The Lion’s Arch Hub has moved to Vigil Keep (NE Gandaran Fields). Note that there are no free access crafting facilities there….you have to use other cities to craft (or pay for a limited time ticket for the crafting facilities at Vigil Keep).

I have yet to enter that area and not see numerous players on my server (Yaks Bend).

So basically it was just a money grab to get people to pay to have access to crafting stations -_-

I am also noticing the game is… well : / basically dead. It says my server population is Very High, yet in capital cities I have yet to see a single person.

The major cities such as Divinity’s Reach are still good places to go. Also Vigil Keep waypoint.

I see the human capital has them but they are locked out “no pass no entry, no exceptions”

So… now that lions arch is destroyed xD where would be a good place to access my bank & have an auction house near by.

So all in all it seems a majority of the people are pretty let down.

So in an entire year? Well basically since the launch of the game, WvWvW is still just an unbalanced zergfest with the most populated server winning? Thats disappointing, maybe I’ll stick to ESO : /

Basically looking for the most noticeable changes to the game and pvp.

Such as new maps, new skills, anything more balanced? Is it all still a giant zerg?

I see your meaning with a break, but atm for medical reasons im at home alot, so i have alot of time to kill : / looking for something to hold me over.

I am trying to enjoy this game, i have 3 80s thief, warrior, and mesmer, i bought the game for WvW but i find myself day after day forcing myself to enjoy the game – i dont play it to much “howd i get 3 80s then if you dont play much! – i crafted 2 of them up..”

Any suggestions? I am not looking for a quickfix such as Halloween, starting to think this game is not for me : /

What class do you enjoy most in world vs world?

It does not reflect as far as i know, i see there is a trait that says focus skills reflect, but maybe it is referring to the phantasm?

When you say challenging you mean the extreme underdog, i do notice elementalist are the easiest to beat.

First off let me start off by saying i love world vs world so dont take this the wrong way!

My issue is everything seems… plain i would like to see different borderlands with different gamemodes such capture the flag, the team who holds the flag gets x amount of points every point check. Something more interactive than hitting a gate when no one is in the fort

I know this is probably a long shot, but i feel as if its hard to find people in wvw even if the wvw is full.. doesnt really feel like a full scale war like i hoped it would, maybe decrease zone size “not much” or increase players allowed in.

Last but not least i would like to see something for commander that is useful. It is a great concept, just wasn’t implemented the way most people wanted it i believe.

I am not looking to roll based on their current situation because i have been playing mmos for awhile and realize things always change. I am looking for a class that people enjoy and just wondering how they hold up.

I am just looking for some more feedback on these classes since i enjoy all 3 of them i cant really decide

I run a 30 – 20 – 10 – 10 – 0 build, with berserker on the main gear, and knight on the jewels rings etc for that extra defense.

What WvW Build do you run with and what traits / armor / weaps do you enjoy the most?

Not one of those players was a level 80 all of them have been scaled up… grats on being op vs someone with half stats.

If you want slightly more concrete anecdotal evidence, I can count on one hand the number of times a WvW commander has asked "do we have any " Ranger/Ele/Warr/Thieves/Engis/Guardians/Necros.

I recall twice in the past month Commanders have specifically told Guardians to do something. I recall once in the past month where a Commander specifically asked for an Engineer (to flip quaggan/kraits).

If you want to throw in a minor plug for Ranger/Elementalists, Comms have asked for water fields for siegers a few times.

Calls for Mesmers in WvW happen on an hourly basis. “Do we have any Mesmers?” “We ready with Mesmers?” “Reflect bubbles gogogo.” “POTAL POTAL POTAL KEKE”. “Time Warp!”

People can already buy keys with gold with gold → gem transfer

I leveled my character to 50ish, then i crafted my way up to 75, im 75 atm going to hit 80 tonight by finishing up my storyline. But that wasnt really called for alanis.

My mesmer just hit 80, i have a fully geared 80 warrior with legendary precursor hammer, i was interested in running a WvW build but im seeing alot of negativity, should i bother to gear up my mesmer, or just stay with my warrior…?

If you think i should stay with mesmer do you have any damage dealing build suggestions? Also ive heard many different choices on what weapons should be used, what would you suggest for wvw?

The best possible route is to report them, let mods deal with them.

This really REALLY needs to be fixed i bought a The Colossus of Rage i transmutted the stats on it till i could craft the legendary… and i seriously wasted every last bit of my gold getting it… I… am literally wrenching inside. I love this game but it feels like its not even worth my time if all that work was for not… Ill see if its fixed within the next couple updates or i may be done

My god i wasted… 120g… and i cant use it.

I got a legendary precursor my guildies said i could transmute the stats such as +power +prec and +crit damage so i did and got rid of the crit damage and replaced it with toughness… Someone in a dungeon told me that i will be unable to change it into a legendary because of this… it still has the same name and says it can be used to create the legendary… but is this true did i really spend all the gold i had and its just gone without warning?

Looking for something decent that can stand its own, not just by surviving but being able to dish out some damage. If you have any builds please let me know trying to find something else that i will enjoy.

I am thinking of running axe / warhorn or axe / shield with a rifle. Thoughts?

ive had it trigger then 20 minutes later i still couldnt say anything in /say /map till i closed the game completely.

As the title says im glad to see how great it feels to help others in this game and rewarding, the community in game is one of the best ive seen.

So i guess what im going to ask what have you done to help people out in this game?

I tend to go to lower level zones and help new people out when i feel like it.

I buy people weapons, and even give away some 80 exotic weapons.

Lend gold to friends etc
