As it is, the game will basically tick players for two WP costs regardless of map status, however i think that instead of having them all ‘Contested’, have them all ‘Uncontested’ and treat it like the game currently reacts when a WP becomes contested while the player is ‘in transit’ – ie, ‘this waypoint has become contested and you will be moved to the nearest waypoint’

The benefit of this is that it will save WP costs for all situations where the WP isnt contested while still moving players to uncontested WPs in situations where the waypoint isnt contested.

'On Kill' procs (Guard Renewed Justice ex)

The ‘renewed on kill’ just flat out doesnt work in a lot of areas where it really should be working. The bug seems to be an issue in areas where there are multiple spawns, specifically Fractals (Ascalon/Dredge). Another example is the Living Story ‘defend’ part of the Marionette fight…..

I suspect that it’s just not the case with Renewed Justice, but ALL classes that have anything that is a ‘proc on kill’.

I would greatly appreciate giving this a good ‘looking into’ for a fix or at least a tooltip update that specifically explains where this will NOT proc….

EDIT: I’ve heard suggestions that they have ‘grouped’ enemies into different categories – one of them is for enemies that dont drop loot and these dont count as ‘kills’ – you cant charge your bloodlust stacks here or use any food that provides a buff for xxx amount of time after kill (such as Dragonfish buns or whatever they’re called)

Bag type reworks

So, we’ve got a lot of items that just clutter up bag space, and for those of us who have a ton of stuff, it’s just kind of a nightmare.

A couple examples:

  • 2 1-h weapon changing to 2h weapon – specifically w/ ascended. the offhand gets dropped into whatever-top-bag-slot-is-open. that’s silly. we need an ascended bag type or something that helps u keep this stuff organized.
  • Champ bags should loot to the appropriate bags – if it’s an exotic champ bag, put it in an exotic bag!
  • whites and salvage items – there really should be a bag for these. i wouldnt even care if they were put in w/ ‘junk’, but organizationally, it’s just all over the place.

I’d like to have a bag that i could customize in a way, via checkboxes or something, what sorts of items would be looted into that bag.

Currently, there are FOTM groups fo 10-19, but it’s really confusing to people, because 10 isnt in the ‘group’ – it should be 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41+

pretty simple way to address existing items – allow them to be exchanged at a merchant. Similar to what you just did with soulbound gathering tools….

1. Quality of Life umbrella (user interfaces, guild functionality, wardrobes, item management etc)
2. PvP/WvW umbrella (GvG, PvP, WvW etc, – new maps, new ways to make the game exciting/less zergy etc)

You being bored isnt making the game less accessible for new players.

You get experience for everything in this game – even walking to an area you havent discovered.

Misc Forging - boosters, transmute stones

I’ve got about 300 basic transmute stones – we need a way to forge these into the level 80 stones

I’ve also got about 30 various boosters that i’ll never use (crafting, experience, kill streak etc) – we should be able to forge these into another random item!!

Show WvW bonuses in PvE like other boons

So, people get WvW bonuses based on all the stuff that goes on in that other part of the game, but most people probably dont realize they’re getting them. When you’re in WvW, you can see little grey icons above the left side of your skill bar (where your other boons are).

Why not show these in PvE as well? it would likely get more people to play WvW when they realize that their efforts can get them more mats, better magic find, more money, life, endurance etc……

Superior Rune of the Ranger tooltip

When you hover over the Superior Rune of the Ranger, it shows all six slots as blue (meaning that it shows that you’ve got 6 in your gear).

Tuning Crystals - Bug?

So, i activate a Tuning Crystal and a Omnomberry bar when i start playing.

Any time i change areas, die or start an ‘instance’ (like personal storyline) – i lose the effects of the Tuning Crystal, but not the food item

Is this functioning as it’s supposed to?

I’m a fairly high level Jeweler and there are hundreds of recipes in the production tab. Searching on ‘gold’ filters out all gold, but i’d like to be able to type in ‘Condition’ or ‘Critical Damage’ and filter out all recipes that i’ve discovered that have that attribute (even better – comma separated to search for multiple criteria).

I love all the recipes, but have a difficult time crafting for my guild when i’m always alt-tabbing to a wiki to find stats/item level combinations that will help my friends and my alt character.
