oh we got a queue at 10:00pm, wait for 1hour and there wont be queue, if there is outmanned buff at 7:00pm in 2 of the maps…

Yeah sounds pathetic, but the probably 2nd most active (compared to the queue sizes publiced by anet) server in europe (riverside [DE]) just got Outmanned buff on 2 of the 4 battlegrounds at the absolute europe primetime.
Maybe they see they cant face their opponents and quit, maybe they leave to WoW:MoP or maybe exploits (or tactics near to whats called an exploit) and nightcapping is (even anet says it isnt) an issue.

i’m curious to know how the stats on your server are.
For myself i didnt took a single fight in WvW since Saturday, and with todays patch who didnt inflict wvw at all, im quiet sure i wont even login for some time (until anet brings some major fixes to wvw)
however: positive even the queue for SM are quiet short right now, maybe anets goal was to reduce queue size, by keeping night capping & co up

indeed its need for the matchups but, just make it hidden.

there are hidden matchmaking systems in like every single other game, why we need a ladder in something stupidly open like wvw? i dont see the point here.

give fair conditions at every time and do a ladder (which just works with fair conditions) or dont have a ladder and just play for the fun.
this forum is full of “why the hell they are #1 , we are clearly, cause we have +20point ticks in primetime” and stuff,
that just comes from a compative thought because of the ladder.
keep the pve-bonus system to get, keep the orbs too, keep the calculation for match makting. just hide the total score chart and delete the “ladder”.

as long as any nug or gf exploiter will put a feed into wvw you will have bad chances for a 2 v 1 vs vizunah right now.
sad story that all the fair players looking for fun might suffer from this, but last week was some sort of to much of “everything is legit”-FS gameplay.

this has been a situation where there couldnt be a trojan horse, cause the inner ring never where even dmged.
the mes just manage to glitch the wall to open the portal.

but as anet didnt comment, this seems to be legit, like everything else mesmer or thiefs do.

what they can change is how they fight, and when it comes to this FS guilds GF and NUG are the one biggest scumbag guilds i ever met in like 10years of compatative mmog-pvp.
however i say congratulations to you. you ruined the name of your server in just 7days. you could use the next 7 days to clean this. but i guess you will google for more exploits to use. and next saturday you will just blame vizunah for night activity again.

get lightning surge 2500 range is just awesome to killing siege weapons from kilometers away (and out of sight)

The mesmer managed to get into the inner ring of a keep to open the portal and 50guys ignoring a whole wall of siege weapons and a zerg defending it is legit? to clearify the gates were not down before so the mesmer used a map glitch or bug. but hey msybe its intend as thiefs who destroy orb altars at keeps too.

A Scoring systems which sets the points gain in relation with the ppl on the server would be fair the whole night.

200red vs 10blue vs 10green:
blue is taking a supply camp. for now this would be +5 points (if hold at the end of the timer) however red can easily take it back with there 200 guys out there.

so why say: ok those +5points are with even players on every side.
if there is an inbalance in population the lower populated server getting more ppoints for the cap (the high populated gets less). Because: less people have harder work to do, more quantity can take it more easy.

this would be a fair system at ANY time. no matter if its primetime, nighttime, morning, during the week or the weekend.

vizunah got the nightbonus, fs the exploitbonus. riverside – the fairplay bonus, but who cares fairplay its about being #1 in europe (lol)

you can reach ways 240k karma faster then 390badges (needed just for the chest).
for karma you can a unique skin with the same stats like the standard-skin pvp armor does.

Do a ladder and bring even compatitive conditions wether its night or day (easy to do when set the points gained in relation with the allieds and opponents online) or dont bring a ladder and just bring a random battlefield, so people can join and are free from compatitive thoughts.

you can give the mesmer a casttime for the portal.
guardian ultimate is nerfed till its unusable, however you could just heal 5people with kitten cast without stability…
therefor the mes get a portal to beam in people without a theoretical maximum number. which can just invisible bomb everything down in seconds.
and he doesnt ever have a casttime for that.

As we tried to retrace the so called “exploit” with the mesmer portal spell on our testing server (with a group of 5guys vs 5guys) we couldnt find any abuse of such a tactic.This tactic works as intend and has verfied as quiet weak as you can easily throw area of effect damage on the mesmer portal.

on green boardlands we even took blue briar and hold it for like 2hours while you keep your best to portal down what ever you can.

when the rendering issue is fixed, you are right then you just abusing an inbalanced skill (probably will be fixed before the rendering thing) and if you are still notbanned you can breath out, cause you cant be banned for using an broken skill, but you can be banned for abusing the rendering exploit.

im with you, you will end in 2nd place at the end. cause after yesterday you finally managed to make more guys of us leaving WvW. so actually you have free hands together with the frenchies on the whole, cause no ambitious riverside WvW guild, will abuse the mesploit. so we just wait till anet fix it.

but are you serious complaining about “night domination” from riverside over shiverpeaks? just because we hold a supply camp in night to get in score in front of you.
