I’m going to a low level zone I’m watching a movie and not even bothering to look at the screen. Just run up and auto attack while just tanking the hits…. as a Mesmer. Sure I could dodge around, but there is really no point to do so. Most of the time, outside of aggroing dozens of mobs or the occasional Champion mob, I’m in no danger what so ever.
I also differ in how you view leveling and gearing. To me leveling and gearing in GW2 was just meant to help open the map up overtime and give a somewhat structure to the narrative of the map. Instead of just being able to run right into Orr at level 1 you had to build up in the starter zones learning about the various issues facing the races of Tyria. Fighting smaller attacks from Centaurs/Flame Legion before finally pushing into their home territory to turn the tide, then pushing onto the main big bad of the series.
Really ANet is in a lose-lose situation currently being stuck between the two groups of players on this issue. Again I really wish they would at least give the individual player an option if they want to scale lower. Even better than a simple toggle, I would love it to have various levels. Would you like to scale down a bunch while roaming around Queensdale? Go for it. Feel like the extra downscale is a bit much running around Mount Maelstrom? Tone it back a bit. Granted all that is probably way more work most likely since I’ve no clue what goes on under the hood code wise with implementing downscaling.
Even after 2 years Divinity’s Reach still feels off to me. Never feels right when I take a look at it and can clearly see Elona and Ascalon represented but the lack of the Canthan district really bothers me. Still held out hope until The Great Retcon was filled in with the Crown Pavilion. Still holding out hope for another sinkhole to set things right.
((hugs my Infinite Light))
Yep, so much this. Although that one gap midway up the blade where the runes don’t connect has started to bother me a bit. Really feel no need for a legendary outside of wanting OOC stat changes. Still prefer most of the Krytan line of weapons over any legendary.
I think the main problem with Fire Elemental is the embers it summons – while some of them can be killed, the majority of them are IMMUNE TO DAMAGE and throw tons of fire and blinds all over the place as well as changing into fiery whirlwinds for automatic damage over time.
Yeah those embers are my biggest issue as well. Doesn’t help either that they are nearly invisible and also have a AoE radius that is far larger than their size would have you believe.
Maybe there’s something wrong with me but I still do dynamic events all the time.
I’m in the same boat as you, but it’s really getting hard to keep any interest in the game anymore. When they first spoke about the DE system and how additions would be constantly added I pictured the events growing to a point where there are so many interactions that it’s difficult to see the exact same event. Instead there where a few additions made, but I’m still to this day not sure if I’ve even encountered any of the new ones outside of the Skritt Burglar… which I think I found 2-3 times since it was added.
Now I look at the map and I’ve gradually been losing my desire to explore and see what’s happening in the world. It really seems like the DE have been abandoned in favor of the LS which I’m frankly tired of attempting to keep up with. After not even bothering with the latest Aetherblade dungeon it’s getting easier and easier now to just log in, do my daily, and log out then just spend more time on these forums. Remembering seeing GW2 being announced in 2007 and sitting around excited for any news up until release I didn’t think I’d hit the point where I start catching myself looking at other MMOs this quickly.

I’ve still holding out hope that they’ll implement some form of personal housing, although I’m not too thrilled about the idea of being stuck in our home instance. On my human character the Salma district is nice, but I’d much rather have a more forested area for a home instance.
I always thought the fractals of the mist created a good enough way to implement some form of instanced housing with some way backing up why. Just have Dessa figure out a way to create personal instances to an area of our choosing to create a home in.
Rox – I like her personality, although I’m starting to wonder just what the heck it takes get into the Stone Warband.
Braham – Again like Rox, I like this character (although I do find the hair a bit silly) and enjoy the camaraderie between him and Rox. Wouldn’t mind either of them in a DE 2.0 should it form.
Ellen – A bit too white knight-ish to me, but I did like her handling of the remaining contracts on Southsun.
Moto – Honestly could care less about this character. To me he’s just a way for SAB to exist, which I thought didn’t need to actually be part of the Lore and could’ve stayed as just a fun minigame.
Canach – I would like to see him return someday as I enjoyed that while he was trying to do something good his methods were flawed. I wouldn’t mind seeing a redemption arc with this character as I found him to be one of the more grey characters and to me more interesting.
Mai Trin – Too me she was just a way for Anet to build up the threat of Scarlet. If more is done with this character it won’t bother me, but I’m not anxiously waiting to see her return either.
Evon – I found it confusing when they pretty much introduced him in a villainous manner during the Living Story. The short story made me appreciate this character more, but I don’t really find him all that interesting currently.
Marjory Delaqua & Kasmeer – Really I’m alright with these characters, but nothing really stands out besides Marjory’s introduction thinking back. I wouldn’t mind more interaction with them.
Faren – I thought I would add him in this since for my character the LS has been my introduction to this character. He’s alright, I like that the Queen’s Jubilee showed he had a heroic side to him. However he really does just give me this feeling of he’s just around to get himself into whacky adventures where we have to save him. If that remains his only reason then as long as he isn’t constantly thrown in for a gag then I’m ok with this character.
Scarlet – At this point I feel like it’s all down to her motivation. Her introduction during the Queen’s Speech left me with the Harley vibe that others have pointed out. The short story on Anet’s site though saved a lot of my interests in her character. I hope we find out more about her motivations sooner rather than later as I find her whole over-the-top, “Muahahaha I’m so evil and crazy!!” deal tiring. Doesn’t compare to the Lich, Shiro, or Varesh though in my book.

The Living Story hasn’t really impressed me all that much mostly due to most of the interesting bits being tucked away in the short stories they post on the site. I enjoyed the Molten Alliance and the Bazaar, but the others really haven’t sold me on this idea. I dislike that if I try to get my friends interested in the game I get to tell them about all this content that they’ll never get to play and the two week cycle is becoming a ever increase source of stress to keep pace with.
My biggest disappointment from this new focus has to be the near complete lack of expansion on the dynamic event system leaving the open world just feel stagnant to me.
(edited by Exploding Acorn.3754)
Yeah that was pretty much my thoughts as well when I first previewed that mask as well.
Don’t know if it was there during, but I believe it has to do with the Molten Alliance living story. Far as I can tell it’s just a reminder of the previous event.
Just had this error start showing up today every 3-5 minutes. Tried the /clientport 80 which didn’t work.
Really, I’d prefer that if housing is ever done they do it in an instance of our choosing. I for one am not a huge fan of cities and would prefer my housing to be set in a more rural wooded area for my human character.
Seems to me like using the Mists as a story excuse for instanced housing would work since with the Fractals and WvW jumping into and exploring the Mist is becoming more common. Then they could just add in a mist portal to our home instance and guild halls whenever those are added as well.
(edited by Exploding Acorn.3754)
Honestly not many of the Legendaries appeal to me for my mesmer. Finally finished Infinite Light and usually run sword / focus and Greatsword for general PvE / WvW. Annoyingly I sort of like Rodgort out of all the torch skins, but the torch for the mesmer I find a little underwhelming to justify making it since I hardly use a torch.
They’re a company, they have to make money somehow. Also gold to gems helps immensely if you’re not in a position to buy gems with cash.
While I do love that I can keep the look that I want I do wish we could have a option to transmute the stones into crystals. I only play one character and currently have a small stockpile forming of the stones which I’ve got no use for. Even a 25 stone – to 1 crystal I’d welcome as I’ve got no use for them and no plans on playing any of my alts I made for quite awhile.
For me I’ve always been a fan of just “Traveler”. It just fits my play style of bouncing around different zones and just exploring at random. Too bad we don’t get to display any of our Orders’ ranks as titles. I would prefer to run around with Magister or Explorer.
I wouldn’t count on your clones for producing any real damage unless you trait into Sharper Images to at least let them bleed. My clones at level 80 do I think 16 or so damage on a crit. I really miss BWE 1 clones when they could do better damage.
Some changes I feel is a little bit of an understatement. Alot of the reasons Dark Souls difficulty works is that you can easily see what an enemy is doing and learn the bosses patterns. Any of the open world events dealing with champions or bosses quickly turns into such an explosion of spell effects I have no clue what the boss is even doing.
That’s not to say I wouldn’t welcome a way to increase the open world difficulty. I’m still hopeful for some way to scale our stats lower in the open world, like a variation of GW1’s Hard Mode. Would make the starter zones way more enjoyable when I’m not able to sit and tank just about any event as a mesmer. Really could see it done as either an option on the map screen or on the side bar of the minimap to toggle “Hard Mode” on and off, maybe for a slight Magic Find buff for the zone.

There’s a few weird things I’m seeing.
First, you have regen ticking for 5 hp for at least 10 seconds in that video. That’s really weird, and we need to try to reproduce that.
I just had this same thing happen to me. Randomly had my regen tick for 5 for awhile.
Not quite sure what caused it, but I did have multiple phantasms out that were both applying regen to me.
Sounds more like you just had a string of good luck. I’ve had that happen before farming charged lodestones, hit periods where I luck out and get 3-5 in a few hours. Other days I’ll have to suffer through periods of 2-5 hours without a single drop, utter agony since I refuse to use the TP for any items that are craft-able. Going to be nice once I finish off Infinite Light though.
Eh, toss out all of the rationalizations, it just comes down to “Bikes and locomotives are not Kewl, Tanks n Helicopters is” and that applies to most of it. Kewl gets shoehorned in regardless. And not just this game.
I had to chuckle at the concept that Charr would not have invented Rails and Locomotives as war machines. Sad, cause they were. Rail guns, Armored Trains, logistics, they very much were. But, no matter. I guess they didn’t invent them for the same reason they never got past the dirt road. Rome did, but never mind.
To me it makes sense that the Charr wouldn’t have wasted the time trying to lay down rails considering they’ve got: human separatist, Ascalonian ghosts, Branded minions, and Flame Legion troops all heavily infesting the surrounding countryside outside of the Black Citadel. The amount of time and effort they would have to spend just to protect and repair the lines would be a huge hassle.
Got 2 cores and 1 lodestone in 2 runs today. Another person in my party got 2 cores and another one got an exotic weapon w/ a sigil worth around 7-8g market price.
Yeah so go do Coe if u r feeling lucky.
But I usually avg around 1 core per run
Thanks, but even with 1 core a run that would be 500 runs of CoE. Yesterday I got another charged lodestone and 6 more corrupted lodestones from farming all while just watching random movies and chatting with friends and guildmates.
I’m finding just outright farming the lodestones more enjoyable partially since it’s something I can do on my own and really just takes a time commitment; but also because I’m actually enjoying the social aspect of just chatting with the other players that are also in the area farming… except in Frostgorge since currently on my server it’s usually the same train of 3 bots farming.
They just need to add a lot more high level Lightning Elementals strewn across the surface of Tyria and the problem will take care of itself.
At the current droprates, not really.
People are already farming Malchor’s Leap sparks to begin with, and it has hardly made a dent.
It has more to do with the fact taht lodestone droprates are horrible, and most of the attractive legendaries outside Twilight and Bifrost require Charged Lodestones.
It’s not just the legendaries I’ve finally gotten around to working towards Infinite Light myself. Biggest issue I have is having all the sparks tied to Dwayna’s temple being held. I’m so tired of doing that chain and listening to Malchor.
I’d be so happy if they added more sparks that aren’t on a timer to somewhere in the game. Working on Jormag’s Breath on the side has been easy in comparison since whenever I felt like trying to grind out another corrupted lodestone I could just go to Frostgorge and try my luck without having to sometimes solo or two man an entire temple chain.
you better Farm CoE exp! i got alot of cores and lodestones from coe chests .. the drop rate of charged core from chest like 50% and lodestone 20%
Outside of FOTM, I don’t see CoE run all that often and frankly the chests for me in most dungeons have been terrible. I’ve only received blues and greens from CoE and never got a core or lodestone. I’d much rather get a lodestone or 2 an hour rather than waste time attempting to constantly find groups for CoE in which the chests have been less helpful to me than just bashing sparks for an hour or two. I managed to get nearly 28 corrupted lodestones this week from farming Frostgorge in between orichalcum runs.
If it wasn’t for needing to reopen the temple constantly I’d view the grind to crafting Infinite Light a lot more favorably. To me, I view Infinite Light as this game’s Obsidian armor. I’ll chug along and work towards it whenever I feel like it. I’ll get there eventually. I’ve got no interest in any current legendaries so this is sort of become my own pseudo-legendary grind.
They just need to add a lot more high level Lightning Elementals strewn across the surface of Tyria and the problem will take care of itself.

Yes.
I don’t think there is any willingness to revisit Mesmer illusions though. Consider that one of the most useful clone types (Trident-wielders) are only that way unintentionally, because of a bug that hasn’t been fixed since launch.
My impression is that you’re only supposed to use illusions in a certain way. Giving them more utility would work against their main purpose as minion bombs.
Really outside of tagging mobs in a large group DE I don’t even use shatters unless I’m just finishing off a mob or just for kicks. Traiting into bleeds on crit, % outgoing damage increase, and % incoming damage decreases makes shattering feel like it does more bad than good for me since I’ve not heavily invested into making a shatter mesmer.
I’ve stopped playing WvW because I’m tired of this issue in particular. I use to enjoy moving with smaller groups and hitting supply camps, but I’m tired of just being dead the moment any group too large for us to take shows up. Also got tired of every time I would start to win a fight the enemy would just run away.
Also as others have said I’m really tired of temporal curtain not stacking with other swiftness sources. Really all it does is slow you down in the long run in a group as the others pull ahead as they stack longer swiftness durations until you’re no longer close enough to benefit from their swiftness at all. At which point you’re left in the dust waiting on your cooldown hoping you’re not picked off by a lone thief.
Funny I was just thinking about level scaling, but I’m on the other side of the fence where I almost wished I would be scaled down lower. I found that often I really didn’t need to move for most of the early level zones and usually auto-attack was enough. It usually would lead me to feel like I was making alot of things just face roll easy and would kill things far too quickly for my friend’s character to help out in a DE.
It would be neat if there was an option like GW1’s hard mode to optionally scale your character down lower, maybe with a slight increase in MF for slightly better chances at loot drops.
And how long would you continue to play this game with ZERO way of enhancing your character a little or by working towards new levels?
Judging from my experiences with GW1 quite a few years. I still hop in now and again to finish a few of the quest lines and have been thinking about doing a full run through again from Prophecies, just trying to pick which profession I want to do it with, but oh wait that game was “stagnant” and “not fun”.
While I’m not asking for a refund I do share some of the same feelings. I had been working on the exotic sets that I liked for their skins, but at this point with Ascended gear I’ve got no reason to continue. I’m also annoyed that I’ve now wasted my fine transmutation stones on items that are now obsolete.
At this point I just randomly jump into the game to chat with the guild for a bit before logging out for the night, I’ve only got 2 dungeon runs to complete the monthly but I can’t even work up the urge to play much longer than 10-30 mins. The creation of the Ascended tier and the vertical progression on the horizon has really crushed all the enthusiasm I once had for the game, but on the bright side I’ve finally got time to finish off some of my neglected games on steam and for Planetside 2.
Stick around, there’s a chest at the end of the event. Several people in our group got precursors, and I believe everyone gets a very nice exotic accessory and a 20-slot bag.
yea right.
They’re not lying I just finished it myself. I saw somepeople get the Lover and others got Dawn and Dusk. I got nothing really worthwhile myself except for a 20 slot box.
Ascended gear has killed any enthusiasm I had for this game. I managed to log in today and I can’t really bring myself to do anything after just sitting around for an hour in LA watching nothing but, “LFG/M Frac lvl #” be spammed over and over and over again. After watching a group fail to find anyone to fill in their Lvl 6 party in that hour I started to remember the annoyance of waiting around for the healer. I would have joined, but I only cleared up to lvl 5 and so it made it so I couldn’t help out if I felt like it.
Also once I found out that I couldn’t even use my tokens to earn the fractal exotic weapons like every other dungeon before and instead needed to grind up to a certain level and then grind that level until I’m graced by luck and it drops and really stopped caring at all about doing any of the lower levels.
Really all this patch did was leave me extremely disappointed. I’m annoyed that I used my fine transmutation stones on soon to be pointless gear and have lost any will to spend money on the gem store. On the bright side I finally have freed up time to finish up the whole library of unfinished game I’ve had sitting around for months.
Well crude I enjoyed that I always was making progress towards my goal of getting whichever weapon or armor I wanted in all the other dungeons with the token system. So now I have to fight my way through the difficulty levels , be potentially forced into getting ascended gear and infusion just to get around agony, and then I have to just luck out and manage to get the actual weapon I wanted……
(edited by Exploding Acorn.3754)
Yeah I was confused at what happened when my teammates and I finished and one mentioned how he had 75 fragments when I only got 30 after 6 paths. I also got those 2 bags of gold which gave me an amazing 4 and a half silver which all I could say after getting them was…. “ok thats less than what I get for finishing my daily”.
Had a blast with the dungeon though, but that part did leave me a little confused at where they suddenly managed to get over double the fragments than I did.
I don’t get why people are so upset about this:
1. For world PvE do you need max stat gear? Probably not.
2. For explorable mode dungeons do you need max stat gear to beat them? Probably not.
3. Can you look at the gear other people are wearing except the look? No, you can’t.In the current game I don’t even see the need for all of my characters that reached level 80 to get exotics anyway.
If there any content yet that is not beatable in ordinary blue or green equipment if you have the right skills?
Just wondering….
Sounds like this dungeon will be have a huge focus on your gear. Don’t have your ascended gear and infusions yet? Too bad the new agony condition will just stop you dead.
To #3 though, whats going to stop groups from eventually requiring that you chat link all the gear you’re wearing?
I’m honestly shocked they’ve made such a poor decision. I really miss GW1 now. Kind of wish for some new GW1 Beyond content since I don’t have to worry about my gear in that game.
The other day I witnessed a siege of Shadaran Hills that was going very well with our trebs pounding the outer wall from Foghaven while the enemy treb was missing our trebs all together. Suddenly a lone invader comes charging at our trebs. They’re quickly dropped but the they didn’t waypoint rez and they instead sat there and spotted for their treb to take out ours (I believe their treb was in a spot ours couldn’t hit back also so that counter wasn’t an option). Still took the keep, but it was slightly annoying.
Anyway I was curious about what everyone’s opinion was about this as a tactic? I find it to be rather cheesy that there is nothing you can do to prevent a corpse from giving accurate information about what’s going on around them. Should there be some form of mist or fog effect that limits the sight of defeated players?
Well it’s crazy when you think about it because 100 charged lodestones now cost more than a precursor and it’s only a SUB-SUB COMPONENT lol!
Even worse when my goal is to make Infinite Light which cost 250 lodestones, 2 down 248 to go. If you’re on SoS and see a mesmer grinding away at the sparks with my name I’m not a bot, just someone forced into a huge grind since there aren’t many alternatives to getting the necessary lodestones.
even in AC there’s alot use for reflect skills. First the spiders, but mainly the profession ghosts.
Temporal Curtain and iWarden aren’t reliable for reflecting purposes, but on some enemies, they just works.
At the same time TCurtain and Feedback are combo fields, which is nice for the party. Casting iWarden in a Feedback dome just looks devasting. But generally, you’ll have to change your skills and traits according to the room you enter. You have to memorize each mob in each path in each dungeon for being effective. And reflecting isn’t needed in 75% of the rooms. And with the low uptime of the reflect skills, it’s not effective.
You’ll learn this by playing, I suppose.
True, but mainly I was generalizing that the majority of the fights in AC are against Gravelings. The spiders I found that most groups quickly take care of them while the only time the ghosts really show up to make reflecting useful for any length of time is during the end portion of Detha’s path, or I guess for a bit right before the lovers room.
Really it depends on the dungeon. I can’t say much about the others since I’ve only really done Ascalonian Catacombs for any length of time, but in that dungeon there isn’t much of a use for reflection, but condition removal and dazes for the breeders there helps quite a bit instead. Reflection does have it’s place in dungeons however just not all of them I would say.
Yep same thing as well.
The clock tower lost a lot of it’s fun for me when I finally completed the puzzle and jumped into the broken clock face…. only to bounce right off and fail. I don’t know how that is happening, but this has happened multiple times I’ve finished the puzzle and will probably be my memory of this entire event after it’s finished: being utterly frustrated by large character models, people screaming at each other, and the buggy nature of the puzzle cheating me out of finishing the few times I actually made it to the top.
I was wondering if something was happening with the clockface, glad to see I’m not the only one bouncing off it when it’s broken. Annoying and utterly frustrating to know that I did complete the puzzle only to be blocked like that and can’t continue.
