This is a huge disappointment to me. I was really hoping we’d get unique PvP armor (legendary) to stand out in the crowd, so when people would see you they would know you’re a PvP-er. Making a 4 year old skin into a legendary is a terrible idea.

Thanks for the info. I wish you’d do the same for PvP related stuff too though.

We should try out solo/duoq only in sPvP in s5 and see how it goes.

I remember the good old soloq times and those were the best matches I’ve had. Looking forward to seeing it back hopefully.

Great fixes, although I think you missed a big one that everyone was complaining about. It’s the berserker icon being behind the F1 skill, it’s hard to see the cooldown of the skill and people offten, while they have full adrenaline, press the F1 ability instead of the berserker mode because it’s on top of it. Hopefully we’ll be able to get something like thief has, would be much easier!

I would be okay with only an additional character slot. But your way works also =p

If you aren’t happy, don’t buy it. If you are happy, buy it. If ANET sees not enough sales going through, they will revise or reduce price or some such. If sales are solid, they won’t.

Not happy at the moment and not interested into buying it. The price is not the issue, it’s the bonus new players get and the veterans don’t. I’ve been playing this game since the launch and I’m pretty sure Anet will come with a solution (atleast I hope). It’s a fact that things cannot stay the way they are at the moment. If that’s the case, I will end up leaving with the rest of, I don’t know, 15,000 people which is A LOT and every normal company would not want to lose that.

Do you really believe that many people will leave? I don’t. But who knows, maybe you’re right – and if that does happen, ANET will make a change.

Yes I do. I know atleast 50 people that said they will probably move to another game if this happens. IF things stay the same I know some of them will probably end up buying the game afterall but will feel robbed and pretty stupid. I know I wouldn’t like to think that way and there’s no way in hell I would ever say something good about this company. Just the game. I’m sure Anet or anyone else does not want that. They will come with a solution and stop this kittenstorm! They have to. =S

Please read the other thread where mods replied before posting mindlessly like this…the expansion will cost 50$ NO MATTER WHAT. It won’t, and that’s a fact, go lower than that. The real problem is with the reward new players get, and no reward that the rest of players don’t get.

We can just be patient and see how Arena Net will reply to this. I am 100% sure they will lose thousands of players if everything stays the same as it is now.

Dear Anet team,
Please think about offering a free character slot to players upon purchasing the expasion pack. As a player/customer, I wouldn’t like to buy HoT only to be obligated to buy an extra character slot in order to try out the new profession.

Seriously. While all the new players get the ENTIRE game for 50$, the rest of us gets nothing. Not even a character slot for the NEW UPCOMING CLASS. Great logic right there.

So I had a GW1 account and I want to link it to GW2 so I could work on my HoM rewards but they are on seperate e-mails. When I link them it says it’s successfully linked but nothing actually happens except my display name becomes a serial key which is a bug obviously. Also after waiting for 4 hours nothing still happened, I can still log in with seperate mails but not same ones (Both games should be linked to the GW2 e-mail) but nope, not working. Submitted 2 tickets, no response from Anet…After a few hours my account just gets unlinked like nothing happened.

Yes I have Eye of the North expansion, yes I’ve talked to the NPC in HoM and i have 3/50 points…Tried everything, also changing the password on GW2 site which changed the password for my GW1 acc which is really frustrating!!

Can anyone help me? Cause obviously Anet is ignoring me =/

I did some ranked arena matches today and after a few i started getting this really weird delay on abilities, like i click on the ability and it flashes like its been activated but it takes 2-3 seconds (sometimes even 5 ._.) to respond for abilities that have 1/2 or 1 second respond time (Hammer swing, hammer shock, staggering blow, signet of rage, zerker and balanced stance…) while the chat, movement and everything else is working fine. Also this didn’t happen in unranked arena. And my internetz is fine. Just wanted to report this in case there’s more people that have the same problem.

I’m looking for a good and active PvP guild. I used to be top 1000 in soloq but dropped recently due to vacation and inactivity. I’m back now and wrecking stuff as we speak lal. Anyways, my old PvP guild “MEOW” kind of disbanded that’s why I’m looking for a new one. I would also like to be a part of a serious team in the near future.

I main a Warrior (2 actually lal) and a Guardian as a 2nd main and I like to think I’m fairly good and experienced in both classes and in the whole PvP aspect of the game.

I use TS and yes I do have a mic and I do speak
I also like to enjoy PvE from time to time.
