- Frost Spirit does give 1 might for 1.25s every 3s. This clearly must be a bug.
The tooltip for Nature’s vengeance says so, so it should be right. the same applies to the other spirits. Though here is a bug i noticed with the same Trait:
- untraited the Frost Spirit has 75% triger chance. If you trait Nature’s vengeance the triggerchance drops to 70%. (This let’s you make the same buff 2 times with rangers, too)
I would have expected it to be at least the other way around….so that the FS triggers more frequently if it is triggered.
what i also noticed earlier before the 2nd patch was Frost Spirit has 75% trigger chance untraited….if you trait it with nature’s vengeance the tooltip says 70% trigger chance. oh and switching traits while frost spirit is active lets you get both buffs, so dungeon teams with 2 rangers could still use that to get both buffs i guess

Pretty amusing that this has become such a reoccuring sentence that Colin himself already uses it with quotation marks
While we’re talking about Fractals rewards, can you clear something up please… Are Infused rings supposed to have a filled slot or not? I’ve had about six (Infused) rings since the update and none of them have had the +5. I get the whole slot change, but are they supposed to be dropping with two empty slots? If so, why do they say (infused), it’s just misleading.
Only prepatch Infused rings are supposed to have the +5 integrated. New infused ring drops or the rings after infusing, have the 2nd infusion slot (and that’s why they are still called differently…they have 2 infusion slots and not one). If every infused ring had a a +5 already inside, it would make no sense to have +1-4 infusions exist. Those +5 were only added so old fractal players would still have the same AR after patch release

Could we please get a salvage Kit with the properties of the Disasembler 3BEK Kit back in the game? I know you want to sell your Copper-Fed Salvage-o-Matic, but you had that salvage kit in the game and removed it. Buying one CFSoM for each char is really expensive. I stocked up on the 250 salvage kits and i loved using them until i ran out of stock. I don’t wanna have to use a mystic salvage kit on green quality items. Just sell them for laurels or guild commendations or whatever. Actually i would love to see all the items that were sold with Captain’s Council Commendation back someday.
well i guess it would be nice to have bags like that someday. Though if they do introduce them, i hope they will also add some that sort by rarity like the fractal bags. Actually it would be nice to be able to transmute bag filter effects to other bags.
What a fun match-up thread..
Instead of reading all that: Why not look at SoD’s fun Last night <3
Nice Vid Emp. o/
As for the matchup, I am quite enjoying it so far. Had some nice fights without the need of zerging with commander. Yesterday evening almost all the fights in deso BL were done with single guild groups. Deso did a good job defending their keep for 10 minutes on guild lord, we thought we had it, but deso proved us wrong.
As for the “alliance”. There is none. We are killing everything that’s red. it might be possible that people/guilds decide to team up for one objective, but that is an exception and not in the control of a server. We are still fighting FSP . But hey, we want that first place, so our focus is ofc more on deso. But if there are points to be taken from FSP we will take them.
Edit: Also why do people always assume the winning server will go up a league. I have seen no comment on this. All i have seen is Anet saying the next league will be next year and the server qualification phase will be the same as for season 1, with minor changes thanks to feedback from the previous qualification.

So no updated way in which to acquire a specific skin? Great I guess I’ll need to grind another 200 dailies to not get the skin I want.
He said in higher lvl fractals the skins drop in a container that let’s you choose. So the way to get a skin has been updated.
We verified that was the case in the Live code and I immediately hopped on here to post that it was a simple update notes typo while the community team worked to update the update notes. I think a days turn around is actually pretty good and I am very pleased that it was not a problem in the code, but rather a simple update notes typo.
It might be quite nice, that it wasn’t a worst case scenario and the recipe in game is wrong. Still the typo in the patch notes already had consequences. The recipe price in the trading post went from ~30g to over 200g in the example of the mad moon. It even was over 400g after being the only recipe. buy orders went from 12g to ~70g. At current market prices crafting the recipe would be ~100g. If it wasn’t for this typo, people would have never listed the price over the 100g. They will probably lose out on their listing fee and possibly lose money because of that typo. Same thing with the people that bought those gifts at 100-200g from orders. Compared to the 1000g-2000g cost the typo said the recipe would cost to craft, buying from the tp seemed to be the way cheaper alternative. Now the TP and the crafting are more or less even and balanced, but it still caused people to buy at way higher prices.
But i guess the population affected by this is way too small for Anet to consider giving out gifts to make up for the loss in money created by a simple typo.
Not sure about that one. But it seems that people that stand on the Jumping Pad dont get afk kicked. At least we had some people standing there on Gandara, not moving an inch for 5 hours at least. And since you can’t autocast any spells while on the jumppad, I don’t see how one can afk there so long without getting kicked by the game.
it would be nice if anet made sth to prevent people afk’ing behind turrets anyway. How about a deadly poison cloud in the whole area behind the turrets, when Teq wins. Or some random rison mob attacks.

Hey Josh
I hope that you won’t make SAB too easy next time, now that people got angry. The difficulty has to increase over the worlds.
The changes you made are fine though. Only thing I don’t like are the geysers being always up. I hope you find a solution to the problem with them, so they can be moving again next time they are around. How about you put in an alternate path with a switch, that makes the geysers frozen..or an upgrade to the slingshot that freezes stuff.
In general several paths of different difficulty could be a solution to prevent too long lvls, without cutting content. it would make the baubble and secret achievments harder i guess. Also please allow us to backtrack at all points of the lvls. When I did the w2z2 the first time i used, shortcut eagle and got skipped to the end. I was stuck there though since I didn’t have the glove (eagle skipped it) and i had no way to get back.
Also a manual respawn key or chat command would be nice, in case you get stuck.
Out of all the zones W2Z3 was my favorite. It has really nice jumping parts, some small puzzles and really nice secrets.
Keep up the good work and don’t drop your difficulty too much.
P.S.: You better bring back the Clocktower for Halloween. If possible more difficult than ever.

Hey Josh,
- First of all some bugs that i encountered (I also made a bug report). You can easily get stuck in SAB. You just have to take out your whistle and run into the next flytrap you see. You won’t have any melee skills and will be stuck in the flytrap forever (muhahaha). This happened to me in TM in w1z3 quite far into the level. Since there is no /kill or /reset command the only way is to leave SAB, loosing progress. Another place that i got stuck, was at w2z1 in the piranha geyser hallway. I think it happened because the geyser knocked me back into a stepping stone. So maybe the issue happens if stepping stones and geysers are too close to each other. Again: Some form of suicide command would be nice for those cases. I’m playing sylvari if this is of any importance.
Also I dunno if this is a bug or not, but if you get too close to a stunned foe you get knocked back.
Now for feedback:
- W2Z1 difficulty was fine. Though i was disappointed that the mushroom shortcut was gone. I enjoy little secret shortcuts like this. I kinda didn’t do the last segment with the wood logs waterfall right. Instead of jumping all the way across I jumped into the secret bear cave. The amount of bears on the cramped space was a bit unfair at first. But looking back it is fine, seeing that all secret places were made like this (Hillbilly cave, Banana cave).
- W2Z2 was really up a notch in difficulty. The first time I did it, i found shortcut eagle. The issue here was that i was able to jump up there without issues even though I did not have the Glove of wisdom yet. And since i beat the Minigame i was at the end of the level without any way of reaching the cage (can’t use the Bell without glove) and also no possiblity to go back. It would be nice if you would add ways to backtrack in your leveldesign. So I had to restart, but I would have done that anyway, since I skipped 2/3 of the zone. I think i lost over 100 lives in that level and it took me hours (though I was hunting secrets too, so it’s not only the lvl that kills). The Gongtower took me the longest. I wanted to complete it the legit way, but after i started running out of lives, i just suicided after using the gong. This way i could skip the gong escort until the end of it, since there is more than enough time to reach the gong after respawning. I have to say that I also lovehate the arrowtraps. Dunno how often i was happy i got past one arrowtrap just to get hit by the next one.
So all in all: A bit too long (arrowtraps make the level waaaay longer than it actually is, since you can’t just rush through. It slows down the player considerably and causes paranoia)
- W2Z3: This was by far my favorite level. Much easier than zone 2, way more Jumping Puzzles (that tower was awesome). It was not too easy and not too difficult and the limited view was also nice. Had some nice puzzles too. This level hit my sweetspot and made all things from zone 2 forgotten and forgiven.
- Tribulation Mode:
I only did World 1 so far and i quite like it. A little bit scared of world 2 though.
Only thing I don’t like are random deaths at places with lava around it. Example would be W1Z2 the shroom section at start. I died multiple times Mid-Air when i wasn’t even hitting the floor. Mushrooms in general seem to cause strange mid-air deaths. there where some other cases where I seemed to die without reason.
- Reward vs. Effort:
This is my big gripe. In W2 there might be plenty of hidden digspots, but those are often also risky and uncertain. It would feel more rewarding and fun if there are more baubbles in plain sight. Higher difficulty should give more rewards and not the opposite. You have more foes to combat so you also use more baubbles for weapons, lives and health potions. Maybe also give a random chance for more baubbles to drop from those foes. Maybe give us a buff from the barrels that makes it that you can use your slingshot and bombs for free for a short amount of time. And the end chest reward should be higher. Only TM reward is really worth it. Though a infinite coin is almost necessary for the first try of each TM zone. I hope Anet doesn’t go down a path where items like the infinite coin will be common. Infinte lives in Tribulation Mode, or buyable from Moto would have been the better alternative. Or maybe as reward for beating World 2.
Also if you are going for the new skins, the baubble bubble reward feels like a joke. You limited the numbers you can get per day and still kept the old skin prices, making it time gated. Was the drop chance of the skins from the chests increased?
Sorry for the long wall of Text and also it is awesome that you respond to so many Feedbacks. I wished this was more common in these Forums.
The Tribulation Mode skins are color-shifted variants of the regular set. Each World has a color. Blue is the general SAB color (so not gained through Tribulation Mode), Green is World 1, Yellow World 2, Red World 3 and Purple World 4. This follows the Bauble value color scale. But don’t get your hopes up for getting the Tribulation color variants. Tribulation Mode is ridiculously difficult and time consuming. I don’t expect to see many green or yellow super skins out there. TM is there for a very small group of people who are into that sort of thing.
So some months ago you said that the old SAB skins won’t be obtainable anymore. Is this still the case? Will the regular SAB skins not drop anymore in normal mode? Will they still be buyable from moto? What about Tribulation Mode. Will all the SAB skins drop in different Colors in Tribulation mode?
You also said back then that the dropchance will get a new system so that farming the skins won’t be the same anymore. Will Skin drop chance be tied to the points you have now? Or is the system still the same?
Also an ingame timed mode with leaderboards would be also nice. It’s fun to speedrun SAB.
Hmm maybe make it so that the Api responds how many Guild members are currently near a bounty (even if not a target). That would help organizing Tier 3 events. Ofc bounty targets like Sotzz,… (those that can’t be searched beforehand) should not be affected by this.
So your saying that on a similiar previous case that is exactly the same and try to get the same results is something not worth venturing? Especially when my friends say they are now not willing to delete their characters?
I am at my wits end. I know that staff are able to do so and are willing to because a case was in the very thread I was referred to. Plus I assume the longer I wait to try to get this settled the less liekly it will to happen. I played since launch and deleting a level 80 compared to two fresh and when I spent IRL For gems to server transfer is ridicilous.
It is NOT exactly the same, You THINK it is the same and you THINK you should be helped. That doesnt change the fact that inthe eyes of support and in my eyes you are MISTAKEN and you will NOT be helped.
Cavendish bought the game, on top of that he paid for a server transfer and made a mistake. You ask for a free servertransfer cause you bought the game. you will NOT get a servertransfer for FREE. You have to PAY like all of us!!
Do not BEG for free things that are NOT FREE!!
I’m sorry for all the caps, but you are dillusional and wrong and you do not listen. I advice you strongly to accept your faith cause my guess is you are very close to being banned from the forum for breaking the forum rules.
he did pay for a transfer though. ( https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/Changing-Servers-2/first#post2086279 )
So the case does look similar to me. Wouldn’t have thought support could do that, but seeing Cavendishs case it does seem like they can.
The only difference is that Cavendish accidently changed to the wrong server. While Genrazn wants to undo his server change and asks for a refund.
Your friends probably can’t use support to change servers. Though I think it’s strange that the 7 days rule also applies to new players.
You might have a chance if youmake a ticket and ask to undo your server change (but dont ask for a refund).
But try to be more friendly…that might help widen the boundaries of what support can do.
(edited by JanoRis.8703)
as soon as they have to change just a single word, they have to pay for localization in all languages again. that’s why they rarely update any of the text, if ever. they’ve explained it before.
well than maybe the better solution would be to actually change the CD to 10 sec
Am i the only one that hates the “search and rescue” change? making it reviving only downed allies makes this skill useless. This skill wasn’t reliable before, since the pet would just randomly decide to attack your target again instead of rezzing.
it was a lifesaver in high level fractals or the volcanic (and depending on team the dredge fractal). The pet wasnt always able to rezz someone all the way anyway, since it could die while doing so.
Let me recap the skill “search and rescue”:
-Rangers lose part of their dps
-Not reliable and doesnt always work
-Doesnt always rezz all the way and high chance for pet to die in the process
-long cd
-Since patch: Only rezzes downed players.i can accept the change they made..but not in it’s current state: Either reduce the Cd or give the pet protection and swiftness when you use the skill. or make it a long CD if the pet actually manages to rezz someone. If it doesn’t than give the skill a reduced cooldown. the changes that were made make the skill useless in dungeons/fractals now imo.
It says the changes are for the skill in pvp, I also am pretty sure they said it would continue rez players at half speed if the pet dies during the skills activation
i hope, that’s the case. Since only the cooldown mentions PvP

Seems like we spent a similar amount of time in there. Though your droprate seems a bit low.
Questions:
1. You said that the other super skins will be added at a later date. But you also said that next time there will be probably a whole new set of SAB skins. So will we have the missing Super skins and the new set next time? Will the new set also have the weapons that were missing this time? Or will we only have a completely new set next time, without any of the missing Super skins?
2. Are you planning on limiting the farming? With the team points? If so, will you increase the drop chance or make the drop chance increase with the team score? Cause completing the whole dungeon as good as possible, with a drop chest of 1 skin in 50 chests will make the new skins extremly rare.
Especially if they can also drop the missing super skins, since that would increase the Itempool way higher than the current SAB chest pool is.
It’s happened for me as well. In recent memory:
1-3, first area, the flytrap jumps. Died and respawned after landing safely on the other side of the gap.
1-1, 4th checkpoint. Similar; died while on the middle of the platform before the 3 bauble jumpI’ve also died from green water while standing in front of the King Toad, 2 seconds after reaching that pad.
I expect it’s due to the same issues that are causing major skill lag in WvW – the server can’t keep up and doesn’t correctly simulate our movement because it’s not receiving movement packets or something similar.
Yeah exactly those places happen to me from time to time, when SAB gets laggy. Been some time that it last happened to me. But yeah it was at peak hours. It always seems to get out of sync at these places. And the moment it sinks up, you already ran to your death
Question:
Does the Quickness nerf also reduce the action speed? Like rezzing? Or harvesting? Or only attacks?
Also i am really disappointed about this. My shortbow #1 skill with quickness now feels like it has the same speed as the longbow #2 skill .
Some months ago the shortbow #1 skill was already nerfed hard (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_W75Zw5fqU) because of an “animation glitch” when used with quickness (so the primary shortbow skill got nerfed because of quickness). And now the quickness itself gets nerfed.
So please do one of those things:
- decrease shortbow crossfire cast time back to the way it was
- increase pet swap quickness duration by at least 2s
- decrease Quickening Zephyr cooldown by 10-20%
- increase Quickening Zephyr duration even more
- increase Quickness back to at least 75% in PvE (and still increase pet swap quickness duration)
The attackspeed is a major part of the fun a class is to play. Shortbow was really fun to play before the 40ms nerf (not to mention that it’s dps was nerfed because of an “animation glitch”…if it was cosmetic than at least increase the damage)…it is still okay now. Actually i wouldn’t mind losing a little bit of dps on shortbow or longbow, if the attack speed was increased. Every time you slow down a speed related skill, the class will lose some playfun. i would much rather prefer having the attack damage being reduced. But up until now, all you have done is slow down the weapons.
And a fractal related question:
When will we see the Jade Maw not targeting dead pets update? is there an ETA?
We tried giving them reduced damage from AOE/attacks, and it opened up other problems – mainly that a team of 2 rangers could take on almost any boss in a dungeon by smart swapping of pets and letting the pet take aggro. It’s unfortunate, but we can’t just increase and decrease numbers until pets are perfect – we’ve tried really hard, but numbers are not going to fix pets without letting them break everything. We have to look deeper into mechanics, AI, player actions, and skills.
As much as they seem vestigial, the “attack” and “return” keybinds are really the only thing that can give the player any control, and they can be a bit unwieldy. I would recommend though that if you have never tried using those keybinds, try them out the next time you’re in a dungeon, your pet will thank you for it.
Also, I find that a ranged pet does better in dungeons. My typical pet setup for dungeons is Hyena (because having 2 knockdowns and another hyena is super good), and a Drake (almost any). I know this is contradictory to what I just said about ranged pets being good, but I use the keybinds a lot and that dramatically increases survivability when taking 2-3 hits is all you want the pet to do.
Spiders and devourers can be really good to bring because of the fact that they are ranged. Devourers have an escape from melee ability as well, and spiders have CC, which helps keep them alive while you reposition and pet-swap (or return) in a more favorable place. Tankier pets require more management, but once you get there and know how to use it (in combination with pet swap), you’ll find you’re not facing the death cooldown as often as before.
That and you can name your spiders “Cuddles” and your devourer “Citizen Snips” and get a good laugh out of people’s reactions.
I really liked the GW1 pet system.
Since we do get"juvenile" pets. How about letting them lvl up, with their own trait system? Also i wouldn’t mind their survivability, if we could get some pet rezz skills or a player trait that allows for pets to rezz in certain conditions.
i guess we will never see these changes, because it would be a too big change. But i would prefer to be able to “train” your pet and change it’s offense/defense into a certain direction. pet armor/trinkets would also be similar.
Just a quick note—I said the odds of it dropping was closer to .005 than the 1 in a million or so that was tossed out. Those aren’t the exact odds, but if my math is correct, 10 players running the event every day might expect one staff to drop after about 7 months. (And we haven’t been out that long.)
lol? it takes people less than half that time to make a legendary. this staff is not legendary and doesnt even have particle effects. what point is it to make it that low drop rate
Well but legendairies don’t drop out of chests, do they. Precursors do. And if they made one precursor only drop out of one single chest very rarely, then precursor droprates wouldn’t be balanced.
This is a named weapon. I’m pretty sure that the staff is lore related too. As you can see making it that rare as it is now, it made a hype around it (especially cause of the nice skin). Legendairies don’t have to be the only cool looking weapons. Though they do get their shiny effects and footprints and stuff.
So yeah, making it harder to obtain than a legendary is a good thing, and it is necessary for it to keep its mystery. It’s like a scavenger hunt.
I have the same thing going, can’t log in. Reset password twice just to be sure.
like i asked above:
Did you use your E-mail you registered with as your username? Since it only works that way. If you type your Accountname (ex.: Name.1234) it won’t work.
Else it might be some Firewall/antivir blocking it. You could test this, by deactivating them shortly, before you start the game.
Did you guys log in with your account name or your email adress?
Since your log in name in the Client is your E-mail and not your account name. If you use your account name it will not work
(Rezzing up Thread for Daily Healer)
Later you’ll see a system in place that rewards more expanded achievements points which will retroactively reward all achievements already earned, yes.
We haven’t finalized what the rewards will be for the expanded achievement rewards, and it’s entirely possible they will have their own unique reward system.
Just to be clear: Really all achievments? Or only the “bigger ones”?
And you talked about a possibility of an own unique reward system.
Actually that would be the only way that i can see this work. Since getting laurels for every achievment, would give players way too many laurels at once..meaning that if there is no other currency, than the prices of the laurel vendor would have to be increased significantly.
Another currency however would avoid that. The currency would have to be worth less than a laurel and convertable into laurels.
For example if 100 of this currency would be worth 1 laurel. Than bigger achievments like 100% map could give several laurels, and small stuff like “agent of enthropy” could give 5-10 of the new currency.
Anyway, I’m really looking forward to the changes with the achievment systems you have planned. I’d really like to see weekly achievments too, or daily and monthly WvW achievments, that reward you with badges and blueprints. Or that Maxed Slayer achievments continue counting (though i guess that would make some HUD problems if the number gets too high)
By all means keep the pvp element of the JP’s that are in wvw, but remove them to a separate instance please! I’d even be tempted to go in there as an alternative to wvw on occasion, knowing that I wasn’t harming my server’s chances in wvw by being in the JP.
There are two ways that i can see this work:
1. make 1 different map that gives access to all JP:
This would mean that all JP will be independent from the actual control on the maps. Everyone can join the puzzle without having to fight your way to the access. This would probably increase the number of people doing the JP and making it more competitive. Control inside the JP will possibly have a bigger impact on WvW than it already has. it would be a campers paradise. Casual players and bad jumpers will avoid them even more than they already do, since it will be hard to complete if your world doesnt have control inside the JP or if you arent part of a bigger group.
2. Making JP portals inside the WvW maps:
kinda like the EB puzzle, the Borderlands puzzle will be reached by running into a portal on the map, that is located on the Homeworld side of each borderland (same place as the puzzle currently is) the portal could be behind the waterfall for example.
This would mean that all the puzzles (especially each borderland JP) will be still influenced of the control on the map. If your server is in control of the access area, than you will have it easier in the JP. But now we have the problem…if you want to leave the JP, you might be in a queue again. Since you won’t have a reserved slot in the different zones anymore (that would defy the purpose of seperated JP instances). So doing a JP during peak hours to get your siege, will have the possibility of you having to queue up for a long time again.
your idea is good though, but there are some issues that have to be considered. It is not a completely clean cut without consequences (like it seems to be at first).
I finished all the Jumping achievments yesterday.
there are so many Puzzles i like, i cant really choose.
Really nice ones were Fawcetts Bounty, Griffonhook run, hidden garden, scavenger chasm and only zuhl. At the end of only zuhl i found a necro who was really happy to see me waiting at the giant troll event. we fought the troll together and killed him. After that i talked a bit with him, until i realised he wasn’t in a guild. So in the end he joined our guild
I’m sure that i forgot many other great puzzles, though that were the ones that came to my mind.
Some other puzzles that were a little different, but i liked them:
coddlers cove: Man that took me an hour..i thought beams were hard, but those small balloons, were quite different. A good puzzle that forces you to learn to adjust your jump length. Which dev made that puzzle?
Chaos crystal cavern: That effect that makes you zoom out completely…please add it to the game…makes the game so much nicer if you can zoom further out. The speed effect was faster than swiftness wasn’t it? That was also a quite interesting one. the puzzle also looked really nice.
But my absolute favorite was the Clocktower…i loved it at first..than i started to hate it, after i wasnt able to do it…took me 3 hours to complete…than i didnt do it for a day…i got bored after some time, so i started doing it again…and i couldnt stop….i was doing the puzzle nonstop…it ended with me farming all 4 chests in one run, until the event ended.
Took a couple of days to get debugging in on this. It is in fact a 40ms difference which equates to about 7% less damage when spamming 1. We made this change because it was creating some animation bugs to leave it where it was. It was also encouraging just spamming 1 which isn’t the most fun gameplay. If our data shows shortly that shortbow is now not effective we can certainly address that, but would do so by improving other skills on that weapon rather than by reintroducing the spam on 1 and the bugs that it was creating.
Tough that does take out the fun of class. I loved circlestrafing around enemy groups and apply bleed with my piercing arrows, while throwing traps at them and putting conditions on whole groups like that. Now that nerf did not only lower the normal dps but also the condition damage and the critical chance (per minute i guess)…but what is worst and what really bugs me, is that it takes out the action…it is …boring compared to before…i liked the shortbow as my main weapon, because it’s speed was fun to play..i switch back and fourth between longbow(sometimes axe wahrhorn) and shortbow, but i don’t really like staying on the other weapons for a long time, because the fast attack speed is more fun to play…(kinda the same reason, why i enjoy playing scout the most in Team Fortress 2 for example)
it’s as much fun as having a slow car in front of you, that drives slower than the permitted speed.
and i really never ever saw that animation bug…
i really want to have my ranger be my main char…since i loved ranger the most in gw1 (there you had more bows to choose from too..each with it’s own advantage and disadvantage…would love to see that in gw2)..but i don’t know if i can keep playing this class as main, as much as i want too…this shortbow nerf really broke the fun of the ranger for me…not as if the shortbow was really overpowered to begin with
Traits
- Companion’s Defense only works in combat
That’s not completely right…it works out of combat, but it doesn’t work if you have full Health…it only works if you already lost some health. Meaning that it can fail you in combat, if you still have full health
or in short:
Full Health in and out of combat : Does not work
Not full Health: Works
You can use a safe box or an invisible bag to put your minipet in…best is, to put this bag on your last or first (if you fill it completely) inventory slot. Vendors won’t see what is in this bag/box and the deposit collectible and compact option does not apply to this bag/box aswell (Meaning, that stuff that is in there has to be deposited one at a time). This way you can deposit your crafting stuff and use your compact button, without the minipet being stored in the bank, or switching slotplace in your inventory
already did several times…doesn’t work
How did this topic drift of from Guildemblem to other Games and Far Cry 3 lol…You know you can just Pm each other to talk about that stuff
Uhm…wouldn’t this be more useful in the bugs section? And not in the discusssion section? I think that we have higher chances of seeing fixes from threads in the bugs section.
you can use an item in the ps mission (lvl70-80) in the temple of the forgotten one that has a electric whip as main attack
as far as i know you can use transmutation stones, to keep the emblem on your new armor
as long as the price of lvl 80 exotics doesn’t drop or the price of lvl70+ exotics rises, people will keep buying gems with golds to get forge stones, since over the long run, you make good profit, and have also a chance to get exotics that are forgable to legendarys….so this is just one part that will keep people buying gems with gold. account upgrades and stuff is another…and boosters will also keep people buy it with ingame gold…not everyone likes to pay with real money for ingame cash…I don’t really think that the price will drop, since it has been rising for days. there are much more ingame farmers(people that buy everything with gold) than content buyers (people that buy everything with money)
There are some inconsistent paths in the sylvari storyline.
One seems to be on the Mission on Claw Island, where you meet Trahearne again.
He doesn’t remember you and neither does the mother tree.
<a href=“https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/story/The-Problems-I-have-with-the-Sylvari-Story/first#post104410”>This is described in this Thread</a>
Personally i don’t think this happened to me. What did happen to me is that in the Mission “Through the looking glass”, neither Carys nor Tegwen remembered me. And to top it off they said Trahearne saved them before, from the magic of the mirror, when in fact I did this, with the help of an asura (forgot the name)
Trahearne never even was involved in that issue.
<a href=“https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/story/You-Don-t-Remember-Me/first#post77639”>Issue described in this Thread</a>
I personally think that this issue is a bug…that is why i put this issue here and not in the discussion of those other two Threads. It really breaks the story in my opinion since it completely disposes of previous bonds i made in the beginning of my personal story
Uhm strange, but I don’t think that happened to me…at least the part with the Trahearne and the Pale Tree….i think they did remember me…but what happened to me, is that Carys and Tegwen didn’t know me in the mission " Through the Looking Glass". And they said that Trahearne saved them back then, even though he wasn’t even there ( I chose that i wanted the help of the Asura)
Same happened to me…really disturbed me
3 words: Mystic forge stones
I don’t know if this is already suggested somewhere, but i couldn’t find it:
It would be nice if we could have an additional column for the tradepost, where you see the current order price and where you can sort from the current order price. Since people that sell already have that information always available….only the people that buy need to click through each item and click “place order” to see what the current order price is.
On that note, it would also be nice if you could have the option to see the list of what people are selling the item for, when selling (like the buyer can). Since it can happen that someone sells way under the current price and than everybody who just starts selling that item will jump onto the same cheap price and not use the balanced price
Yeah same here… I allowed redirect and gave the site every permission..i deactivated all Add ons..all the site gives me is a blank page..the url on the top doesn’t change
yeah
they take up way to much space and a are useless..i always hord them for a time and than use them all at once when i need inventory space…dont wanna mule them
Some Areas have insane amounts of lfg and trade messages sent into the Map chat.
So it would be nice, to have the same chat channels like we had in good old GW1.
A channel to look for a Group (LFG) and another one to post in Trade requests (though they should add mail trading first. i don’t really know why so many try to trade over chat, the way it is right now, when there is a high risk of getting scammed).
Today I was doing 100% Fireheart Rise and normally I enjoy reading mapchat while completing a zone. But all there was was endless spamming of “lf1M Cof Speedrun, only geared and no nubs”. It was really annoying.
I don’t really want to have to turn of mapchat, because of this, since people do post events in there from time to time, or have some entertaining conversations…but this isn’t possible with an endless wall of lfg requests coming in between.
So please add more channels so that we can filter those messages without having to turn of mapchat.
Make butter a consumable, that puts butter on your armor…it will give you random knockdown, but reduced fall damage and projectile damage, since everything just slips off
yeah this is missing..though you can put a checkmark on the exploit case, cause hacking like this does use exploits
Yeah
The Skill Entangle is a survival skill and needs to recharge faster with this trait. I don’t use this trait anymore because of this bug.
