Just curious. First zone seemed ok, but next zone seems like 4-5 are locked behind tier 5 masteries. Is it even possible to get 400 masteries in the HoT zones if you don’t have tier five unlocked?

Recently rolled a mesmer, and boosted to 20. I have 9 Tomes ready for when I hit 71. So what is the fastest way to level now? I’ve been doing EoTM pin train. How do dungeons work for lfg? Does it work similar to WoW where you queue and are teleported when a group is formed?

Actually I was able to delete finally, and I recreated an Asura and got in game ok. Thanks for the response though.

I just bought an additional character slot. Created my Norn Mesmer, and tried to log in. Game crashed to desktop. I can log in with my other characters fine. I also can’t delete the new lvl 1 character to attempt and make a new one.

Another patch, and it still doesn’t work

So much hype over this, and it’s been live for how long now, yet no one can access it, and you can’t even let us know if you are doing anything to fix it?

There any vendors where you can exchange karma for leveling scrolls?

Thanks for the replies. I may try out the Queensdale champ train. I do love pvp, both spvp and wvw, so I’ll probably mix in that as well to keep things fresh.

With crafting bumped to 500, and being expensive to reach that number, I don’t have the option of going the level every craft route to level my character. So outside of crafting, what is the fastest way to level these days? I used my level 20 scroll, and then leveled cooking to 400, so I’m sitting at 27 right now.

How much more expensive is 400-500 now?

Only gained 6 levels going from 0-400 cooking. Level 21-27. I swear it was at least 9 levels per craft.

Curious if anyone has an Nvidia Shield and and has tried getting GW2 to play on it.

That’s crazy. I had no idea the ranks went up that high. I can’t imagine anyone hitting those top ranks ever.

I honestly think they are the best looking race in GW2. Their animations are fantastic, and they always feel like they are moving fast, unlike the Charr which always feels like its moving through quicksand to me.

I got bored with the game because the game is boring. Pretty simple. Not much depth.

It’s funny, because the three sided warfare was supposed to prevent this type of imbalance from happening, but unfortunately due to a variety of reasons, the two underdog servers never end up teaming up against the dominating server. If people see an invader, they kill them. I almost wish that they would change it so that you always fought the same two servers, and there never any changes in matchups. It’s not like these server rankings have any meaning anyways other than determining next weeks matchup. If you stop the whole weekly/biweekly rotation thing, then it will allow the 3 servers that are paired together to develop some true rivalries, and make it much more likely than when one server is dominating, that the other two will work together to even things out. I think the changing matchups just makes people take the attitude that if things are going bad, they can just wait til the next matchup.

Spvp rank. Talk about an insane grind. Pretty ridiculous.

After every match I’m doing in the free tournament, it will tell me i earned X amount of glory for the match bonus, like last match it was 105, but glory rank xp bar only moved by the amounts shown for the smaller bonuses that usually give 5 glory.

Is there a way to check your in game played time?

Obviously server forums are an important part of a server community. When can we expect to see server forums?

Just got my new PC today, redownloading the game. 10GB after 2 and a half hours, only 60% downloaded. Gonna be nearly a 5 hour download.

These things being soulbound and costing 50 skill points to buy means it becomes a real headache to make Mystic weapons for our alts. At the very least, they should be account bound, but honestly they shouldn’t be bound at all. With them costing 50 skill points, I doubt you’d ever see the TP flooded with these scrolls.

I finally get a reply, and they ask for some info on my card, such as country it was issued in and my address. After giving them this information, the reply I get is that they don’t allow use of credit cards issued in a foreign country other than where I reside. Is this a joke? Card issued in United States. I live in the United states. How can they possibly come up with that for a reply??

Been hanging for over 20 minutes after clicking transfer, any word on this Anet?

Trying to transfer and it just hangs after I pick the server and click Transfer.

5 days now, still no response from Arenanets customer “service”. I have yet to see any actual service.

I’m still waitining on my second ticket for this issue, as the first one was closed without any response or resolution. Absolutely some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. At this point I honestly don’t expect them to do anything about it, they seem pretty inept when it comes to this problem, one that you would think would be a priority considering they have customers that WANT to give them money yet don’t so much as lift a finger to resolve the issue.

Still no reply from Anet. Shocking. Guess they don’t want my money.

I’ve now used two different visa cards to try and purchase gems, and both have been rejected. All info was entered correctly both times. I submitted a ticket back on August 31st that was closed without any answer. I opened a new ticket yesterday and still haven’t received any reply let alone a solution as to why you can’t get your billing system to accept major credit cards that I have never had any issues using anywhere else online. So what DO I have to do to get this resolved? The lack of phone support is inexcusable, especially when you just ignore my tickets.

Yes the karma vendor outside Arah in cursed shore Sella a set with those stats. 42k per piece, six pieces=alot of karma.

Having this same problem. I submitted a ticket through this we back on August 31st and have yet to get a reply. Why isn’t there a CS phone number to call?
