I always get my mats from silverwaste farming. Silverwaste event farming will get you bag of masterwork gear which, when opened, will gives you 3 green or yellow gears. Open them with level 48-53 toon, then salvage those gears that is listed lower than 10 silvers on TP.

Same thing happened to me and seriously no fun.

Sometimes I run around in HoT maps, sometimes Orr, just to kill some mobs and have fun watching the fight animations. Daredevil sure have some sweet sweet fight animations.

I main thief. And play wvw sometime.
I have never won duel.

I might have the best idea regarding thieves/daredevil. As a daredevil myself, I have seen enough of complains about how ‘OP’ we are. So my suggestion is to change thieve/daredevil skills to dance moves. So we do not fight, we just focus on dancing and playing fashion wars. How about that?

I guess they want to slowly discover the dungeon and its mechanic on their own. Sometimes I wish there’s a new dungeon where non of us know how to run and we slowly learn our way in it. Just like my first AC path 1

It is kind of sad that there still are ppl “glfxm show armor/gears zerker only”
I have run cof more than I willing to admit with my thief(full zerker) & warrior(no particular, change build all the time). I farmed my 4 legendaries from dungeon runs, especially cof since it is easy as hell, but I got kicked for not being a full zerker warrior. I could have just spent those cof token for a full set of berserker armor/weapon for my warrior but why should I play the way others wanted me to?

But luckily this dont happened all the time and I still manage to get some very awesome runs with pugs most of the time.

How do you lost 35% of your dmg output?

I run full Ascended Berserker set and I only notice my damage lower by around 10% in total.

My idea was:
Farm dungeon > buy rare armor > salvage them for ecto

Only problem is that dungeon is AC and those rares are for level35 should have pay more attention

I think they should make weapons like Final Rest a level 15 item instead. Since the skin is kind of nice, ppl still will pay high price (not so anymore) for it, and a level 15 char can use it.

Im still missing out the final 1% of map completion, 240 badges of honor, and about 30g worth of T6 for my Dreamer. Hopefully by this weekend I could shoot some unicorns at enemies :P

Wow, what you guys shared here meant a lot to me. However that kind of make me a little envious :P well, after all that been through, I thought some closer friends might be willing to help out but, guess I just have to accept that everyone for themselves. Gonna stop leveling my guardian (lv59 now) until I get into FOTM 1-9 with her at least once. I am that persistence, or you might say, stubborn

Heck, I just soloed some fractals lvl 1 with a berserker warrior…

Thing is, everyone told me to get to level 80 first, bla bla. If I want to go with a level 80 char I will go with my thief, all I ever wanted is to have some fun, facing some challenges if there’s any. But no! LOWBIE are not welcome or something, lowbie here lowbie there. I tried to look a for party everywhere for more than 2 weeks, but nobody willing to go with me. Not even guild members, not even those so called friends.

I have a lv80 thief with 30AR and personal reward of 30. But I always think that it will be very interesting to bring my level 57 guardian to run a low level fractal, since the level will be upscale to 80. However, nobody, not even my own guildmembers (ex guild members) want to go with me. It kind of makes me wonder, how bad will my guardian be? Since FOTM 2 is kind of easy, and I have done wvw with my guardian at lower level and have 31 enemy invaders killed in around 45mins, with staff and greatsword.

Anyone ever experienced how its like bringing a low level char into FOTM? Mind sharing with me?

I play a guardian casually, like 1 hour per day leveling her up by doing events, heart quests and personal story. She’s level 40 now after about 2 weeks and I’m liking my progress and I do not craft at all. Not sure about how you couldn’t level up.

Based on your logic, can I requested that they nerf the drop rate of Sparks since I already have my Incinerators and if more people have them it would make me feel less awesome?

Been having trouble purchasing GEM using credit cards for the last 3 days. It just gives me the same error msg: credit card approval failure. Tried on multiple credit cards. Ticket: 130208-000435

I have found the weirdest solution to my problem (Logitech G700) – I simply set the polling rate to 250, then uninstall SetPoint, and set the ingame camera speed to 50% (center of the bar).

The problem will still persists the first few minutes when I re-run the game, however, I have the most enjoyable problem free 5 hours + 7 hours sessions (on my PC and my laptop) after that.

I did the same thing for my Razer Imperator and tested it for 10mins, the same problem only occurs once in 5 mins.
