Hi, I would like to suggest as a temporary solution, until all the bugged DEs are fixed / coded in a way that prevents them from bugging, to implement a daily server reset or to reset a specific zone / event.
Yesterday I was trying to do some events in Cursed Shore (Sorrow’s Furnace) and the “Escort veteran Packheart”, Defend Penitent camp, Historian Mya, Melandru’s temple chain and some other escort quests were also bugged (the npcs just stood there without doing nothing).
Also, as stated several times here on this forums, the straits of devastation Balthazar’s chain is always bugged, and therefore the acquisition of obsidian shards…
So basically if it is not much trouble, could you please take a look at this issue? the restart should only be temporary, the real fix would be to solve all this issues via coding, but at least with the resets, we wont have a zone bugged for days (as it’s happening with the temple of balthazar event chain since release)

My guildmates and I couldnt do this part at all, the golem respawn is just insane but the golems are not the real issue, a megablaster or whatever the name is, spawns after a while and the room is filled with the golem’s aoe + the freaking electricity ball that follows people around and it’s almost unkiteable.

I just wanted to know, where to get the shaman’s etched weaponry?
It’s from the mystic forge? crafted? world drop? dropped by a specific mob?
I’ve the recipes to craft the corrupted versions of those weapons but I have no idea where the shaman’s weaponry drops T_T

If the drops on t6 materials are too low, you can always try to farm t5 mats and transmute them in the mystic forge to t6, it’s not the optimal way but it helps….

Dude, Shatterer, Tequatl, and Claw of Jormag have almost the same size of zhaitan and we down them hacking, slashing, throwing arrows, cannonballs, lazers, and lots of stuff…
Zhaitan is not that big, and he just stands there grabing the giant stone pillar while the ship stays floating at his side and from time to time he spits some brown thing that it doesnt event hit us.
So yeah, the ending is lackluster, it would been awesome if part of zhaitan landed on the ship, we had to deal with adds and weakening him, then we have to down him using the cannons and he crash landed into the ground floor, and finish him as the other dragons but with constant minions spawning from both sides, risen and pact’s soldiers. All that while playing the epic music that sounds in the background when killing the dragons / adds that spawn on the ship just before facing Zhaitan.

1) Yes I asumed the same, it’s a way to force the players to explore other areas / maps but I don’t know why I’m being affected with that DR while others not, I’ve stopped farming for almost 1 hour, went to craft some items at Hoel, and when joining the zerg again I spotted two guys that were farming those events, I asked them if they had any kind of DR and both said no.
2) I took like 3 runs to kick in the route was the following:
Giant —> Acolyte of Genth --> Archmage —> Acolyte of Lyssa --> Giant if it was Up again —> Chopper --> Melandru —> Acolyte overlord (I don’t remember exactly his name).
After 3 runs (30~40 mins aprox) the DR kicked in.
When finishing the 3rd run I’ve noticed the decrease in Karma points, and after 1 or 2 events during the fourth run, the karma was fixed at 70.
I don’t understand what people expected?

The baseline Karma per event I was earning was 370 aprox, then it was reduced to ~250, ~170, and finally 70, per event.
The guy in party with me was getting the full 370 per event.
I tried this alone, without being in party and several players were ranting about this via /map chat, that they were having this DR.
So basically farming Karma just sucks cause at least on my server (sorrow’s furnace) the “zerg” is always in straits of devastation chaining events, a couple of players are in Malchor’s Pass doing the Dwayna and Lyssa temples and just a few in the Cursed shore, so the most “efficient” way to farm karma is to follow the zerg in straits.
That shooting cannonballs for almost 5 mins till he’s dead was the lamest ending of all times.
But the rest of the intance is just so epic that it compensates for such lame ending.
The Archmage —> Lyssa —> Genth —> Giant —> Chopper —> Melandru chain in Straits of devastation.

Would be nice to see a little more rare items, I’ve farmed a lot of dragons (claw of jormag, Shatterer, Tequatl, Megadestroyer) @80 and the only drops I’m getting are pure blues / greens in the 74 – 80 range.

I think that we have like 1500 range with some skills and the lowest range one was 900 if I recall correctly.
GS is just amazing for DEs and Leveling, in dungeons I’ve found that the Sword / Axe combo | Longbow, is just devastating.

Hi everyone, I’d like to know mostly if anoyone knows if the DR kicks in after a set amount of events done / x amount of time / whatever, and what needs to be done to reset it back to normal (like waiting x amount of time).
I’m asking this cause a couple of days ago I was earning like 70 karma per event done, and a guildmate that was in party with me had no DR, both arrived at the zone (straits of devastation) and started chaining at the same time. (we are both 80)
How are you guys farming Karma? specific routes? or just map hopping between Cursed Shore, Malchor’s Pass, Straits of Devastation?
