If you in this 2 years they have been slowly buffing healing specs. A sigil that stacks up to +12.5% healing, a rune that gives 10%, traits like aquatic benevolence… I dont see how crit healing would be a problem, since most classes with healing power have low crit chance and in most cases no investment in crit dmg. The crit would only work on allies not yourself celestial ele would be the same in 1v1.
This change would’t result in a clasic holy trinity, actually that is impossible without having a decent aggro system. Even if that was created it wouldn’t be better than zerker. So I dont see why are people scared of healing lol.

10k+ healing aoe shots every 10 sec per party.Lovely~
Considering this guy would do no dmg and be squishy as a zerker I dont see how it is a problem in the pve and wvw perspective. In spvp the only amulet that has precision+ferocity+healing is celestial and it wouldnt be 10k not even with pve/wvw gear. A lot of games have critical healing it just makes sense that if dmg can be multiplied by crits healing should be able to do the same.
Maybe cap on HPS?

Yes it could be like only half of your crit chance used for critical healing or a fraction of your crit dmg..
It should not work blasting water fields. Just crits on weapon skills.

This. In the early days when perfection was required, this was the norm. Now it’s simply not needed and though it would indeed speed things up, the average pug simply doesn’t care. They’re there for their karma and .0000001% chance at a hoard and that’s all they care about. It’s an unavoidable fact.
There’s always the minority who give it their all, many of which will likely post in this thread saying “I do my kitten dest to stack might and contribute yada yada therefore your generalization is wrong etc.” and these people tend to do exactly what you suggest, and carry those who don’t.
Suffice to say, your suggestion holds merit but players are simply too lazy to do it since it’s not needed to win.
Thanks for the feed back. Whats funny is when I lead teqs with pugs of all kinds we still kill him so hard. Can’t argue with 22 second burns. None the less it is to just speed things up a bit.

I have an idea for making Zhaitan a world boss which spawn once a week with good battle system, but I’m sure Anet isn’t interested in reconstructing something that’s already dead.
He is risen so he come back to life again. (jk) it would be on hell of a mess to fight him again, defiantly on world boss scale.
I see no reason to make something easier for people who don’t want to learn Combos.
Either people learn them and do stuff faster, or don’t learn and struggle.
Well they don’t need to know how use the stuff really I’m asking if it isn’t a bad idea to stack might in mid first burn.
I’d love a under water world boss it would add a new dynamic to under water combat.
I think it is quite funny in Arah Story killing Zhaitan is just a flick of a finger, all you have to do is blast the hell out of him with a MEGA-LIT cannon which only takes 5 people, but if it we’re up to 5 people to kill Tequatl we would be praying to the 6 for dear life.. I just find that funny. It is funny how ANET calls Tequatl small when to us he is a behemoth of a monster, although Tequatl is small in comparison to Zhaitan.

If you read closely i’m suggesting stacking might through out the initial burn to speed the first burn up.

I think crit healing is a good idea if done right, however I think crit on conditions is much more important. Low, low chance, like at highest 5 percent chance per tick, but something like that would be awesome (imo)
Even so a ele can get/give like 15k health then. There would have to be a heal cap.

I see where your coming from, but we don’t need crit healing. Healing is fine as is. Crit heal would screw so many things up.
I’ve been think about how to speed up teq’s initial burn. I’m a teq commander but I don’t have as much time to lead, so I was wondering if any other teq commanders might want to try this. (Before you ask 22 second burns good)
I was think since the initial is slow and you blast might during the 2-4 burn, why not do the same with the initial burn. I propose maybe doing this by during the very start blasting might. After the very start every minute leading up to the 1st battery phase blast might by have Turrets use 4(Might Skill) and having zerg drop fire fields and blast might.

I’m a human ranger so I’m not sure if I should be rooting for the destruction of DR or not… BLOW IT ALL UP!!! ALL OF IT! (It would be cool if they implemented something like that for the living story.)
I’ve noticed when in combat that the interface darkens slightly, that will help until bug is fixed.
ANET would probably more incline to force wp them.

For heavys I choose Charr or Norn. Otherwise I pick what fits the race best for the class. Like for an Elementist I pick Sylvia of the customization options. For my ranger(main) I picked human just cause.
If you guys aren’t filmier with the recent update, they made minis account-bound. I was thinking why not do the same thing with toys, they are already account-bound so why not do the same with toys. It would take up less space in your inventory.
EDIT: I think maybe it should just give you the skills once you double click it rather then giving you one in your inventory

Yea it looks like the bug is widespread.
It is a glitch with the new patch. Some work for some people others don’t it is a weird one.
I think the is unexpected. It is more of a visual glitch then anything.

Yea my friends get this bug to. I makes if hard to determine if your in combat to.
During Teq in batt. phase if you walk up to a grip hole at north and spam [F]. Not really a game breaking glitch but it is one. It is funny if you non stop spam it.
When in combat it appeasers you can change skills but you can. More of a visual glitch.

My guild I’m in is [XCAL] Twilight Of Avalon is PvE focus. I’m not on my computer so I can’t get you much info but We have TS3. We have no REP policy, although we still get a good rep base. And we base on DragonBrand, but that wouldn’t matter with the September 9th update. We wouldn’t be able to do WvW 1/9 of the time. (My math is so wrong.)
