the secound problem is that fear is a condition and also a cc. that#s the reason why melandru is affect by both.

if you play solo with gs+sword ice sigill (chill at crit) are important

high survive ability with guardian is a joke.

i play guardian in a roaming guild we play 5vs5/x in openfield.
i’am first target the most time.
if we me meet another group their guardian will be our first target or if there are a necro the necro.

why that? because a guardian is visible the hole time.
movement he only have with the combo gs+sword+blink (if he use judg’s) and that only if there are a target to blink away with sword/judg’s.

he have block the ability shelter, renewed focus, shild of wrath = 8 sek block,
but after that time he die.

protection is no special guardian ability
aegis is not worth to talk about

a guardian is good first target and a save kill.

the current cc is ok.
you can dodge it, block it, remove it with conditon clean or use stunbreaker.
there are stabi,
melandru-rune + loaf of saffron bread.

the system works well.

it took a long time (of crying) till we have got balanced tier but finally we had.

now you destroy it and nobody really know why. because some idiots wanted to gank low-pop-server?

between one tier up or down could be worlds. the new system make it possible to fight against server that are more than 1 tier up or down as your own.
this isn’t fun.

let the system how it is and you will lose a lot of player.

guardian got nerfed since release…

guardian need a buff. he is the only class that has no option to a range and a condition build.

you should play starcraft if you want zerg.

loved that matchup. alot of solo player, 2-3 mann groups, some 5er roaming groups, you could say a paradis for smallscale.

did you ever stand one time on top of the hill of the relic keep and wait, and wait and wait (with around 200-300 mates) and than they come…

did you ever were in a group that carry the relic?
you took it close after you had the relic keep under your control and left your own zerg and hide.
your zerg get wiped form enemy zerg, your stealther groups say that at poc and xmg are enemy zerg.
what to do?
both realms are hunting you with the relic.
you had some small fights and wiped the enemy and go hide again.
your stealther groups are fighting against enemy stealther, your zerg try to get xmg under your control and wiped and wiped…
now you only have about 30 min than you drop the relic. panic. you wait behind xmg, your zerg is in the position to attack xmg, last try all or nothing…

(at least we got it, because of luck. mids was attack the albs at hmg. our hib zerg attack them too.
we try to pass hmg from behind till they fighting, only our fian pass it alive and come to our zerg where he was safe. he carry the relic. realmpride.
a moment and a prime time raid i will never forget.)

did you ever run into a zerg and kill 4 groups
with one?
after that you meet a enemy group and wiped
after a 5 – 10 min fight, because you did one mistake (1 free caster for a few sek, block/bg come 1 sek to late, or something).

that all is rvr and that will never be in gw2.
gw2 is fun, but it’s like a battelground in daoc
(thidranki and co).

and daoc have 3 rvr dungeons
- poc
- df
- labby
