You can get to the top ledge of keep without going around.

At start you pop rage, leap with sword 2 off ledge and shield bash and your at your point before anyone else.
You can also heal others and yourself with your shouts while curing conditions on you and them.
You have massive CC with hammer, and high survive ability and fast speed for getting those back points.
We ran 2 on back points and the rest on orb getting / killing.
Was this build and a bunker guardian. He would slowly come to my caps while id go pick up any of them that were taken. And i would pass though the orb area to heal my teammates while in route to wolf from bear or vice a versa.
This worked extremely well.
But your gonna miss the healing power for mace #1 hit 3. Ive been toying with all sorts of dps builds… always end up with a trip med one lol.
This is a standard trip med. but adapted for mace.
focusing on getting the rage pop on crit and blocking.
blinding & vulnerability with justice.
just a quickie off the top of my head. have not tried it..

So more than likely yes its never been found.. MIght start dropping now though

LOL if they did like very very expensive gem story only legendary skins (the current ones) for spvp People would flock on to it and make a killing off of it..
1 it supports the devs.
2 its spvp so it has no impact on PVE
3 Lets us hep them while getting something cool.
I would personally pitch in, but would need some sort of reward, tag, items or something..
Actually even if i did not get that id still pitch in… Wish they would do something like that.

It just to me seems like the sPVP devs are spread a bit thin, trying to think of ways for the community to help.
If we had them people would totally make their own leagues… Its the one thing that could save pvp not a new MAP!
So we had a LOL moment. Ya know being bored and stuffs..
So we all rolled melee Minion master necros… FULL team of 5.
The results:
Hotjoin: People ran away we chased the entire team off the map practically.
Tourny: Won free against some fairly decent teams. We did not think we would win lol but we did.
Anyways just saying if your bored.. Try some creative fun to help break it, it was actually the most fun ive had in a while.
actually i have a spvp build that is spirit weapon build. They affect alturistic healing btw…
LOL its fun to play does dps and people go wtf.. they dont know how to counter it which is fun but its by no means a end all build LOL.
They dont even need a ladder if they would just give us arenas we could have our own 3rd party systems…

And if your worried about glory farming.. remove glory from it if its a private temp server.
And if your feeling generous give us a spectator mode.

Some of us dont want click to move, isometric starcraft esports.
We like MMO controls, Mechanics etc.

Yup exactly, the point of the roles is being able to match up your class with the roles that mix together with a build and thats what that builds for…
When i first started i was like wtf is a bunker…
so i thought this would help
Name: Roamer
Characteristics: sustained mobility, jack of all trades, navigation (teleport etc)
Description: The roamer has one qualification, mobility they need to be able to get across the map fast and be a first responder for help or whatever action needs to happen. Example they will be coming in for a killing blow as someone is running away towards the roamer. The build type does not matter but they are always extremely mobile. The type of player who usually plays this is someone who knows the maps, they know what the game flow is and they are thinking ahead of the game by 3 moves to anticipate where they need to be, for example being right there for that last shot to kill and steal the boss then they rush off to go support a point. Roamers are highly motivated self-thinkers who do not need to be instructed on what to do, and are also highly communicative as they are the scouts to tell everyone what’s happening on the battlefield.
Name: Team Fighter
Characteristics: Mobility, numbers based buffs / debuffs (The amount of players)
Description: A team fighter is someone who may not be Burst / glass / carry DPS or best support but they have utilities that can devastate in large groups. One major example of this is a venom share thief. Team fighters are usually assigned to a group or are constantly moving to the next battle hotspot, but are not truly a roamer they go where the fight is happening. A good team fighter can turn the tide of any battle and most high end teams will not run without one.
Name: Shutdown
Characteristics: CC, Lockdown, low cool-down cc, stun, daze etc.
Description: A shutdown is really simple. Immobilize, root, cc, lockdown, take someone out of play for 6 seconds or more. Shutdowns are used against carries/ glass cannons / stompers etc. This role is usually mixed with Team Fighter.
Name: Ranged Or Melee Carry / Glass Cannon / Burst
Characteristics: Highest DPS, Burst DPS, high cool-down skills, usually less than 4 second kills.
Description: A Cary is typically a glass cannon build, while they could be roamers these type of roles require teamwork to support them while they demolish player by player. Example a high toughness / health supporter may be assigned to guard the carry and help keep them safe while they wait for the cool downs to come back up. They can be used to ambush people as they respawn, help in team fights, assigned to the bunker as his dps for mid etc. A prime example of this is a back stab thief; yes the ones people complain about killing them in 2 seconds. But you look at them wrong and they will die. These roles sacrifice everything they can to be able to kill as fast as possible.
Defining roles for sPvP in GW.
There is a ton of terminology that gets passed around about builds roles etc. but there’s not a huge amount of information on what they mean. When we talk of roles in sPvP its interchangeable with a build and can be combined with other roles or builds so not a definite this or that it’s not just a build or not a in map function. So to take this at the very basic level you build your spec / build out of the roles you want to fulfill.
Role + role + role = build
Now in to the descriptions, keep in mind some of the terminology has been carried over from other competitive pvp games and some is unique to GW2. Also I am writing this on no sleep for a day or so but needed to get this info for a website / sPvP Roster web application I am programing.
ROLES:
Name: Bunker
Characteristics: Health and toughness, survivability.
Description: A Bunker is someone who can take a ton of damage and stay alive for quite some time under pressure. They may lack some CC’s and point control but they are made to literally sit somewhere and stay there. Typically most people use a bunker as a node defender. Another note is that a team’s bunker is the beefiest of the Defenders so they are typically assigned to the midpoint
Name: Node Defender
Characteristics: Heavy CC / Point Control, Survivability (not meaning heath / toughness can be healing / evasion etc.)
Description: A node defender goes hand and hand with a bunker usually, but they will typically sacrifice some defense / health to have massive CC & point control. Node defenders typically can last quite some time but not as long as a pure bunker.
Name: Backpoint Defender
Characteristics: Survivability, utility, self-sufficient
Description: The backpoint defender is usually a build / class with survivability and utility. They typically can dps or support. Good examples of standard classes for this are Trap tank rangers and Mesmer’s running portal. Their primary goal since the points close to the base is to keep it locked down as much as possible. They can and will unlike a bunker who stays there typically till death, the backpoint defender typically has some mobility so they can flee the fight / come back after being stomped and back cap it after they assault is finished and reclaim it.
Name: Farpoint Assaulter
Characteristics: Hybrid damage & survivability, mobility.
Description: a Farpoint Assaulter is a hybrid dps, they have survivability and can do some good damage. They are the ANTI backpoint defender, their job is to assault the far point and keep it contested and uncapped. To be successful they don’t have to fully cap as long as it’s not fully capped by the other team. They typically use tactics like downing the backpoint defender and leaving him downed by doing just enough damage to maximize his time out of play. So in a nutshell they kill the backpoint defender and then harass / stall the backpoint defender from recapping as long as they can.
Name: Support
Characteristics: healing, utility, buffing, debuffing, cleansing
Description: A Support role is typically paired with a defensive build, the supportive build has high team healing, they have boon sharing, they typically have protection for reviving allies and cleanses for conditions. Supports main job is kind of like a healer in the typical MMORPG trinity except for the fact that in gw2 this does not work due to lack or healing in abundance. This role is your help your team jack of all trades buff when you can swiftness on tap etc.

This is why i ask for a definition, cause i see two types.
Bunker (health and survive)
Point Controller (more flexible , toughish, mobile?)
I play a bunker that is hammer and trip med, I tried a build yesterday that could take more damage but no hammer, i felt lost without the point ctrl.
Its never about damage, as a guardian bunker if they die its either due to retaliation or accident. But i can stay there and keep them off the point and save the point or grab it.
That lb idea sounds kinda cool actually.
Is it just health / toughness / Staying alive?
Or is it cc / point control? (with health of course)
Yes you can sponge there and keep it contested or capped, but to me CC and being able to get them out of the point so you can progress caping it or deprogress them.
I see people saying they bunker but they have no way of doing the above… so i ask how do you define it.
Yes does not work any more.
But you can use #2 it will typically pop if you have the cd reduction when you need it.
The issue is Good builds people will horde them. They dont wanna give it away. Hince the competitive nature of spvp

This build is all about staying alive while controlling the point.
The basics:
Keeping them out of the point:
Using hammer you can knock them out with #4 then use #3 to lock them down.
If they evade or get loose you then use #5 to lay down the circle at the edge they are going to try to enter from and it will keep them out.
While thats down hit #2 to get retaliation.
Using the Mace and shield you can use #5 to knock them out.
Healing (in order of use):
Dodge heals,
Meditations heal you while doing other effects (
use f2. (which gains retaliation also / useful for incoming burst)
Use your main heal signet.
Finally your elite skill make sure you pop f3(stability) first then use your #5
Other tricks:
Stability use f3 to gain stability when you need to stomp or such.
use judgement to get back into the point if you get knocked out.
Notes:
This build focuses on healing and also retaliation to help you kill. So pay attention to your virtues.
Anyways thought id share.. This has been immensely stressful for pvp bunkering for me.

Well I can afford gems, and have spent about 500 usd on the store. It is us who like the rising gem prices who SUPPORT the game….
Those of you who refuse to pay… do not support the game nor its devs are are basically bleeding the game while we pick up your slack..
This is how the f2p market works even smedly has written on this…
So the higher the gem cost the more happy PAYING players will be =)
