Hello!

So me and some friends just started playing again after nearly 2 years break and we got some other friends who just bought the game and started new characters now. We all wanna play together, but we figured we are too few to start our own guilds, so we decided to look for one where all of us are welcome.

What we are looking for is basically everything, not a guild that only does wvw nor a guild that only does dungeons, but a guild that is up for making events for the guild and to make sure we all play together.

So I didn’t really play GW2 for a year now, because there was nothing left to do. I had all the armor I wanted, and Legendary weapon. After some time pvp got boring when there was nothing else than that, so just wondering what’s new? Is there anything else to do now due to new updates?

Oh yes and I guess I should add that we don’t mind switching server as long as it’s a european server

I’m just thinking about starting to play again with some friends. Myself I’m a quite experienced player but haven’t played in like 6 months so I’m a little rusty. I am bringing 2 friends from another game with me who never played before so we need a guild Maybe a few other friends will start playing too and then they will also join same guild.

We are looking for a small community with helpful and friendly people, not very many but rather few and active players. The guild needs to be focusing on both PvP and PvM, not just WvW and PvP all the time.

Yeah sure it works if you are jsut playing once in a while, but we are looking for a team that is dedicated for fractals for a while, and we want to get real high, with an own team you don’t have to get to know the new players everytime and we all know what to do and when to do it, makes things a lot easier and then we are all on the same level.

We are 3 friends who haven’t really cared much about FotM, but now we decided that we want to focus on getting really high level, and we hate doing with randoms so we decided to make a team where we all work together as a group and then eventually get to the real high levels of FotM. We are all level 11 and we have SOME experience, not too much. So we need 2 more and we prefer some experienced players, or some who learn easily and work good together.

If there is an update you get a message that you have 3 hours left to finish the dungeon before the game will restart, so that should not be the case :P I can’t imagine anything else than the party leader left. I did actually leave party once by a mistake because I was moving the camre a lot and managed to click on leave party so that might be the case also.

We are 2 friends who are looking for a casual PvX guild. We were actually trying to find a guild on Seafarer’s Rest, but it seems harder than expected, so we decided not to care that much about server transfer, as long as the server is doing decent enough WvW to be able to find a zerg when you want to play WvW.
Anyways, we are both very active, and what we are looking for is a medium sized guild. Small enough for most to know each other, but also big enough to make dungeon groups etc everyday.

We are both from Norway, so the timezone we use is CET. Please reply this forum or contact me ingame if you think your guild fits for us

I have that helm and it does not glitch on mine, but it doesn’t glitch n my preview either so the only thing I can think of is that you customized your charr’s face a bit when you made the character which made it too big for the helmet. Though you can change it now with the total makeover kit!

What if something happens in real life so you have to go afk immediately, other members can’t kick you, and if they report you, you are getting banned? Doesn’t sound fair in my opinion.

Our little guild is considering a server change, but I heard that if we change we we have to ‘rebuild’ the guild. Do we have to start over with the upgrades or can we use the upgrades we had on the last server?

Are there any armor with precision, vitallity and critidal damage?

All exotics with unique looks are lvl 80 yes, but you can also buy rare armors which are the same level as the explorable mode of the dungeon is.

You have 100% map completion on 2 characters (which means you got 4 gifts of exploration) and ask on forum if you cannot get more than 2 legendaries due to gift of exploration, hm?

They rather should add additional skins for Hardmode instead of granting better drops. GW2 is not about stats and it should stay that way. Dungeons mainly done because people want the skins, therefor a new and more epic skin for Hardmode should be incentive enough to do it.

Actually, I would use the current Explorable Skins as Hardmode Skins and add some more generic skins for the New Explorable Mode.

And you get 1shotted as a guardian in full toughness/vitallity build? then I say you should learn to dodge cuz I still haven’t played any dungeons where we get one shotted unless it’s possible to dodge, and I’ve played them all quite a lot.

How fun is it if you just run trough the whole dungeon without any challenges?

But yes I agree about the bugs and rewards… After you got the full armor set from the dungeons it kinda sucks cuz there is no point in doint it really.

Can any other warriors post how much damage they deal on Malrona please?

My friend was “bragging” about he gave 25k damage on Malrona with Hundred Blades(the spider boss on TA up path), and I didn’t believe this of course as he was lvl 65 or something then and we were scaled down to 55 as it’s a lvl 55 dungeon. The reason I didn’t believe this is because I had full crit build and crit gear a little bit back in time and then I never gave any higher damage than 27k. However he sent me a screenshot of it now to prove it and I’m shocked really. I normally give around 5k damage to Malrona with Hundred blades (I’m not in crit gear anymore though, but still!). So my question is, why is this? Am I bugged, or is he or why is our damage difference so huge?

Oh and btw he isn’t even crit built or power built, he got about the same build as I do…

I’ve done CoE quite a lot and I have full CoE gear now. The easiest path changes with the team really in my opinion. If you go with full ranged team and no one has got some good AoE healing, I’d say path 2 is easiest as you can dodge alphas attacks a lot easier on that one. If you got some elementaists/guardians etc and other AoE healing path 1 is definetly also easy if you go close range and use all you got of AoE healing.
On the alarm system on path 1 you can just set off 1st alarm and then defeat the big golems, and what we usually do after is that I (as a warrior) defend the others from exploding golems, while they turn off the alarm at same time, and then you just continue easy like that.

Anyways, path 3 is definetly the hardest path!

So I’m farming karma to get my legendary weapon but I’m starting to get really bored of all events in Cursed Shore, so just wondering if people know about any good event chains around the worls which gives some good karma, like for example Plinx event in Cursed Shore, or the event chain around CoE.
