I had this exact problem, the receipt email just had an empty box where the serial code was supposed to be. Contacted support and after an initial misunderstanding they provided me with a text copy of my purchase receipt, which contained all the relevant info as well as the missing serial code.

So if you’re worried about it, or want to be safe in case of any future mishaps, I recommend you contact support and they can help you out!

The use of mini-games , jumping puzzles as Gates to Mastery points , collection items is an absurd idea , and a VERRY irritating practice …what ever happened to good old action-adventure …. WE want to kill the Bad Guys , NOT wasting hours bouncing on mushrooms through checkpoints , or trying to balance on very tiny branch , plank to hopefully jump just right only to fall and try all over again … this type of " Platforming "
is fine for console players , a pain for PC players .. not to mention IT MAKES NO SENSE !!!….. Please Bring GW2 back the Action Adventure MMORPG we love , leave out these kitten annoying platforming mini-games that seam to only act as filler

I’d like a tweak on an old item — Name Change Contracts.

It’d be great if you could consume just TWO contracts to “swap” names between two characters on your account.

At the moment, you need THREE – change Character 1 to a temporary name, Character 2 to Character 1’s name, and THEN a third to change Character 1 to Character 2’s name.

Requiring three contracts to make what should be two switches is too costly.

When you have 8 chars all with world clear and story finished you can guess what I think of going through another new chars right?

And i guess there are a lot more with worse stats that have more things to do than remake chars over and over again to get unique rewards (assuming some are race/story part bond).

You need to change your clothing into the new one by visiting one of those NPCs near the ones that normaly trade tickets for weapon skins near the BLC Traders.
They will automaticly detect your equipped stuff. Then they give you the new versions.

I think it would be helpful to include a Detailed Checklist for some Achievements. (i.e., Dungeon Achievements would keep track what paths you have already done; not that you need so many left).

This of course would not work for explorable titles (would spoil the purpose of the achievement) like Been There Done That or Dive Master, etc.

Agreed. The time for having to keep notes for computer games are long gone
