You can find the NPC vendor after completing the Dragon’s Stand event.
The real problem is the items necessary for that, Crystalline ore from noxious pods, they are rare and you can search freely in the map after completing the event. Honestly it’s ridiculous and i hope Anet will fix it.
I’m stuck at the submission form page.
When i click the "upload File " button, i did not receive any message, the button remain in “uploading…” status forever.
My zip file is the template i downloaded and extracted from the like, and have just 3 new levels, 2 for the emblem and 1 for the custom texture.
P.S. it’s about 50Mb.
I finally tried my theorycrafted WvW support build (chaos, illusions, inspiration).
Temporal Enchanter and Master of Manipulation works really nice with double Veil (Mimic).
F4 with Bountiful Disillusionment + Master of Fragmentation + Inspiring Distortion give Distortion + Mirror + Stability + regeneration to 5 allies, very useful during the inc.
I can easily spam all the Shatters for 4 AoE boons and stacks of stability.

I tried a lockdown variation with domination, Illusions, inspiration, using the Signet of Illusion with Blurred Inscriptions for a 3 time AoE distortion + mirror, but without stability.

I play just in WvW, helping the commander with a Veilbot build.
Now i’m pretty close to a more useful support condi build.

The price is honest, imho.
Just add 1 character slot if you link HoT to an GW2 account created before the prepurchase announce … we are all happy.
I’d like to know what type of cooldown is. If It’s applied on target or internal.
The difference is that staff clones cast winds if chaos (your staff auto attack) which applies boons and conditons on bounce. Where as the scepter clones just cast ether bolt (damage).

You should read the first line of my post again. If you find the word “shatter” you are one step further to understand what’s going on im my post.
I prefeer the scepter for clone generation with skill 1 and 2 even in shatter builds, because i can generate more clones. Just different playstyles, imho
Profano… anything your scepter clones do on a condi build is done better by staff clones. Your scepter clones overwrite the more useful staff ones. That’s the problem.
No sorry. I did a build based on CLONES DEATH (no shatter, they must be killed or replaced). I need quantity, not quality.
P.S. What is the difference between Scepter and Staff clones?

Uhm, Furious Interruption it’s actually a waste of points. Was far better with Fury.

About scepter auto-attack:
A lot of people hate the auto clone generation, so would be nice if we can choose to generate or not.
My suggestion is to create a new combo skill called Ether Bomb and, like Illusionary Counter, if you press button 1 during the Ether Bomb charge time, will swap with Ether Clone.

I’m using a build than apply conditions on clone’s death, and scepter is perfect!
Scepter + dodgeroll + Mirror Images: Clones, clones everywhere…
17k hp are too low in WvW for me, even with Defense Against Guards maxed.
I don’t understand why create ANOTHER game mode.
Add an an algoritm and calculate points in battles Squad vs Squad; the commander of that squads will earn points for his guilds. Add a guild ladder and go!
Add building customization of towers, keeps and camps, like old Guild Halls.
Me, commander, can gain Guildpoints against other squads, or conquering and defending my halls
Fix all bit by bit.
Migraine : On Interrupt. Doubles the skill recharge time.
Panic: Your attacks hit allies too.
Tried during inc in WvW. Enemy will be blocked under our alliance burst.
I use Focus and Greatsword for AoE interrupt.
Lockdown builds must be added in the the Fay’s Topic. It’s a nice playstyle.

When i try to unlink the mobile authenticator using the recovery url, i have the button disabled.
@Profano: “Hangover” haha nice name. I shall add to the list. Have you tried Debilitating Dissipation. I’ve found its really decent for crippling melee opponents’ DPS.
Thank you Chaos. DiM can be easily replaced with DD, i think is just a play style.
The Hangover is a WvW build, created for +20 men alliance group with 1 role, debuff the enemy frontline during inc.
Debilitating Dissipation is very usefull but often i attack jumping from above, i can be pushed toward a cliff, or i need to run away from the blob.
“Descent into Madness” is a bit better for me; protect from falls, buff AoE and can daze.
P.S. DD stack only with clones;
the build use clones just for shatter, and don’t use Deceptive Evasion.

If you play WvW, you know who is a real commander and who is just a kitten.
it doesnt change anything against blobs at all.the blob simply walks now in a circle around it instead of through it. the same 70 man bolbs as before the change.
Oh yes because 70 men in circle or 5 are the same for Ruins captures and the blob lose time. If a server use a blob for ruins, well, congrats to his amazing kitten commander,.

Bullkitten. I know for a fact this is not the truth. Ruins provide the buff to whomever captures them. In my match up I frequently see the server with the highest PPT with no buff, or only one buff. I sometimes see it with three, but I very often will see it spread across multiple servers and quite often it’s the lower PPT server with it.
This is a bullkitten argument and people are spouting lies when they state this as an established fact.
B) There is ZERO INCENTIVE for any opposing faction to claim these points.
So the buff is too OP but there is no incentive for an opposing faction to strip the enemy of an OP buff and acquire it for themselves?
People said Tequatl couldn’t be defeated and there are servers that are full that can’t get him below 90% even now. There are other servers that are killing him in in seven minutes. Maybe if players organised and had small teams committed to capping the ruins (in addition to other smaller objectives on the map) and adjusting their play and strategy to the new mechanic instead of writing a bible of complaints about the buff when they clearly haven’t given a reasonable amount of time to adjust to the meta and try to figure out how to work with it, we might not have the problems we have.
My current match is a blow out yet despite that the buff is being shared around fairly evenly. Most of the time, anyone who wants the buff is free to obtain it with one or two friends. I can accept that not all tiers will be the same (I’m currently “tier 3” although last week wasn’t much different from this week). Maybe you need to learn to play instead of post nonsense about how the buff unquestioningly favours the strongest server.

Because resources are limited. If you are fielding a huge army, you will have to feed them less.
If you are on a less populated server, theres more food resources available.
And I could also ask, why should my server be punished in wvw because you can field more wvw players? Its not my fault 100’s of anonymous players want to pve. No matter how much William Wallace rallying I do, I still cant pull enough extra people int o make a difference.
And why woud you want to ROFLSTOMP other server because of population? Ive been that server blowing out the other 2 servers, its boring as hell.
The best fights are the ones that are close to even as possible. And why wouldn’t you want a system that can make this happen?

Sorry but it’s your server. You choose that server freely, so it’s your fault if you don’t do anything. I changed server 2 times with my guild.
I play with a 20-25 players alliance, and when we meet THE BLOB, we run away, we search for the right place position, we TALK with other guilds on the server for a countermeasure, and capturing other places.
I do WvW with a small 5 player team too, and we just try to take the ruins, or camps, no more.
For me with Bloodlust it’s far better, the blob must split himself if they want to take the bloodlust bonus and lose precious time.
I don’t know what ROFLSTOMP are you talking about but, if you want to play WvW seriuosly and you are in a PvE server, why don’t you just change server or create an alliance?

No as in its not the only way. They drop from World bosses, Champions, Jumping puzzles, WvW objectives and other stuff. Of course I am not going to pretend its ideal, in fact it might be borderline unfeasible but its too early to say for sure. Also no in that you can buy everything related to the crafting and do that by playing whatever you choose..
Let me explain better Galen, and sorry for my poor english.
Actually we don’t know the drop rate from World Bosses, Champions etc., but we are sure ascended weapons are more rares than exotics no? Plus, you can’t choose what type of stat would have the ascended drop, and if you are not interested, you can’t sell.
So i must farm for ascended weapons and they are not only aesthetics.
This is not, theorically, what was GW2; this is not the game we bought during the closed beta, imho.
All the other things are amazing for me.
Anet done a fantastic job in 1 year;i bought gems sometime just for say “thanks guys, go forward!”, but this, come on, this is not the GW spirit, this is Blizzard style.

Celestial set have all stats.
Boon duration and Condition duration are actually in the Giver set.
Adding 1% boon duration and 1% cond duration is correct for me.
With full set pg would have +12% boon duration and +12% condition duration, is not high, it’s just useful and make the set dynamic.
P.S. I’m not talking because i want to have my set buffed, i have soldier set.
Why don’t add 1% boon duration + 1% condition duration?
- Add 1% boon duration and 1% condiduration, to compensate for low effective stats and lack of specialization, making boon duration the primary stat.
I think THIS is the best stat compensation for celestial gear.

You can get near perma-swiftness with Centaur runes and Mirror as a heal. That would decouple you from the reliance on mantras. Mirror is also quite spectacular in WvW with the reflect and short c/d.
I’m not sure about that. The heal is too low for me. With Restorative Mantras i have 2 Power return (2 * 2720hp) + 2660 hp when charged, with a 8s cooldown. Mirror is 4065hp, 2s reflection and 15s coodown … i must try…
I like mantras when rolling with the +4% dmg per mantra trait, but otherwise I prefer to slot glamours in WvW. When solo roaming maybe mirror images and decoy (although mantras can be quite useful in solo roaming).
The build is not good for solo. I play only with alliance squad (20+ players).
Also staff is not really a good “ranged” weapon. It is excellent in melee or near-melee situations.
I swap staff when i’m into the fray.
How much toughness you suggest Helios?
1800 or more and maxed Siege Bunker wxp upgrade. I’m assuming you’re locked into your gear. If you’re having suitability issues though, a couple small changes would be to make sure to switch to your staff when taking damage (or buy a Knight GS) or take the Protected Mantras trait.
To hit 1800+ you’d need to trait your Staff with 20 in Chaos, but that would push you out of your mantra or phantasm build. Perhaps just move the 20 from Dueling to Chaos, take Mirror healing, and swap Mantra of Pain for Mantra of Concentration.
With staff my toughness is 1715, and i use Mantra of Pain just for heal allies during siege, when we are using rams. Uhm for Mirror, i’ll try guys.

toughness and cleanse are a bit low, but otherwise it looks like a solid zerg support build.

First of all, why centaur runes?
Bleeds will be removed in seconds so the duration of that wont really help and swiftness can easily be maintained constantly from other professions such as guardian fields, ele static combo and warior warhorn.
No, I didn’t choose Centaur for bleeding. A great Mesmer problem is mobility. With Centaur runes, casting Mantra of Recovery or Power Return will give you 12s swiftness AoE. Mantra recharge in 8s so you can have AoE perma-swiftness. In WvW alliance, you are not always in the frontline, often you must reach your commander, split in small teams if you need to get supplies, etc etc. Without swiftness, you risk to stay back in the alliance blob, missing all speed buffs. With Centaur, you help other backline allies to have swiftness too.
Mantra healings seems good since you swap blink for another stunbreaker+ healing, though you gotta wonder who you are gonna heal. The radius of the trait isnt that big and since you’ll be running with the backline (at least, I dont see the point of you running with the front like with 2 ranged weapons) you’ll be healing the backline, which most likely shouldn’t need healings from allies to survive.
Restorative Mantras make Mantra of Recovery far better. It’ss very useful when your teammates are under ac attack during siege, you heal 2660 hp AoE every 4 seconds with Mantra of Pain, plus 10 seconds with Mantra of Recovery, plus 20 seconds with Mantra of Concentration (useful if the invaders are trying to interrupt you wi a cata behind the gate). You can swap Mantra of Concentration with Mantra of Resolve: 16s cooldown, heal on activation and remove conditions AoE too.
With what are you gonna deal damage?
From my own experience, your phantasm would need both signet and trait to be able to surive the damage to even start the animation, not to mention finishing it. Especially because phantasm can get really fast stuck at CC.
Phantasm do just one attack, then they will be instakilled, even with traits. That’s why they have fury and +30% damage traits, but not hp buff. Phantasm have 2150 hp. Even with +20%hp trait, they stay alive just for one attack. Signet of Illusion’s passive buff in WvW is just a waste of space, because the hp buff will be applied with a delay (from 1s to 10s).
Izerk would probably be the only usefull, since iMage will either miss, get killed or blocked by a guardian, dealing 3k dmg max.
With about 3750 attack power, damage is good even with the autoattack. The iWarlock is casted in defensive mode, he attack fast enough before be killed. Every phantasm attack can be blocked, and the iWarlock can do even +8k damage.
Another thing: Why null field over feedback?
Because Nullfield will be placed in the middle of the battle, remove boons (stability and protection make the difference in a Inc) on invaders.
Ps: Your toughness and vit are both extremely high, especially if you run with staff. But of course that’s more of a personal preference.
Don’t forget how much invaders would rally when an allied is killed. They are not high, they are good if you want a chance to survive.

Max damage came from phantasms; glamour skills with a +20% cooldown are the best for incs; mantras are very useful during sieges and for AoE swiftness.
iBerserker cooldown is just 12s; with a 40% critical rate and +55 critical damage, can reach 6k. iWarlock cooldown is 14,5s but can do over 8k if the target have some conditions (Cast iWarlock after Chaos Storm)
WvW
Stay ranged with greatsword, swap Staff if you need more defence.
Veil for surprise attacks. Nullfield for boons remove.
SIEGES:
Swap Veil with Mantra of Pain in your skillbar; stay near the gate and spam mantras for heal allies. 2660 hp every charge.

You will have lot of boons with that build, why don’t you use the Signet of Inspiration?
GS + Staff is nice, but don’t go in WvW with a pure Zerker equip.
You’ll die easily, and help invaders to rally.
Few pugs with berserk equip in the blob can ruin the inc.
UP! Gandara still have the bug!
We have teleport, blink, and we can use the focus, plus runes of air or centaur.
With a signet of speed mesmers will be REALLY op, imho.
