Umm alot of of the heavy armor is heavy knight armor which did not exist yet during the Roman era, for the Romans the bulk of their armor pieces were made out of leather with studs which is considerably ligher than iron and steel plates.

In the forum you see people that “have” things to say about the game. In the game you only have players who “like” the game as it is. An in-game poll won’t be so elaborate as the forum is.
Even in working places, there are few employes arguing with the bosses about plans for the future, while the rest just do their job.

Sort of however there are tons of people who have a lot of thoughts about the game but who have never considered / are not comfortable with forums and it has been my experience that the larger portion of those who do go to forums are troublemakers / whiners. There is a smaller fraction of people who come to forums who actually want the game to improve and not just for them but for everyone however these people comprise a small portion of the actual game populace who have good ideas / dialogue for the game . . . . . .

Personally I think they got a formula wrong. They must have done (.1)^2 or something and thought they doubled it.

Doubling the rate is pretty much useless anyway. It would still be nowhere near the rate for the other jewelery ingredients. Plants only have 1 use. That means you get 1/3 as many tries. Then there is the fact that most nodes appear on at least 3 full size maps. Southsun Cove is more like a half size map. Within that half size map the Passiflora nodes only appear on around half of that. The nodes themselves also have a much longer respawn timer. After all that you still need 3 times as many per item.

I realize it doesn’t happen very often however that is not correct I have harvested a plant 5 times before and get 2 uses quite a bit, I always have very high harvesting bonus however

I agree with you. But you must understand what is happening before coming on team or map chat asking JP stuff. My advice is just go to the jumping puzzle and talk in /say not in team or map chat. As crude as it sounds, one of the factor in WvW is body count. Having people going to JP instead of helping win WvW is kinda frustrating to some people.

That might help some of the people doing the JP however it does nothing for the disgusting and downright childish bahavior that seems to be the norm in wvw now and makes me not want to compete in it.

(Map completion, Legendary, etc) I know not what the solution is, (Neutrality in the Jp zone, badges from upgrades, yadayadayada)but this frustrating state of affairs cannot continue.

Actually make it 100% why should there be a tax on spending your money for a vertual item in the first place, then it would only be a matter of whether somone wanted to spend rm or not. And then maebe I could afford to spend some gold on gems.

Do you have lowend internet possibly? I know that several of my guildmates who have low end internet, their market windows can take forever / not populate sometimes.

This issue should be fixed; the world complete star shouldn’t show up on mesmers or their clones for opposing players in WvW or sPvP. Teammates will still be able to see the star. If opposing players can still see this, please provide details on how this occurred (if known) along with a screenshot.

what if i want them to see it? having a star means i’m experienced with the character, and it inspires a challenge from my opponents. how about titles; are you going to hide them, too?

Are you a noob or are you just trolling us? Having a star on your name is a major killjoy in pvp, ie makes you stand out and shows up sometimes even when you can’t be seen.

Yes this really sucks before all people could do was get you killed now they can kill you and ruin your gathering…

I have started to get the impression that Anet hates Eles, not saying thats right or that I aggree with it, thats just how I feel. In response to your post additional downed penality for using vapor form makes no sense what so ever, you should never be punished for using a skill that has been placed at your disposal.

I received 30 from HOTW and CM after doing them for the first time in over a week then I re-did HOTW and got 15…
