ive got 3 perma banks (got em before shared inventory) and one of each of the others. without ever spending one cent on gems.
just play the game, and if you REAAAALY want that one item, just save up gold till you can afford it.
tons of people getting the weekly “free” blk, so there is probably at least one perma contract entering the game each week.
So the price on those are 4,6k now, i bought 4 (one for each of my mains) before Anet gave us shared inv slots. So i was hoping that Anet would at some point either unaccount-bind those perma qol items, or just make an exception for everyone with multiple of them.
how many people even have more than one of each?
i got about 3 milion things listed, and it have not bugged for me yet.
they should just make the weardrope thing where every aura u dont have are grey’ed out, and alll the ones u do have have a markable area, so u can just click on multiple to enable multipble auras.
yes, please remove the 6 ap i would guess that less than 5% of the people getting to top 250 do it for ap anyway. it would kinda be like giving more AP to people on the winning server (doing wvw season) which would be unfair since it is only obtainable by a limited number of ppl.
could call it: “the pacifist” challenge.
i would really like for anet to add some of these into the game with asociated titles, while we keep having these content droughts. but i doubt it’ll be too fun if you’re not allowed to fight. it’s basicly playing a nodefarmer. untill you farmed so many berrys, and hacked so much wood, that u feel ready to take on a dragon.
well everyone who have nightfury alrdy got at least one ascended armor, so it would be great if they changed it to be an infusion.
the thing im most scared of tho, is that when they finally do it, they#ll add a limit or smt, so i can only use 1 or 2 of my infusions at a time, which would mean, i had waisted so much gold, as i just colllect all infusions and clash them together in order to turn into a disco ball.
well its kinda in the middle with the price.
ghostly is like 300g last i saw, and the 4 poly are 40g on avage i think (tho they still dont work, as u will lose dps if u use them).
instead of giving freebies to ppl just for logging in everyday for laurels, they should fix their achviement system, 10AP for a JP while 1Ap for getting gold in any adventure, is just a bad idea.
they should not remove the cap, if anything they should remove the daily AP all together. Daily Achievement is not an achievement at all.
+ for this, reached 300mf more than a year ago, and feels so unrewarding to use the luck without any gain.
i dont got why all of u keep saying that the top 1000 would be tied. yea that would happend if anet diddent make any content for 2-3 years or so. im rank 70-75 atm and theres 1500 AP i can get from pvp, wvw and collections. Even if historical AP got removed, only the maybe top 3 or smt would be tied.
well not that removing historical would be a valid idea anyways.
the idea to make the historical AP not count, is somthing i rather not see, and something anet wont ever do i think. Since that would mean a massive outcry from the ppl who for example did 75 winter JP to get those extra 15 AP or howmany it was.
I, as many others, have not been able to play gw every day/week for the past 4 years. Meaning some achievement points have come and gone. making climbing on the leader boards impossible, even if i get all remaining achievement points there is available, i would just bearly reach top 10.
which making hunting them pointless since i never will be able to reach the top.
so my suggestion is making all the achievement points that is in historical available again. either forever or for one week per category. So first week could be the wvw S1 achievements, just going from where ppl left those off.
and the clockwork chaos for a week, and the twilight assault, and the Fractured thingy and so on. there are maaany achievements that should still be attainable.
if u dont want to let a map change so much, because it would mby ruin the feeling of the ever changing world.
Then at the very least, let us activate a overflow with everyone in squad (50 ppl) or an instance with 5-10ppl.
Stuff like fractured and wvw1 and queens gauntlet achievements, wont intervene with anyones gameplay.

i know this has been posted many times before, but the more times its posted, the bigger the chance for anet to listen.
please add an option for using the MF for the same recipe multiple times. for excample having 4 stacks of major sigils, then we should have the option to let the MF do its magic 250 times, or untill the inventory is full.
or having 250 cores + the other kitten, then let it be used 125 times without having to click 2000+ times.

there is no reason why we are forced to open stuff with an autoclicker or buying a new mouse more often.

I disagree with this suggestion.
If anything daily/monthly AP should be deleted completly and the AP from permanent achievements doubled to make up for it.I still do dailies because the 2 gold and 3 skillpoints are worth the tiny time investment.

i agree, even 16,9k of my ap is from perma, 15k is from daily’s.
the problem is that anet need to spend a day and figgure out how to give diffrent AP for each achvieemnt so they can reflect something.
first delete daily AP completely and give currency or whatever for the daily/monthly gathered.
and then they need to change rewarded AP for everything(silver in shooting gallery = 1 ap, while gold in shooting gallery is also 1 ap is simply dumb.) also, that i should get just
that one AP for doing gold in those adventures while people are getting 10 AP for being teleported by a mesmer to a jumping puzlzle, is also kittened. imo it should be the other way around.
noone are able to search. thats a special feature anet is so proud of.
the reason why yours was the lowest before that undercut, was because you yourself undercut someone else, or u put it at the same price as someone else who undercutteti think they should fix it by doing reposting ur kitten cheaper. so u are not kittened and forced to wait for months or lose ur 5% for relisting.
they should make it so that u lose 5% first time u list one item, and then u should be able to scroll down that price of the item in TP for free.
example: i list zap for 1k, i pay 50g to list. Then 20 ppl undercut me and suddently the price is 800g for the cheapest. then i can choose to change the price from 1k to 799g so i have a chance to sell it, and then when its sold, i pay the last 10% of the fee (79,9g)
its about time luck got some use, quite a few people have maxed out luck by now.
So my hope is that either make some real use for luck, increase MF from luck, or at least make it so that luck go higher than 472,510/472,510 so that one day in the future when luck is increased, ppl with alot of luck get insta 500 MF or whatever the next max will be. as it stands now i can change all my luck into exotic or just throw it out. does not feel too rewarding to have 160 slots of exotic luck just sitting on a toon waiting to be put to use again.
20 precursers, and none woth less than 400g. 19 from MF and one from drop, i just throw in 3 exotic and a MF stone everytime i have 3 exotic.
there’s always more AP to get, im at 31,7k so i just started to prepare for some collections i think will come to the game, and also doing the last of the wvw achivements i need
- If you want to inspect gear, the game already offers an API and there are several sites that allow you to do it. All the other player needs to do is give you a link.
lol you have never killed a raid boss i guess, it would take forever to have everyone write their API into gw, and for the raid leader to write it it and check it…
and even if it was via TS so it could be copied it would take half an hour to check everyone’s API.
this game really need a inspect option, even if it was just only active in raid that would be fine. if i was on a pug team and we kept wiping on gorse with 3% then it would be usefull to see if someone was using the wrong gear for raiding.
i do raids with a somewhat casual guild now, with people willing to learn and put their effort into learning, it would make everything easier for everyone if we could see their setup in case something was amiss.
A dps meter is also highly needed (in raids), even if it would only show, my own to myself, and it wont show to anyone else. to see if I should be able to improve, or if im playing it totally wrong.
and the people calling this idea something thats only for the evil elitists, thats just lower than low casual talk… to want to improve and to be more usefull for your team to get better raid experience, is not elitst.
I want something to use my extra mastery points on.
too many wvw tracks and pvp tracks if that came to be. and waaaay to many collections. the solo mai trin and that arah guy would be a nice achivement tho. also the raid achivement, but i hope they wont add too many more collections and grind achievements.
people dont seem to understand that there are other reasons for disliking all these mastery pts, that just because people with many hope that the casuals will never catch up.
it’s like in any singleplayer game, people want to get a reward when doing something hard, and be encouraged to get better. By adding more Anet is just encouraging people to stay bad. at least I like to play well in any aspect of the game, and to get a reward for doing so.
basicly it comes down to this: If a game is too easy it will be no fun.
it would be like being able to get 300 skill points in the first act of diablo. just so that people can get the skill points the way they want.
and after getting maxed out, all the fun in getting them will be gone.
or if an rpg game would give you 1.000.000 gold for doing one quest, but the most expensive item was 100 gold. it would take the fun of progressing away.
like it is casual wars 2 right now, no reward = no fun.

And it feels really boring to gain a MP with no use, it is like leveling up after level 80, it becomes something you dont care about. I liked the idea with MP-system, as there was some reward for doing something well. and also it was the closest thing to prestige in this game, as everyone got legendary weapons, all are lvl 80 with ascended (ppl who played more than 200 hours) and everyone can gain almost every title. So the idea about getting that high number next to your name at least was something nice. like the legendary icon from pvp (although anyone could get it, all it took was a little bit of grinding, like getting the mastery points is now, since all the hard ones are not needed)Yet people who raid will always have a higher number than those who do not. As the number only goes up if you spend them. So your argument holds no real weigh. Anyone who plays PvE and not raid will top out, but people who raid will always have more. Wanting to be a special snowflake is never a good reason.
lol that is like saying everyone should have the same number (lvl) in wvw, because it is unfair for those who dont like wvw that they dont have the same stuff.
imo a mastery point should be for mastering something. and if u master everything you should have a higher number than ppl who only master doing world bosses or smt.
anet have been downhill for some time, with trying to make everything good for the casuals. like calling it achievements, and then letting people get 15k ap (about half of the ap the ppl with max ap got) just for logging in and standing afk in a pvp match or logging some wood, or getting a portal to a jp. what an amazing achivement.
now they have a chance to make up for their failure of giving AP to everyone, ive got 32k and that means nothing except that i grinded alot, but they could make it so that these masterypoints showed more than just how good you are at grinding.

so 150 / 9 LI = 16 weeks of doing the 9 bosses and then one week of just doing 6 per armor set. not too bad
just get faster at picking them up, I’ve done 13 events in total and gotten 30 from each side. so thats 4,6 each event on avage.
For example u can use a thief and teleport insta to the drop to get there before everyone else.
and if u play too poorly, you can always just wait 3-4 days till the good players have gotten their achievement, so there only the slow players left there to do the events.
(u dont need to get the achievement maxed on the first 2 days)

in 5875 hours
= 37 times per hour
the daily is what you make of it, if u are one of those who do daily on the farm servers, then ofc it will be borring as hell.
Any chance that the perma bank or any of the other perma things will be unbound. with the price as it is now (3870g) it is unobtainable to almost everyone, but if it got unbound, alot of ppl would want to sell em, and the price would fall.
Also ive got 4 of them (one for each of my mains) and now they are just collecting dust, as ive just put one of them in the shared inventory slot. Making the other 3 useless
Any chance to get some perma banks unbound, as ive got like 4 of them, and its now pointless to have more than one now. Just used to have one perma bank on each main toon, and then all the other perma stuff in storage together with all the potions/food
If they made raids so easy so people who cant solo openworld content (lol) then there would be no hard content left again, except a few of the highend fractals.
ive spend like 8-10 hours with the first raid boss before completing it the first time, then for the reset we killed the bokittend try. as for the 2nd raid boss it took us around 5 hours, and everyone was with no toughness/vital gear, except the tank who had like 100 extra toughness just to get aggo, and even then we died to the timer with the boss having 1% hp half the time.
People have been begging for hard content the last 3 years and now its finally here, it would seem unfair that all the content is to make casuals happy, as it has always been untill now, the only hard fight before HoT has been liadri with her 8 orbs.
i wouldent mind if they made a “learning version” of raids u could enter, where u choose timer/his hp/his damage. but you would not get any loot or achievements at all. just to help people improve.
TL;DR make an effort and get better, or play the 98% of the game that is for casuals.
well it’s not like its really hurting, but i really want to be able to disable commercial
1. make legendary items a upgrade to ascended gear (a sizable upgrade)
2. make mounts (other cosmetic stuff that could be used as rewards to make it feel like what youre doing is worth your time)
3. Make Lots more gear and weapon skins!
4. Remove restrictions on cosmetic system, so you can use the skin of any armor type (for more customization)
5. Stop making everything with butterfly wings, fairy dust, rainbows and flowers (there is clearly enough of this crap in the game )
6. Lower the amount of xp needed per mastery level
7. make an option to sub , and give monthly rewards to subs, plus make transmogrify free to subs
1. ive got alot of legendarys and even i think it would be bad to do this, mainly because ascended is hard to get for most players, and thats only a little better than exotic (weapon is quite a boost tho) but if legendary were better than ascended, then the rich with be stronger = P2W… worst idea ever imo
2. mounts could actually be nice to cross a big area faster. which is point less waiste of time running. as long as we could not use it in deunongs/raids/fractal
3. they are doing this all the time, there are countless of skins.
4. alright idea, as skins have no combat effect, they should also make us able to do just put some parts of an outfit on.

6. yea it’s too high, but anet wanted it to take months. ive alrdy got 162 pts, so not really that hard if u just farmed xp effectively for one day.
7. number 1. was actually not the worst idea ever, this would truly make it pay to win… what is wrong to you to suggest such a thing, the only people who would enjoy this, are people who are not good enough to play on the same terms as everyone else. (if u mean to get some stuff for paying every month). ((which there actually alrdy is, which is buying gems instead of using gold, to get extra bagslots/perma bank/perma merchant/infi mining tools and so on))

shooting of the mask thing are the hardest imo, but u dont need all the masterypts to get to 161, most of my guild of the core players are 161 alrdy and im at 133. with XP being my bottleneck now
the droprate is way higher than last year on the ToT bags, ive opened about 80k bags and got 5 Tonics, and enough of other stuff to break even after keeping 3 tonics.
Also just dont get the kitten shoulders if u cant afford it, there is plenty of other cool stuff that cost next to nothing…
if u cant do it 10 ppl then it’s because you’re treating it like any other open world encounter, and just standing there never dodgeing or doing anything but autoattacking…
was there as well, come on, dont make these achievements so that we have to do them right 3-4 times before getting them. it was the same with the “in tune” achievement…
i have come to her two times now, only to see we only could get her down till 20 % hp. ending with the one who made the team to ragequit, i am also interrested in joing anyone for this, got a berserker warrior.
