No, it is not ban-able. I use my bell quite frequently in WvW.
So far almost all of SoS’s WvW community has me on ignore and reports me regularly. Though i warn them it is against the rules to falsely report a player.
It is quite entertaining to watch CoronBale accuse me of being a “spy” for jq, then sbi, and now currently BG. Claiming he has “friends” on those server that claim to know me from a large guild on whatever server im spying for that week.

I do not understand why ‘ArenaNet not alerts 30 minutes before the new update, people are looking to build a rational game and all are thrown out, losing’ every siege and so much gold ….
not ’hard to tell before and shut down the server on the fly as WVW ago ArenaNet.

I love golem rushing EB and capping everything in under an hour. You had full teams and when we went str8 for both your home keeps you guys instantly switched to borderlands.
DiE guild spend 40minutes trying to recap Mendons Gap, they gave up and left very quickly.

Every group I go in for the Tower, I hear people complaining about the presence of both Norn and Charr. I usually just ignore them, but when they start to complain over and over again, it can not only get frustrating, it’s actually a form of cyberbullying.
I play a pretty short female Norn, and I’ve taken my helm/shoulders off and my armor’s not bulky. So luckily I haven’t been the victim of this (as far as I know).
But this is really starting to frustrate me and I’ve seen it get pretty bad… name calling, trying to kick them out, constant verbal bullying. Come on, really?
I understand the frustration, and I think most of norn/charr players do. We didn’t create them just to piss you off. How were we supposed to know that this is how it was going to be?
I was surrounded by three really large male norns, and I could not see my character. But I jumped, and I played, and I made it pretty far… I fell because I wasn’t paying attention.
Be frustrated all you want, but please stop using verbal abuse.

It’s an anti grief feature, on HoD we’ve had some ET members build siege in useless spots (rams in middle of keeps) to use up the allotted amount of equipment we’re allowed to build. If the despawn mechanic was not in the game HoD would have a lot of trouble.
Sounds like the same thing you face anywhere. Getting tag-teamed is just what happens when you’re ahead on the scoreboard. Now ET has a good hold on second place they’d want to make sure SBI’s lead doesn’t get too big – and that’s exactly what they did last night, the anvil to HoD’s hammer.
The rest of the week should be nice and messy.

I saw a guy from HoD do this last night as we were mercilessly chasing him and he got slaughtered. He was at the back of stargrove after we cleared it out of about 20 HoD and we spotted him and swarmed. All the sudden I see a speach bubble pop up that said I give up :-D Really wasn’t expecting that.
You cannot chat with each other in WvW, your story is flawed.

I wouldn’t join a server where whole alliances bail after a few harsh losses. Shows how much dedication they have to the community they’re apart of.
Same can be said for the winning team, im on HoD and im just farming mats for now.

I’ll say this once more:
JQ relentlessly attacks SBI umberglade camps and bravost/durios without leaving defenses in their northwest side.
HoD sees this opportunity to attack Anzalias/Mendons and proceeds to do so. While their towers are being attacked, JQ REFUSES to back out of SBI territory to defend their own, so after quelling the JQ invasion, SBI now sees an opportunity to attack while they defend Anzalia’s. SO WE PUSH.
On the flipside, when we attack Ogrewatch with a large force, more often than not our southern towers will get sieged by HoD. However, we (oftentimes) have the sense to leave scouts and defenders. If the force is large enough, SBI FORCES ACTUALLY PULL OUT AND MOUNT A PROPER DEFENSE. HoD forces see taking QL just won’t happen, and back out.
HoD are great opportunists. Show them you won’t make their siege easy, and they’ll back out.
JQ has crap tactics and doesn’t know how to properly defend or attack. They make themselves a target by being bad defenders.
Kinda this, i’m on HoD EB mostly and from what i can tell this is what’s happening. By the time we push into overlook they realize what we’ve taken in their territory and they pull back. We try to hold out untill the timer ticks the next round of PP, then let JQ have the towers.
On the other hand SBI doesn’t really make a large push at all in any of our lands, except maybe golanta every so often. Very strange.

@tluv, no it’s not a very close match atall. You’re just used to the inflated numbers from the 5minute system, HoD has a vast lead over SBI and there’s almost no way to recover.

switching attunements is not (in my opinion) and indication of intent to attack a mob.

I find it funny that even a handful of attackers pushing out the portal seems to give you trouble. If som1 jumps out of the portal to fight when there’s a real arm they’re pretty much toast.
I rarely see that on HoD, queues are so long i dont think its an option for most.

Actually that structure is in many places in Tyria, so it might be an oversight on the devs part about when structure then ment to place there.
Was debated, large guilds could get upgrades for their keep almost instantly at that rate.
It also defeats the purpose of yaks and the tactics involved with them entirely.
