I haven’t noticed the shout bit occur in the last while.
The AR loss still occurs regularly. I’m fairly convinced that it happens when people change gear while dead. This is usually discovered by people in the boss fractals when the unavoidable agony is triggered.
I’m glad they don’t look outstanding. I’m assuming most everyone will eventually get to using ascended armor. This encourages people to replace the look with something different, rather than encouraging everyone to use the same look.
There are currently people exploiting at the start of southsun survival. Some players have figured out how to break the immobalize at the start of a game to go collect all the weapons and kill players before the mission starts. They then have a free run at the start of the mission while everyone else has to wait to respawn.
Yes, I’m using full ascended/legendaries
This has happened a few times in the last couple weeks. It does not occur with every death. The 2 may or may not related. It might be related to changing armor (removing before death and re-equipping) while dead.
1. Upon respawn after death, a full set of 6 soldier runes will not remove a condition with a shout. This has occurred 3 times for sure that I know of. Removing a soldier rune armor piece and re-equipping seems to fix. Note, that either it works 100% or not at all.
2. Some Agony Resistance is being lost after a death. Most of the people I play with have 55 AR, and it has happened many (10+) times in the last couple weeks to both myself and others in my party. Typically in these cases, our AR goes down 10 to 45. This can be devastating to the individual when fighting the maw. This is not a situation of the backpiece being damage/broken. Many times it has no damage. Removing and re-equipping all armor/trinkets/backpiece/weapons sometimes fixes and sometimes doesn’t fix the problem.
Salvaged 17 level 80 exotics bows (Arc) and got 10 dark matter.

I’ve run into a problem twice in recent weeks. When pinging my gear as a group entrance requirement, I’ve taken grief for using a soldier stat (power/toughness/vitality) legendary when I’m supposed to be in a full berserker (power/precision/crit) set. Unfortunately, that’s the only legendary option out there. In effect, the meta says I can’t use legendary skins. After the work that went into the production of the legendary, that feels so wrong. Quite frankly though, I get where they are coming from as skill replaces much of the need for toughness and vitality.
Currently if you transmute a legendary to different stats using an exotic weapon, it is no longer a legendary. It becomes exotic. You lose the ability for your legendary to always stay at top stats when ascended weapons or the next best stat arrives.
My suggestion is simple. Please supply a way to choose the stat type of legendaries while maintaining the legendary status of my weapon. Preferably this would be retroactive to existing legendaries.
The only thing making the armor “cool” is that it is rare. There are a ton of great (imo better) looking pieces that only cost copper to silver. High prices gives the person that puts in more time a way to show off their time investment. Welcome to the age of entitlement?
I would prefer it was something like 2-3 million karma though. 100 gold will not be much for even causal players in 4-6 months
