I noticed it too. Was actually just about to make the same topic.
Its kinda annoying as its a dead giveaway to any half decent player
Or is melee a viable thing?
I want to like ranger, but I’m not sure I like only being ranged all of the time.
As the title says.
I just personally think that the five target limit is a bit too low. It just makes people bunch up for less AoE damage instead of actually trying to avoid it. Also when you run into WvWvW zergs, you’re just hitting about 5 out of 20-25 targets.
As the topic says.
When you run sideways, your weapons will not turn with your body.
This is most noticeable with axes equipped.
Hey there.
When a Sylvari Female Mesmer uses Confusing Images(Scepter skill), the scepter will fly out of the hand and create a very odd look.
Bind it on the one you enjoy the most
I got a female character called “Mr Timber”. It started out as an inside joke, but now i’ve gotten way too many comments about it
Please add this feature :P
I’m looking for the same thing
The title says it all.
Right now it sits ridicously high and looks really weird, compared to, lets say a human male.
Poison Dart Volley actually hitting with all the shots instead of only 30-40%.
Also, I would really like to see the toolkit gone and instead added the skills to Hammer(and of course, let us use the hammer), so that a full turret build would be more viable.
Hello there. So thats my suggestion .. Making Hammers useable by the Engineer class.
And here is why:
First of all. It’s called a Hammer … And as Engineers are very tool based, a Hammer would fit them perfectly.
Secondly, Engineer seems some kind of balacing of a couple of stuff, but I will mainly speak about turrets.
Currently, turret are very weak, both in terms of damage and in health. This makes them very useless at the moment(some might disagree, but I’m sure most will agree). They’re useless both because of those two fact, but also the fact that you can’t use the Tool Kit with a full turret build, you have to sacrifice either a turret for the kit or sacrfice the kit for a turret, which ruins the whole idea of the builds.
So, remove the Tool kit and transfer those skill in some way to the Hammer. This would open up a utility slot for that extra, much needed turret and will give the Engineer a way of actually maintaining those turrets(because they really need to be with the current health and damage!).
Personally, I would just like to see Engineer being able to use Hammers. I think they would fit the class very well. But if I cant have that, these idea are very fun as well!
Hello there.
As some of you may have noticed, when stationary, shields will actually float quite a bit from your arm(it’s a HUGE eyesore for me personally). As far as I can tell, this bug is present for all races.
The problem aint there when you are running.
Titlte says it all.
Hey there everyone.
I just played a couple of dungeons and I have some suggestions.
Now, I know Gw2 got rid of the typical archetypes(tank, healer, dps), and I love that! But as it is now, that just dosn’t translate very well to doing dungeons. I wont ask you to implement these archetypes, because it’s awesome that they’re gone. But doing a dungeon very quickly turns into a wipe fest, where you basically only make progress by attacking, dying, respawning, rinse and repeat. It dosn’t seem like there is any aggro table whatsoever, just random aggroing of the whole party. This works fine on bosses, as everyone can just dodge away quickly and the boss will go after someone else, but on trash …. Oh my gawd, it just dosn’t seem like there is anything you can do about it. 2 is fine, but as soon as you add more to that it’s just a huge wipefest(And I didn’t actually play with untalented people).
So thats the story, besically my suggestions would be:
Either implement some kind of non-random aggro table,
Weaken “trash” mobs, or implement the before mentioned suggestion.
