This has been bothering me as well. Thankfully I type fast enough to shove the name in there while sending them out to attack, but still.
I’m also experiencing this. Tinkering around with TEMPORARY solutions (such as disabling firewalls and disabling startup programs) seems to have helped, for the moment. But those should only be temporary solutions, as I’d prefer to play without issue and with full computer security.

This issue is happening to me too. I hope they actually refunded as many of us have spent real money — but I’m losing hope, as many people who’ve lost gold never see it again. Ugh.

After numerous attempts I bought 800 gems for $10 USD. After that went through, I purchased one Total Makeover Kit, bringing my gem total to 450. However, it’s been over a half hour now and I have not received the Makeover Kit in my mail. I have plenty of space in my mail box and even deleted a few mails because I read that would “fix” it, to no avail. I’ve restarted the client multiple times. Nothing. Where did it go? Is this something that can be fixed?
Attached is a screenshot showing my inbox, inventory, and Trading Post (with proof of purchase) – yet there is no Makeover Kit. I do hope this can be resolved.

I’m having a similar issue: I purchased a Makeover Kit and have plenty of space in my in-box but haven’t received it yet. It’s been over 20 minutes. I don’t exactly want to spend any more real-life money on this as I only planned to use TWO makeover kits total. Any idea what is going on, Anet? Where’s the Makeover Kit?
