I didn’t get this chest either.
I didn’t even recieve the big chest that spawns on the map even though I did PLENTY of damage.

Lately in spvp I’ve been seeing some classes other that warriors use the Vengeance down skill to get back up.
Was there something I miss that allows this now?

Ever since the last update I noticed that sometimes my enemies in spvp simply disappear for 2-3 seconds out of the blue.

I don’t think this is a loading time problem because many time I’ve been in a middle of a fight and the enemy vanishes while still attacking me.

And no, this isn’t stealth either. It has been happening with all sorts of classes.

Has anyone else notices that the trait “Hidden Killer – 100% critical hit chance while in stealth” doesn’t seem to work?
I’m getting quite a few backstabbing normal hits lately.

I’m up for one
Will this be taking place in NA or EU?

I believe the best ones are either CoF or T3 Heavy cultural.
They are somewhat designed for charrs.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem yet?

For the past few months I haven’t been able to play any pvp because of this problem.
Sometimes I have the button pressed and so does the game, but one millisecond after the game thinks I released it and returns the mouse to its normal state (ie nothing pressed) while I’m still holding my finger down.

Other times I will press the right mouse button and the game simply won’t react to it, it will keep the mouse with nothing pressed.

Mesmers wouldnt trouble me tbh, i have one and can spot the real one a mile off. My guardian struggles vs them because he has no mobility and low dps.

Not really, all you need to do is land some kind of stun or daze and they’re gone in 2 seconds.

Tanky guardians.
Since I’m not running a full dps build I find it hard to kill them. They can’t kill me either but that’s another story.
Usually we just stand there fighting until reinforcements come from either side, or until I push them of a cliff.

I’ve used shortbow for most of my leveling but now that I got to lv 80 I went to do some trait research in spvp with a very similiar build to the one you posted and it was a blast, even though I wasn’t dealing as much damage as you did in the video.

I was having some trouble with my lv 60 thief while using a d/d build but then I tried this s/d one and I seem to be getting better results.

2. I think it’s slightly too deep since a Norn can be anything from an Elementalist to a Warrior. I have a Norn Warr and the voice works well. I have a slim Norn thief, and I can’t play her because of the voice. The voice needs to be slightly more neutral, or less skewed to a Warrior concept.

That’s exactly what I meant.
Maybe I explained myself badly at the begging.

The voice does feel fine into bigger and maybe more muscular female norns but since I created a smaller and more feminine norn I feel that the deepness of the voice just doesn’t match at all what I had in mind when I created my character this way.

Every time I get a bit role-play-ish and suddenly I get into a cutscene and hear my voice it’s like a punch to the face and I totally break character.

Should they change the voice? Probably not, but it would be nice if in the future we were able to customize our own voice. Even though it would take a lot of time and possibly money to record the lines all over again.

I’m not sure if you use a shield on any of your toons but you could craft The Flameseeker Prophecies.
They seem to be pretty rare since few people use shields.

Hello, I was thinking of buying the T3 cultural heavy armour for my charr but while previewing the armour I noticed that some of my face is shown through the front of the helmet and that is what’s preventing me from buying it right now.
Will it still persist if I actually buy the helmet?

And did anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you fix it?

Whenever I play with my female norn I notice a small shadow near the lip of my character as shown on the screenshot when I enter a conversation.
It gets bigger or smaller with the movement of her head.

I’m not sure if this is a bug or it just happens because of my character’s face shape.

Ever since I finished the story line I haven’t been able to hear my character speak any proper lines and it’s making me feel more “disconnected” from him.

Sure you have the occasional shouts but apart from that there isn’t much else.
Every time I do a dungeon my character just stands there in the conversation like a mute hearing the npc.

I know this isn’t a big deal for most other players but it would be nice if we could at least re-watch the conversations we had along the story line.
Another solution would be to maybe add some lines to dungeon conversations but that would involve making some more recordings.

Knowing your level would help.
If you are lv 80 I’d say go kill some krakas.

I was aware of the recipe thing but I also wanted to be sure about the gifts.

Hello, I’m currently working towards the Predator on my main but I also have some alts I would like to level up.
I was thinking of getting to 400 crafting on the alts and them making the gifts (wood and stealth) to use on my main.

For this the gifts can’t be soulbound.
Does anyone know if they are or not?

Am I the only one a bit disappointed with the norn female voice acting? I created a ranger female norn and I was expecting a bit of a girly voice but instead I great a really deep and almost manly voice. It ruins a bit the experience.

I believe charr males have voices according to the legion they chose. Do female norns have something similar?

I’m having a little problem with my World completion.
I have 100% of the map explored, I got the title, and I also got the Gifts of Exploration,
But I don’t have the star. (asked a friend to take a screen shot and it isn’t there)
Does anyone else have this problem?

About 2 weeks ago I finished exploring the world map, I got the 2 Gifts of Exploration and the title “Been there done that” but not shiny star next to my name.

I had that Title activated aswell.
My friends said they didn’t see the star but then I logged out and back in and everything was well.

And I do.

I have the scrolls as well.

I said Map Completion but I mean World

I achieved Map Completion a few days ago on my charr but my friends say they can’t see the little star beside my name.

Do I have to activate it?
