Foefire Lord Needs HP Increase

in PvP

Posted by: Griffon.4716

Griffon.4716

With the current meta where its at, the foefire lord dies within about 5 seconds. From the moment the gate is dead, if you dont have a force in the lords room already there, you have no chance.

Dragonhunter etc walks into lord room, and he melts. There is no stopping this if they are ahead of you on the gate. The enemy team consisting of 1 dragonhunter, 1 engineer, and 1 elementalist, were able to down the lord from the moment I walked into the portal, to the time I got to the first steps of the red base.

For this reason, I believe the foefire lord should have an hp increase.

Stronghold guide?

in PvP

Griffon.4716

I’ve been doing some Stronghold with friends, here is what we do that seems to be successful (against pugs, not organized groups).

Out of spawn gate, throw down swiftness, spawn 5 door breakers (you start with 1 supply initially). Two people run ahead and kill their gate guards, 1 goes their treb or supply, 1 goes our treb and 1 goes defense.

I am usually the one to go to our treb, and almost always the offense seems to ignore me as I treb down their first wave. If they try to fight down at our guards, its even better because I just turn the treb and spam 2 while our defender keeps them occupied. If they come up to me, I try to get as much damage done to their first wave as I can, then hop off the treb to keep it alive and stall as much as possible.

Usually they only send 2-3 players on offense, and you can stall that number for a decent amount of time until the first hero spawn, or they need to pull off because your offense is doing well.

Meanwhile, our door breakers and offense line are pushing their gate. If you break the first gate before the other team, you have a huge advantage. The other team needs to be playing defense, which allows you to choose your push / team fight for when things work out for you.

It doesn’t help that a lot of people have no idea what they are doing, and often just rush the middle supply drops when you should be doing anything but that at the start.

Use that first push to really see how the other team reacts and what they are doing. Do they have a treb player? If yes, you need to kill the treb or any offense you send will be killed in 2-3 hits. If they ignore their treb, all the better for you.

When the Mist Hero event spawns, have some people there. If you didn’t kill their treb and its on their side, you better hope they don’t hop on it. If you have yours and its your side, get on! Mist Hero is a good place to team fight, but keep in mind that damage will not stop the channel, only a knockback or interrupt. If they can pop mass stability they will get a free cap if you cant kill them or strip it.

Usually at this same time, it is a good opportunity to push. Pop door breakers with your mist hero and get a good push as you should have killed a few of their players and now have the champion tanking damage.

It needs to last maybe a second longer, and heal for more. I think 25% would be a good starting point. Currently the 2.5k hp heal just leaves you getting auto attacked to death a second after it ends.

Even with the aura traits granting regen and healing, it still isn’t enough to keep you alive when you are low, which is the point of the elite.

At least it is synergistic with the build though…

Can "Rebound" get better feedback?

in Elementalist

Posted by: Griffon.4716

Griffon.4716

Rebound is definitely a lacking “elite.” With the cast time, it makes it incredibly difficult to use it in time, and it lasts such a short time that usually I make a break in terrain and then it falls off and I get hit twice and die.

If it does proc, the heal is so lackluster that I am auto’d to death two attacks later. A good first step would definitely be to play a sound when it procs. An even better next step would be to either increase the healing done, make it instant cast and increase the cool down.

This elite is supposed to be used to save yourself/teammates from being downed. The added effect of casting an aura if it terminates seems almost useless, even with all the utility they have added to auras such as healing etc. The only useful aura at low hp is going to be earth, with a slight possibility to air.

If it healed you to 25%, I think it would already be leaps ahead of its current position.

This has nothing to do with eles being OP and everything to do with oRNG playing like crap. Leaving points unattended, chasing for kills instead of capping, rotating players to even side point fights.

If you cant win an even fight on your side point, you will lose. You have a small window where you can strong arm someone 2 v 1 before you are at a disadvantage for outnumbering.

Thief backcapping was the meta a year ago, Toker did a great job of it but its amazing that they didn’t realize what was happening.

Abjured outplayed and outcomped oRNG, but that looked like PUG gameplay from them. Why would you pull bunker guardian to a 3v3 fight on your side point is beyond me. GG both teams but it was clear who was gonna win this one.

The funny thing is that I am on no such treadmill. I WvW and do the scarlet events when they happen, which for me is around once a day. The fact that you think im on some sort of serious grind is laughable at best. They really are too easy to obtain.

I am not worried about ascended armor right now, just the weapons as that is currently what is in the game. I didn’t stockpile champion bags or do anything crazy, I started playing in wvw and did scarlet events and I already have half my bank full with bloodstone. I play maybe 2-3 hours a day.

I already said that I was more worried about dragonite ore, as that seems to be the kittene to get currently, and proposed a different method to achieve them, but instead you call me a no life champion grinder, not understanding what my post was saying. Please get back on topic and try not to troll.

Hi there, I am currently in the process of grinding to make my ascended weapon. I am close to finishing my empyreal fragments ~30 to go, halfway to my dragonite ore, and here is where things get interesting.

I have 2250 piles of bloodstone dust.

The dust is WAY too easy to get in comparison to the others, or the others are way too hard to get. This dust really needs to be able to be used for something else. I was thinking perhaps we could turn something like 3-5-whatever number of a material in for 1 of another ascended material.

This would decrease the grind, allow people with massive stocks of bloodstone dust to actually have a use for it, and get ascended weapons out there faster. I know the projected time was to get these weapons by 2 weeks, but people have already grinded them out.

Are you serious? You’re offering to teach a guy that is 1 spot bellow you in the NA leaderboards. The current spectator mode lacks so many tools for the casters to keep up with everything that is happening. But seriously, I’m baffled by the hidden arrogance in this post.

So much face palm in this post I don’t even know where to start.

Spectator mode does not make you miss a guild rush. Spectator mode has nothing to do with you sitting and saying “I have nothing to say at all during this down time.”

Spectator mode is not an excuse. Is it somewhat rough right now? Yes. But that does not mean you should not be able to give in depth analysis as to tactics rotations and situations that are currently evolving. It is so blatantly obvious when teams are going for lord rushes that the fact that they are even missed is beyond me.

You can’t sit here and tell me that it makes sense to be talking about an in game clock and the numbers on it when you are on the grand final of a tournament, best of 5 and on the final possible map and the other team is changing its composition.

Why are they doing this, what could they benefit from doing this, what kind of rotations can they do from this etc etc. All possible things that could be talked over and they choose a CLOCK.

Then you have the nerve to bring up a leaderboard ranking, as if that even matters. This leaderboard is such a joke that anyone can practically be carried as long as they have a basic idea of what is going on and can move around. Give me a break. I bet you thought supcutie really got the chief kill too didnt you.

There are so many in depth things these shout casters could be talking about in between games, during the “dead air” periods that they just don’t know about.

So many times they are talking about how they have nothing to say when there is so much strategy team comp rotation etc they could be talking about. They miss crucial aspects of streaming such as lord attacks (blaming minimap is no excuse its extremely easy to watch) and calling tactics well before they happen.

If you guys need someone to help you understand the depth and strategy that is involved in this game please ask the community I think some of the better players can really help you.

Things like going over builds arent as crucial as you make them out to be, sure its nice for the noobs but you could just do something where they submit builds beforehand (build overview alone took up so much time and its so standard to the players that know what they are doing).

Please please look into strategy of the game and how team fight interaction works (peels, rotations, why someone should back cap right now vs why they shouldnt). If you need help please PM or message, im sure there are plenty of people who would help. Talking about why the krytan on the clocks looks like it does in the final match with everything on the line instead of strategy and what they thing could be going on and why PZ is making switches etc is just bad casting.

Anyway to leave this on a good note, grats on the successful tournament and viewers, hope we can make it better.

Why some people don't like conquest

in PvP

Posted by: Griffon.4716

Griffon.4716

I’m going to have to strongly disagree with you ahuba.

I’d like to start by saying deathmatch would never work in this game; the lack of team dynamics in combat would just turn it into a DPS who-gets-out-alive kittenfest.

Conquest, however, has brought on many problems of its own.

I’d like to go ahead and correct you – conquest is NOT dynamic, nor is it difficult to comprehend. Rather, it is quite static in that, as soon as you are familiar with how it works, the strategies are ALWAYS the same. Always. You think back-capping and bunkering are horribly complex concepts to grasp?

Fact is, most people HAVE “learned 2 conquest.” Which is likely why we hate it so kitten much. What’s more is that I can actually earn much, much more glory without focusing on conquest objectives (which, I am aware, will hurt my team’s chances of winning). I’m not the only one who knows this.

However, my biggest issue with conquest is that people (like you, I’m going to assume) run around capping all the objectives, thinking to themselves “garsh, I’m such a team player!” While you ARE being a team player, no doubt, the very fact that the conquest game mode has turned back capping and bunkering the pinnacle of team work is the biggest tragedy of them all. Ever noticed how little teamwork is involved in the actual combat of this game? You should. I’m not saying conquest can’t be a worthwhile game mode, but so far, it’s only served to further water this game down.

This is thinking from a perspective of hotjoin. This is also the problem with most players playing sPvP right now, is that they all think in the terms of hotjoin instead of actual top end tournament pvp.

Conquest is anything but static, and has much more to do with it than bunkering a point and back capping. Those are things you can do AFTER you win a team fight. Note the team. You state that those aspects are the pinnacle of teamwork, but you obviously have not played on a real team.

Peeling, supporting, and reviving are just a few to mention. Then you get into the dynamics of movement after winning a team fight, using the map utilities etc.

Support doesnt feel to be such a decisive role, infact you dont see crowds of support builds running around, why ?
What i think should happen is: player X is getting focused → call for help → allies protect/heal/support him.
This just cant happen here for a simple reason, by the time you say “i’m – getting – focused”, unless you are a bunker you are probably down already. So here start the race to who burst more, focusing on the target, this leads to building bunkers that are able to survive against burst builds.

I am going to attempt to not sound like an elitist but it probably is going to sound somewhat like that.

The only way you will be dead by the time you say “i’m getting” is if you don’t know how to dodge. If you dodge properly you can evade most burst, and even then most classes have a way to get out of trouble.

The major problem that people have is they don’t know when to dodge. A mesmers burst is very easy to read, you listen for the leap and then you dodge, but most people won’t do that so they get caught in it then shattered.

That is only one half of the problem. The other problem is people sitting on 1v1 rotations when they are fighting team fights. If you know your teammate is going to get bursted, quite apparent usually because they start attacking him, you start giving them peels.

Usually the people peeling are your eles, and usually your support is your ele, so being there really isnt an issue.

TLDR: need to dodge properly, teams need to quit playing like its a 1v1 rotation.

Ingame name: Griffon.4716
Character names: Wars Guild Two, Tyr Asgaror

Main Class / Potential Classes (Incase team requires): I play elementalist main, followed by warrior.

Region: NA

Practice Times: Weekdays anytime after 8 PST, weekends usually free.

Experience: 620 Tournaments played back when it was 3 round elimination, 430 won. This is while only having 3 solid members of my team and randomly acquiring 4th and 5th players/changing strats etc.

I consider myself one of the top 10 elementalists in the game, played against the best and some of the best (top 20) teams back before tPvP changed.

Other (Anything else that you would like to add): I would like to have a solid team of 5 that I can group with for tPvP. I will give criticism/take criticism when necessary, I hate losing and especially hate losing when it should have been a win. I will theorycraft/test/spar etc until efficiency is found. I don’t want a team that can’t have a laugh, or someone that is going to blow up on people.

I would be ok with helping/training/forming a team, so if you have interest in that and are willing to learn go ahead and shoot me a PM as well.

The idea of grinding in this game is a joke. There is no grind, only people that trick themselves into thinking they actually need an item, when in fact they don’t.

You call it grind because for some reason or another, you think that in order to play the game you have to have this maxed out piece of gear.

Content is not gated here, the only argument you could even make on gated content is FoTM after ~15 and agony resist, which by that time you should have gotten a drop/be able to craft/buy to continue on. Grind is non-existent in the traditional sense, all it is now are people thinking they have to have an item.

Play the game to enjoy it, not to have another job or think that in order to be competitive you need this gear, because you don’t.

Before the last patch bugged out the leap finisher on magnetic grasp is was pretty easy to get 30 seconds of protection. Even now just cycling cooldowns in the mist I can maintain 100% protection duration. That’s just using earth attune, shock and frost aura, and armor of earth.

http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Leap_Finisher

Please show which of those fields gives protection?

At maximum by using rune of earth and elemental shielding trait along with 30 Arcana you still reach max 22s protection by using all your high CD skills; but pls tell me how is unfair to other professions to reach 22s protection after using a : 25-45-90s CD skills.

To have 100% protection unpkeep is a pure lie, even with 30 Arcane the attunement swap is at 9.5s min and earth attunement protection boon last 4s max treated, the above mentioned skills have long CD so where you’re getting your 100% protection upkeep is unclear

Arheundel is right, which is the point I am trying to make. Its very easy to say “I blew my 90 second cooldowns and only swapped to earth for half a second,” but you are still negating your earth attunement and wasting your 90 second cooldown to do that.

If you take 10 earth to get elemental shielding you are removing the ability to keep fury/swiftness uptime by the same way, and with protection being easy to get when you actually “need” it, I would take the perma fury and swiftness time anyday.

Point is, you can’t stack 30+ seconds of protection by normal means, where-as you can stack fury and swiftness and regen that high by normal means. If you are getting 30+ seconds of protection please indulge us as to how, because I am pretty sure you are going a best case scenario and not how it would actually play out in a tournament match.

Elementalists can’t get over 30 seconds of protection, you may want to look into your numbers before you just throw them out.

The Guardian cannot keep up boons for too long even if they spec into 30% boon duration. They may have a few blocks, but elementalists have other ways to avoid/absorb damage as well making them an excellent bunker.

Can you list the ways elementalists can avoid/absorb damage, besides mist form (which neutralizes the point, thus rendering them a useless bunker)?

Its good to see that Anet isn’t bending to the will of the noobs. It is designed this way for a reason, to make you think before you engage on it that someone could be there to steal it. It is a risk vs reward system, and I have had MANY games in paids come down to the final boss kill, and it is an amazing feeling when you achieve it, but an even better one when you realize how close that game was and that one mechanic it came down to.

It is very easy to keep tabs on 5 people in tournaments, because you are all on voice comms. If you are a top team you are doing this, if you say you “can’t” do this, then you are obviously not a top player or are talking about 8v8s which is laughable.

The game is balanced around 5v5s, and more-so balanced around great communication and teamwork. Take a look in the mirror sometime, was it your lack of communication that allowed the thief to get there, or a teammates?

TLDR; quit being noobs, the mechanic was designed that way and should be this way. The game is about communication, if you can’t keep tabs on 5 people then you shouldn’t be trying to be a competitive team or you have some fundamentals to work on.

Elementalist balance - a great example of evolving meta-game

in PvP

Griffon.4716

1. Perma Buffs – Generally speaking you can maintain at least 9-15 stacks of might permanently (Using S/D) by simply using fire fields and blast finishers every chance they are up while running. Since you can cancel the OH dagger finishers, you dont have to put them on CD; however, since you are using D/D, you dont have enough finishers to maintain anything.
You can maintain perma swiftness and perma regen, but not outside combat so easily, and perma regen as a zerker amulet is kinda weak anyway.

2. Higher mobility then a thief is false. Sorry. It’s close, but they can leap up walls which means they dont have to run around objects, they just go over them.

3. Aoe damage instagibs mesmers – pretty hard to do that when they hit you with 3 dazes and a stun, and then explode your face with a shatter, buuuut, yes, you can beat mesmers. It’s an almost even battle (favoring them).

4. You dont have decent regen with a zerkers amulet. It is good with clerics though. The heals arent too great without healing power honestly.

5. This is debatable, but roamer eles do have reasonably decent survivability given all CDs, and assuming they dont get cheesed with multiple CCs back to back.

6. You wont win every single 1v1 if your utilities are on CD. You will get some, and when your stunbreaks are on CD, you’ll get popped by a backstab thief like your sisters pimple when shes on a roll.

7. Ofc it has a counter, backstab thieves can kill you before you even know they are there. Since you have no toughness, you will get popped by a 3k cloak, 4k mug, and 15k backstab. Thats more HP then you can have running glass cannon.

8. You can’t stack 25 stacks of might as a D/D ele in combat. You dont have enough blast finishers. Unless you are cheesing earthquake and churning into other peoples finishers…in which case you arent doing anything in terms of damage or control.

Selix, most of these things are attainable quite easily. I assume you are not specced 30 water 30 arcane, so you might know about these methods, but perma buffs are very easy to get.

1. Perma swiftness is attainable by staff swapping/air swapping/aura spamming. I get 15 seconds of swiftness on aura use, shocking is on a 24 second CD and frost on a 40. There is your perma swiftness.

Perma Vigor/Regen is attainable by speccing into water and getting the cantrips grant regen/vigor. I assume you can figure the rest out from there.

Perma fury comes from swapping attunements again, so that anytime you need to actually hit something you will have fury (as your combo requires swapping attunements).

It has already been shown that you can get 25 stacks of might quite easily using evasive arcana and superior battle.

2. Higher mobility than a thief is questionable, but if you think about it we should have more mobility. Perma swiftness, and ride the lightning matches their uptime and bow shots. As for going up and over things, have you heard of lightning flash? It isnt as often, but we can go up/over anywhere a thief can.

3. No one can instagib someone else in its true form of definition, perhaps he means since we can aoe their clones so easily they are rendered useless.

4. The heals in this spec are amazing, since you have protection/regen/swiftness constantly you are kiting very effectively and always healing and taking 33% less damage. Furthermore, you can swap water, which heals, cleansing wave, and dodge roll cleansing wave and you just healed yourself 7-10k hp.

5. Multiple CC’s are easily counterable since this build allows you to bring 3 stun breakers, the only thing that throws you off is moa or 3+ people. Usually you can handle 2 for a while. All about cooldown management, popping the ice ele and using water/earth to survive until help comes.

6. You can win pretty much every 1v1 with this spec, I have yet to find someone, besides a moa mesmer that could kill me effectively or within 10 seconds. Thieves are probably the hardest, but if you can dodge roll their BS or shocking aura and kite you have a chance.

7. Most I have been hit by a backstab thief in this spec is 8k, which would leave me at 12k hp. Those thieves are often times full dps specced, so once they pop the bs you basically win if you get 1 cc on them. The only way a thief can reliably beat you is thieves guild, which basically allows them to 1v1 anyone.

8. See above.

9-11. Subject to testing, I have been able to last fairly well against guild teams, definitely 2v1s until help comes etc. Again, 3 stunbreakers, protection uptime/swiftness/perma regen helps immensely.

It isn’t a godmode burst class, its sustained dps and outlast. If you face another bunker build 1v1 prepare for a 10 minute fight to win, because you won’t be able to dps if they are good, but you will last until you outnumber or vice versa.

Elementalists are the best in their role. Bugs and all, they can roam and support and sustain dps better and longer than any other class. The problem is to do this, you basically need to go 30 arcane/30 water. Fire traitline is a joke, earth is good defensive, but not for what we do.

Evie is mostly true, we can do a lot of dps over time and we have all of these utilities and ability to roam/escape 2-4v1s, but we can by no means instagib a class. We can delay 2 people fairly well, sometimes even kill them, but we are stuck on that role.

Anet already said they are looking into the survivability of eles as a possible nerf, which I could kind of see coming as we sustain great dps but have 3 stunbreakers etc. I can only hope when they do this they fix some of the other traitlines and throw us something to fill that gap.

Evie, I think you need to look up what “instagib” means as you use it quite improperly a few times.

Elementalists are definitely a strong class, and people are underrating them, but we don’t have variety. Your D/D build sounds like the one I am running, and I am sure if we lined up traits/sigils/runes it would be pretty much exact. We are basically pidgeon holed into that role, as we can’t really be the big damage.

Elementalist has sustained damage, but nowhere near burst or “instagib” ability, which is no problem with me as I have accepted that I will never be able to press 3 buttons and kill someone as a thief or warrior.

Just wait for paid tournament system, then your free 5v5’s will be casual as the big comp will move on.

Remember you start at rank 0, so to go from 0-9 is 10 levels, and it should increase. The two chests is a display error, but I think the ranks and the increasing cost is normal.

Drop hacking, Team Clockwork

Joined the second round, legacy of the foefire against a team clockwork. We go into team fight at the mid, and proceed to get into around a 3-5 minute team fight, where we are constantly killing them, but they keep trickling in. We eventually secure graveyard, as they continue to come in 1 at a time and team fight. Score was around 291 us to 175 them. They split the ranger to our side point, which they hadn’t harassed the entire game.

All of a sudden, our entire team gets a gw2.exe error, and crashes. Upon re-entering the game, we find ourselves 3 capped, base under attack. We get 4/5 into the match and run to a point since the game is still winnable at this point, as you can see in the screenshot.

Right after capping quarry uncontested, our entire team gets dropped again, same exact error. Miraculously, none of them get dropped yet again, and now our guild lord is dead when I get back in, score 476 to our 291, 3 capped and no chance to win.

Right after match is over they claim “oh your server crashed,” funny thing is that our team was on two different servers, Stormbluff and Sanctum of Rall, and both of our worlds just happened to crash at the same time. These guys obviously drop hacked us twice in a row, and made some BS excuse.

Felivear you didn’t once state what you expected to see in the blog? Or what key core features are ruining sPvP for you? Is this some kind of troll where you only say completely vague sentences?

The closest I can understand from your post is that maybe you do not think it is a complete PvP experience, which I ask you, why?

I think this is pretty obvious, but I guess some people aren’t seeing it. Without private servers, players have no way of creating an out of game tournament or system. With private servers implemented, people will finally have a way to create tournament systems for prizes/whatever.

The PAID tournament system should definitely be the first priority, so that people can stop crying about not playing anyone good and stomping pubs. This way you can play teams that actually had to be premade. This will hopefully allow groups to face better competition and get them off the “we win 90% of our matches” rant.

I think a rating system will be implemented later down the road, but WHY do you people think it is so necessary as a top priority? What is a rating system going to do that paid tournaments won’t? Unless paid tournaments become bracketed i.e. rated 5k+ face 5k+ top 100 face top 100 like it was in GW1, there won’t be a huge need for it instantly. Furthermore, the top organized teams will be facing each other at the finals for paid tournaments, so it should always be intense competition.

Overall, I think the order is spot on, and people that can’t see why it would augment the eSports of GW2 must not be thinking of the possibilities and are too focused on “my kitten rating is bigger than yours”

Would this be considered botting?

I don’t think its part of botting as you are sitting there doing it. If you were to set it to open bags at different coordinates of your inventory window and walk away for an hour, yes that would be a bot.

Doesn’t matter how much condition removal you think they have, you can almost always beat them with conditions. Get a necro with corrupt boons that can play well and bunker guardians melt. 2 guard has no mobility, and if they only have a mesmer camping their point you should be able to take that pretty easily, even if ele or engi reinforces, then you just push mid. Ignore your point and they are wasting 2 guards and its a 3v5.

I am not saying I can evade every burst that gets thrown at me, but it isn’t extremely hard to get out of most. Most classes you can reliably tell when they will burst you, and as long as you arent sticking yourself in the middle of them all and picking your target, you can manage just fine.

Im not really disagreeing with you at all, more the people that say “DT is impossible to land,” or the people that say thieves will drop them.

I am not a huge fan of d/d, so I can’t talk too much on it, and it seems on the build you are running that it is more important to swap attunements as much as possible rather than when it is as right as possible, which is what I like about s/d. The 100% uptime of vigor and regen is quite nice and has given me something to think about, and I may switch my build around to include it but stay s/d as I prefer the range option.

You can land a DT/phoenix combo 100% reliably if you look into your skills further, and they don’t pop a stun breaker (how it is for any classes burst). I agree though, comparably, it is much harder and doesn’t do as much as other classes bursts (you can still 1 combo glass thieves though), so it might need a damage buff.

The only cantrip you REALLY need to run is mist form, and I run glyph over twister. While the time throwing everyone around is cool and all, you can be doing a lot more out of twister to help your team, and you have to hold still for 2 seconds to cast it (never good as an ele to be holding still).

Running a roaming DPS ele, you can kill targets pretty quick and move in between points with ease. Maybe you aren’t running your build offensively enough or you aren’t reacting quick enough to enemy bursts, but you still have decent survivability with sig of restoration and water attunement.

Most of his answers were in the form of “soon” or “when it is ready,” I was joking about the down low part but I guess you all took it very seriously. He didn’t tell us we had to keep anything quiet, and I didn’t take pictures of most of the things he said in general because it was a lot of spam and “you should just play better” from him. He did log in and he was in HoTM for a few hours talking to people. Even after the tournament he wanted to go to sleep but stayed up at least 30-45 minutes longer just to talk to people about why they didn’t go with Cap the flag as a game mode, when there would be an update etc.

I didn’t really ask him about balance issues, most of the questions were about when is paid tournaments coming, why is there no gvg etc and where are the other maps/game modes, which all as I said were answered with “soon/when its ready.”

The only balance question I asked him was with the portal treb mesmer, which he said he thought was a tactic, as I said above. Take from it what you want, I was impressed at his willingness to play tPvP with the player base and was happy to see he knew what he was doing.
