Cant agree more with MarzAttacks. BT log on around 2am gmt, and you will log on to fully upgraded towers and keeps, they will also be heavily defended. BT have the numbers all day every day. You will have some amazing fights but you will have to work for every inch of ground you get with them.

Dont tell us, we fought them more then once as medium server^^ (we even won one match, before they got the transfers of wvw guilds. It basically was SFR vs Xaoc back then).
I remember a hills keep defense by BT: keep fully upgraded and every corner full of superior siege weapons and 40 players defending. they had 5 catas and 3 trebs on the bridge (of course superior ones) and a spot of 3 superior ballistas every 5 metres. One of the best fights I had until now.

We would become third in T1 of course, our overal performance is not that good atm and players cant improve that much because our current foes have far fewer numbers.

I hope for some nice fights.

When fighting on open field, you can take the build you want to. At sieges, a ranged build is better in many cases.

Well think what a lvl 80 with full exotic set does to you lvl 4^^. you will die a lot at low lvl. But if you are playing on an active server, you lvl up pretty quick in wvw.

You know that ballistas, catapults and trebuchets have a higher range than arrow carts?

You realize that bay on riverside map is the closest keep to the kodash spawn? Next you say they are teaming up because both attack the keep with the orb at the same time. They just wanted their nearest keep back and tried to exploit the situation that riverside attacked there. Server “alliances” are just that 90% of the time: A server tries to use a certain situation for his own advantage. To attack an enemy’s keep right after an attack from the third server is just clever tactic, because the keep owner is already weakened.

We could use some more dedicated wvw guilds and night time players. If there are queues on this server they are almost never more then 10 min.

The worker never repairs anything. He just upgrades the keep. So stop buying upgrades if you dont want that..

Lol one week ago we were outmanned in EB at 8 pm, now we have a queue on EB at 4 am. WTF is going on? Where do all the players come from? The server seems to be quite lively atm.

No. Osc was conquering blacktide border today.

As said before, the week vs desolation and kodash with the massive hacking and the invisible bug broke our neck, then we were stomped one week by arborstone and nobody wanted to fight. We lost many players and we dont have enough anymore for the top 10.
Now, we have to take the whole evening to fight vs Blacktide’s fully upgraded keeps and Blacktide always have a massive defense (Best defenders I have seen until now).
This week would be a close fight if we would have more numbers, as all 3 servers are quite even in prime time. But we cant compete with blacktide or even riverside due to lack of players.
But as long we have something like this in the evening after hours of intense war, fighting is still fun (at least for me):

We had some nice fights in Seafarers Border today with Desolation. Many thanks to IRON guild, it took a lot of time to get the garrison back :P. The fights were hard and a lot of fun. Our siege of Hills keep and your deff was good too, sadly you left after hills fell, leaving the rest of Desolation players with outmanned buff. Because Kodash was also not there, we took the whole map. Please come back, it is a bit boring here.

SFR and kodash will just be known as cheaters and hackers now to alot of deso inc me and my guild, Im not sure yous will care but its a shame. brings the fair fighters down as im sure there are alot on sfr who hate the cheats aswell, but the constant hacking just says it all about your server in general.

Almost all of the orb hacking (if not all) was done by ONE guy. So please stop blaiming whole servers for that kitten. Seafarer’s Rest kicked the hacker out of guild, banned his ts account, put him on wall of shame in community forum. I think its pretty clear that we dont tolerate hackkers.

Check out Seafarer’s Rest too. We won against most servers in prime time and have a number of good guilds. Our problem is that we have a weak night force, so you could really have an impact. The Americans who already transfered here did help a lot in holding our upgraded keeps against night zergs of other servers (currently Desolation :P) and get some points during the european night.

It was possible to delete Characters for 3 min or so. I deleted one, created a new char, then I wanted to delete another, but it was not possible anymore.

Im from Seafarer’s Rest and I hope this cheater gets banned fast. I really liked the new match up vs desolation and kodash and I am very angry that this cocobloco guy (Edwardus Maximus ingame, he was active in our map chat) shamed our server.

I hope that you dont blame our entire server for the actions of one player. It happened in the night when the majority of our server was asleep. Hopefully this wont happen again.

Same happens at Seafarer’s Rest (Eu). When you try to leave the southeastern waypoint you get a loading screen and after the screen you were ported in front of the spawn keep (we have no queue in the night, dont know what happens with queue). This began to happen after match change.

4. The keep lord gets normally bugged and invincible if there was an orb on the altar, when it was destroyed by quaggan lightning. Thats one of the worst bugs in GW2 atm.

It is not possible to pick up an orb placed on an altar.

Btw. we had an invulberable chuck norris keep lord yesterday, because the altar got oneshotted by the quaggans and then it was bugged, several attempts to kill the keep lord (we stopped defending the keep) were not succesful.

I think it is a good idea.
