Really tough fights in TCBL tonight. TC…. I don’t even know what to do about the superior scouting on your server. It is 100% unrivaled by any other server. I can get bags all night but ill be kitten ed if I ever just take an easy tower. You guys have a system and you implement it flawlessly and that takes skill. Its really cool to have seen how much you guys have grown over time. (I was an ICoa commander on blackgate) Ehmery bay… Reckz… every single time I fight you I get pumped up. You guys are sharp, open field combat is great, and you bring the fight against all odds.
Dragonbrand has a ton of growing up to do, and match ups like this push things into motion.

I personally believe DB’s normal WvW population doesn’t stand a chance against TC’s normal WvW population. Since our last matchup, when DB was defeated easily, DB lost Agg, while TC has gained RE, some others I don’t remember, and now WvW (where are the vocal Wagonbrand TCers today?). Congrats to TC. Hope you give JQ a run for its money. Nothing against JQ, just the T1 servers are all aching for some matchup variety.
Who is WvW? Where did they come from? How many? What is their primary time-slot? Just trying to figure out when the best roaming times are going to be when facing TC.
TC can definitely put some bodies on the field. [RE] appears to be quite the find; I’ve seen an exceptional amount of that tag the past two days, but that could just be happenstance.
Also, after watching [GF] from EB sit there and pick off stragglers reinforcing Bay in DBBL while you waited for [RE] to do the dirty work, I was very excited to see you all huddle in the corner of Lord’s and get your kitten handed to you.

Picking off stragglers from behind is a valid tactic – find another entrance, or don’t run in there alone. TC has many a time sat back and watched the keep/tower turn over play out before moving in for the cap. It’s a lil dirty, but we like it.

I was gonna say.. I miss you guys, but with all the TC hate. I guess I’ll go back to the horrible forums with the MAGs SADNESS. We’re honestly not that horrible, when we are winning, our forum kungfu is strong (with the wrong bunch of people). TC is a much better place when we are fighting tooth and nail, and our ‘green’ people leave.
I would also ask any you who like, to please go to our forums at tcgw2.com and see what guilds we have paid to come over. You can get into our WvW forum. RE paid for their own transfer, INVC/NAGA/AWE asked for help farming gold, and many of our members did. There is a farming thread for groups to help bring over the last few. ZN, KH, and a number of others also paid for their own transfers. I honestly think you would be suprised at the guilds TC has said no. We don’t have some massive warchest. However, since I am sure no one will REALLY believe me, please see for yourselves.

On opening night I saw a blob of 40 tc, then another 40 joined from their hiding spot by garrison. That was hilarious, as we didn’t even match the numbers of the first 40. Later, we took back garrison with the out-manned buff on. Am I complaining while saying this? No. Of course not. I rarely died, and I made a metric ton of loot. As did my fellow guildies.
The skill level displayed by both SoS and MAG is amazing. I personally am attempting not to die so much, and make better use of my skills. I really am appreciating the level of play, and hope it keeps going all week. Learning a lot about open field/individual play.

Just wanted to say thanks to all competitors on the field this week. Special shout out to CERN and EP, when you guys combine on a map, you can make the biggest coordinated team I have ever encountered in WvW to date. Some would trash talk this as you replacing skill with numbers, I do not. You move well, everyone is coordinated, and your numbers provide you with a might on the field that is VERY difficult to deal with. 60+ enemies charging through a choke at us with the 5 player cap on AOE means your for sure getting in.
Most don’t get that math, but if you have 100 players on a dime (hypothetically, don’t bother flaming me that you never run with 100), you run with a 95% damage reduction buff (5 players hit from each AOE out of 100 = 95/100 immune to AOE = 95% of damage doesnt hit your team). Very effective and very deadly.
At the end of the day, that’s all that matters. Take the games rules how they stand, and build your team the best you can. You guys did that to the Nth degree, and had us playing like the beginning days of TSYM when we were the small quick hit and portal escape team on DB. Was awesome facing another team knowing you had a stronger force by far, the fights last longer, and the hit and run movements and play to play strats being employed by both commanders was exquisite!
Very much looking forward to facing you guys again when score has more meaning. Keep recruiting, cause once you have the coverage to dance in T1, your NA will be a BLAST to fight!

I would think you guys are use to this! Blackgate once told us in a matchup thread, “We’ll treb your little supply camp” – and who can forget, “That’s too much siege, said no one from Blackgate ever.” (Don’t get me wrong, I love Blackgate, but those phrases have always made me giggle!) I have to give props to SoS – I checked the score at 3:41AM server time (ya, I know!) and they were ticking at 250+ – and there was a lot of red on SoR’s BL. Good job! Sadly, TC was not ticking so high, but at that point we still held our garrison, so I’m pretty sure I knew where our troops were. I’m happy to know we didn’t give up garrison without some mass casualties and some epic fights.

Weird I see a ton of people referring to SoR as Rank 1, now i’m no chest thumper but ratings in this game are determined by your overall cumulative point total. Which actually when you look at the rankings, BG is the number 1. If you actually look at BG matchup atm (we have an even one based on a numbers standpoint) you actually get to see what we can do without JQ riding on SoR’s coat tails. Hopefully most of you take this as informative, because i’m stating a fact (the ratings that is, I do not believe SoR initiates a 2v1 intentionally, but when you guys used to hit BG JQ rode your success and hit us while we were trying to stop you.).
Ratings no longer matter with the matchup change. Prior to friday SoR was 1 by quite a bit. The second we got matched with TC/SoS, even before anyone fought, we lost 100 rating. We would literally have to crush TC/SoS by a ton to earn rating, while BG doesn’t really have to do much.

Much respect, even despite that fact that SoR’s coverage is pretty insane compared to TC/SoS aside from the zerg sizes that can accumulate (Sorry, T1 habits). Well, typically dolyak parades on reset night don’t work out so well for us. We had one with SoS and FA on Thursday night. Maybe we can convince Ellie to run one through the SoR BL this thursday Right now, I think TC is busy holding it’s own to do much else.
