Sounds like you just want an easy way of getting ascended gear. Suggestion: Remove random ascended chest drops so players stop complaining about not getting them and actually need to work towards crafting them.

Give me ideas what to do :(.

Fair point. Just a shame to see my 200 go to waste, even with my using them each time I went into pvp. And thought there would be others thinking the same.

With matches no longer giving glory, and a lot of people still sitting on hundreds of glory boosters, giving them no use what-so-ever, is there any chance they could be converted to glory consumables instead?
This would give people who have a stockpile of them something to use them on (completing their pvp locker, tomes of knowledge) while glory is still a usable currency.

On FA main we killed green, got red and blue to about 5%, then in the last few seconds blue HEALED back to 75% health. I’m calling this fix a massive failure. The only people that got any kind of reward were some people at green who got some deluxe boxes. The rest of us got nothing except the chance to wait another 40 mins to try again. The 50/50/50 is a nice idea but I really don’t think it was necessary.

All we wanted for the fix was to get drops from the knights, or a reward for the event. But no, now they go and make the event harder with no visible increase in rewards.

Our blue one also healed to full at about 70%. I think that’s probably a bug.

I like the difficulty increase actually. Too much GW2 content is just a cake walk

The blue heal is most likely due to the Menders that float around the area.

And, while I agree that difficult content is nice, I don’t think that gating living story content behind this kind of thing is a smart move. Permanent content, fine. But not temporary content, especially when the only reward from these knights is components towards a colored back-piece.

Fear doesn't interrupt?

I have been testing this on boars with obvious skill tells. I have used spectral grasp and doom at the same point on his charge. Spectral grasp obviously procs an interrupt, however I have found that doom, or any fear for that matter, doesn’t seem to interrupt.

So, my question is: Does fear cause interrupts? Am I doing something wrong? Been wanting to use perplexity runes on my necro for a while now and 1 interrupt every 30 seconds IMO doesn’t make it worth using.

1) Make them rich nodes (or even better, make a tier above rich, that gives 16-20 hits and a chance for between 1-3 per hit)
2) Include ALL the ore nodes (possibly not including orichalcum)

I think these two suggestions would go a long way to making this item worth the 800 gem price, and might even prompt more people to buy it.

And feedback, opinions, and other suggestions are welcomed!

16-20 ores of all metals with the exception of orichalcum? Wth?

16 copper ore = 16 × 40c = 6s40c
16 silver ore = 16 × 1s = 16s
16 iron ore = 16 × 1s10c = 17s60c
16 gold ore = 16 × 1s40c = 22s40c
16 platinum ore = 16 × 1s60c =25s60c
16 mithril ore = 16 × 52c = 8s32c

Total = 96s32c

Almost 1g daily just for going to your home instance…

Ps: Approximated numbers based GW2Spidy buy / sell offers.

I was just pulling numbers out of my kitten as an example of a possible change for a tier above rich. I still stand by saying they should be rich veins, because currently 800 gems is a massive rip off for what you get.

Although in all honesty I think this is something that should have never come to the gem store, and should have instead been something you earn through some sort of quest line/achievement.

Howdy all!

So, this was thrown onto the gem store recently, and me being the person I am, wanting to fill up my home instance, bought this.

Honestly the biggest waste of gems ever. There is no benefit to having this in your home instance. With the Quartz and Candy-corn this was a great idea because these were limited access materials, and giving people an opportunity to keep obtaining them through your home instance not only keeps them in the market but also gives some reason to the home instance.

Now, onto why this new addition is a massive waste.
1) The ore nodes are once per account per day
2) They are just basic nodes, only 3 hits
3) It’s only 3 ore nodes (Copper, silver, gold. Primarily used in Jewel crafting)

800 gems for 9 ore each day (if I can even bother going to my home instance). I would honestly rather go running around zones all day mining the nodes than use this convenience item.

Expand Unlocked Rewards Usage

Talking about items such as the Gas Mask, Sunless Wings, Holo Shatterer Wings, SAB Bauble Backpieces, simply any skins obtained through an achievement. Possibly could be extended to the Molten Gauntlets if they change it from an item token to an actual skin, same goes for the Fervid Censor and the Karka backpiece.

I just want to be able to use these skins without the fear of losing them forever, or needing to re-transmute them over and over as my builds change. It would provide a lot more flexibility in armor looks too.

The section itself seems like it was meant for this kind of thing, but I don’t know why it hasn’t been utilized as such.

Hi there,

My suggestion is simple and I feel it’s a shame it wasn’t implemented when the achievement reward overhaul came. Simply put, I feel that any skins you achieve should be placed in the Unlocked Rewards section, where the Zenith, Radiant and Hellfire skins are.

Currently I feel that most people are just collecting the living story skins and letting them gather dust the bank, afraid to use them because of them being the only one in their possession.

Any discussions on this topic are welcomed

Mystic Forge Tier Demotion

So, we currently have promotion of Common, Fine and Rare, along with promotion and demotion of Mist Essence.

My suggestion is a two parter:
1) How about a demotion recipe for all respective materials
2) Make mystic forge recipes less RNG with a smaller output gap. What I mean by this is currently you can get anywhere between 40-190 for a t2-5 Common promotion. This gap seems much too big.

I believe some form of these suggestions will help stabilize the mats market a little.
