CD has been trying hard all day dropping 5 guild catas for paper towers, lolz… then not even retaining them for the tick.

I think there is exaggeration or misinformation here. I’ve never seen any CD group drop 5 catas on a paper tower. It’s possible some random guild group is doing that but it’s not the core group of WvW players in CD.

Was no exaggeration on my part. Today, I literally saw 5x guild catas at QL and Durios which were taken and re-capped by us without a tick even passing. I honestly just struggled to understand the mentality of whoever was commanding because it literally was a pure waste of resources for no points gain. If CD are pushing for T2, some would do well to understand some basic mechanics a bit better first. :P

If it wasn’t any of the core people, fair enough. Was just rather amusing to see.

wow, where have you all been? First time you’ve seen 5 guild catapults for an undefended paper tower? Log on more during SEA timezone and you’ll see 5 guild catapults for EVERY paper tower, 7 for EVERY reinforced tower, 10 for EVERY fortified tower 6 of EVERY paper keeps, 9 for EVERY reinforced keeps, 15 for EVERY fortified keep — defended or not. I guarantee you will bleed from you nipples every time you try to defend.

DR’s credit card for buying guilds may be limitless, this scrub has limitless credit card for his sieges and his full collection of legendaries.

Who we are:

What is drama? I’ve never seen it before in the whole 2 years history of this guild. We don’t have much of an autocratic/hierarchy system, we all place each other on the same level. Feel free to kitten out our guild leader, or our senior officers because they’re all KITTEN scrubs. I am sure you will fit in really easy to all members/levels of the guild.

We are a group of tight knit players with around 100 members based on the Crystal Desert server. If you enjoy occasional kittenerish and people with broken caplocks, then I believe this is the perfect guild for you! :P

Our WvW focus is tagless group play, which can either be roaming/havoc or zerg busting. We have a large group of solid and experienced core members who have been with us for more than a year.

Oh, also if you come around a person called Ocienna, he’s an almighty kitten scrub.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for dedicated WvW players who likes fights and endless amount of lootbags!/ or repairs on a bad day T_T (but we like to YOLO)
We are also looking for more drivers who can carry our off-time crews.

Our primary timezone and raid is during SEA, we do however have quite a lot of Australians and Americans who play during their respective timezone.
We have consistent raids during SEA time every day. However we also have drivers who occasionally run during NA/OCX time, and we are always looking for more drivers!

Looking at the way the posts played out, it looks like they had already decided on BG and were simply sending out a lure to get paid for the transfer. I wonder if it was just 5 guys or something.

Brilliant if that is what it was. I bet there is some excellent opportunities to scam the hell out of BG right now. Say it’s 25 people; 3 people pose as scouts and collect the cash, and transfer back.

Usually I would never condone anything this nefarious, but something has to be done with this nonsense of buying guilds and stuff.

Blackgate (NA tier1 server) is currently seeking for additional help during Oceanic. Basicly if you want a challenging fight in tier1, Blackgate server is your best bet because i can guarantee you that there is “no queue” at all during Oceanic even in EBG

Here i sum up our server advantage for you:
-No queue time during Oceanic, and yes i do mean in EBG as well! You cant find a better place for Oceanic in tier1 than Blackgate regarding to the non queue time. If you dont believe me, just look at http://mos.millenium.org/servers/view/33/ PPT indicated how stacked the server is during a given timezone. Blackgate surely least stacking during Oceanic than others
-Tier1 Experience. Being in tier1 means there will be always fight for you. Unlike lower tier brackets whom may lack of Oceanic population to create competitive fight, No pvdoor in tier1, there will always be zergs for you to kill!
-Sustainable community. Blackgate has been in tier1 for ages and we fight til the last day in WvW. There is a reason for our nickname to be Beastgate
-Best PvE Community. Bored in WvW?, well we have plenty of PvE population for you to invite to dungeons and stuff. World first’s Teq kill proved our strong point too!

We were attacking one of DH tower and no ACs on top of the outer walls since we pretty much destroy them. And yet they still manage to hit our omega golems with AC. As everyone knows. Omega Golems are ranged. 1500 range.

If it’s not a exploit or hack. Can someone explain how that is done, just to avoid any accusation of hacking or exploit.

well, I am so impressed with AR, you can field lots of numbers up against us, and I am love to have some field fighting with you guys. However IOJ really make me disappointed. IOJ has zero contribution to this matchup, they can keep up the score just because we are busy and having fun with AR(I am still impressive with your numbers of omega golems, I never saw any others server such as SoS, Mag or CD will be like that). IOJ should practice more your own tactics and directly facing us on the battlefield but not hiding behind walls or follow AR’s tail to cap useless towers and camps.

This feels like WvW in Words format. Never grow tired of reading every single post in this thread. Maybe everyone should stop logging in game WvW, and WvW in words here?

Everyone is saying how awesome their guild/ server is, and how this guild/server is backstabbing them that’s why they can’t capture this or lost this keep/tower.

Everyone here is like some sort of CSI forensic officier or analysist or something since they can tell how good/bad that guild/server is because they are near a camp with NPC which is on their advantages and disadvantages, just by a look of a screenshot.

Again people. No one/guild/server sucks in here, it’s just that someone/guild/server is better than the other someone/guild/server.

You guys talk like you are about to CAPSLOCK each other to death or something. If you can type that long, on how awesome you/your guild/server is, How about capturing 1 whole enemy map (excluding EB) and get a screenshot. Don’t have to brag about it. The SS shows it all.

I bet in order to do that, people would go for the weaker server which is currently AR, capture the whole map, and SS, and start bragging.

To answer your question – no, I’m not trying to start more flame action. I’m addressing a post made with good intentions but went about the wrong way. Playing the White Knight isn’t sportsmanly. Putting yourself on that moral high horse shows you don’t think very much of the people who have been posting here. If you did, you wouldn’t have lumped the good sports along with the trolls. Why should anyone respond nicely when they are just “one of those people”? (which includes everyone but Ms. Frostnight)

So BP, why is our Hills red again, only hours after we fully upgraded it? I know no sizable force has gone up there, certainly not enough to siege it. I’ve been skirmishing with your roamers between there and your spawn all night. I also helped retake from your earlier ownership of it.

1. There were NO mes present when we swept it.
2. There was NO unused enemy siege present.

As stated, no sizable force passed me up or ran me over at any time. One or two golems and no people with it are not going to cut it with the guards at Hills.

And now your puggles are proving again what they’re best at. Late night zergs… S’okay though, I’ll be there for every fight. Unlike some, I have no fear of losing or unbeatable odds that only cost me a few silver pieces.

Well he’s using Alphas. I am using Omega, And i need like 3 Omega to break one reinforce gate fast which is in 30 secs, and also surely i would need people around just to make sure we don’t get flank and golems don’t get dropped.

Maybe Kalkz have a better tactics of using alphas.

Plus it was a epic battle at SM about 18 hours ago, while Ehmry had SM, i had to send in 5 Omegas in the 1st round and 8 Omegas in the 2nd round to get SM, only to have BP flipped it easily, since it’s paper tower, and while we were concentrating on Ehmry bay side =p

Well Fellas, Thanks for the feedback. But i am not here for a debate. Just some advise. Because based on the current stats of legendary weapons, it is really not worth doing. But a sign of status. i agree.

Probably i have not hang out much in Lion’s Arch. but i don’t see anyone with legendary. And alot of people in my server are saying Legendary weapons are not worth doing at all. I am confused. So they have something in game that you have to spend so much time and gold but not worth doing?

So can someone please enlighten me, Why is Legendary Weapons worth crafting given the stats. And if it’s used to reskin on another weapon, would the animation/ Graphic remains as of the legendary weapon?

Moving Forward. Isn’t it too much to do just for a skin? Yes it’s an awesome skin. But it’s still a skin. I am sure people would work their kitten out, if the stats of the weapon is awesome. Like better than exotics. Because clear now. it is not better than exotics.

I have been trying to purchase the GW2 serial code for my friend but however i cannot buy it through paypal or credit card. i have tried numerous times today and even top up more money into my paypal account. So therefore i am quite sure the problem does not lies with me. I have triple checked my paypal, topped it up.

Paying with Credit cards don’t work either. I have also check on the details.

This is the 3rd time i am purchasing for a friend, but this is the 1st time i am encountering this issue.

My crashing didn’t happen only in Lion’s Arch. It can happen even when i was farming in Cursed Shore.

Quite unprofessional of the Anet team to just keep us waiting and not talk about anything.

This game is huge! I believe ANet has got a team which can handle these issues right? Instead of creating more events, why not fix the current issues 1st because the problem starts with the Halloween event! You guys want to make a chain issues of game errors?

Our problems starts on the 1st Nov Updates, Got worst through out all the updates and new world events. Thousands of people already have this issue and it just proves it’s the client/server side and not our systems fault. We did what ANet support said. Updating our windows and drivers, Uninstall, reinstall. I EVEN CHANGE A NEW GAMING RIG! So What now?!

Do Something about it already or at least reassure us that issue is currently being look into. Most of us are not kids. We are working, maybe some of us are bosses of their own company like myself. But This is definitely not the kind of support/service that we want. Dragging on a problem will only lose you loyal supporters.

And the way it goes, i feel like i am playing on a private server. where the Devs and Mods just keeps people waiting. and waiting. and waiting till the server dies.

Hope that’s not the issue here?
